1. PL: Załóż temblak (1) w odpowiedniej pozycji
terapeutycznej (90° lub 45°). Przypnij na rzep
pętelkę kciuka (2) w odpowiednim miejscu
i włóż kciuk w pętelkę.
EN: Put the sling (1) on the correct therapeutic
(90° lub 45°) position. Fasten the thumb loop (2)
in the right place and insert the thumb into loop.

2. PL: Zapnij przednią część temblaka.
EN: Fasten the Velcro closure.
