death. A TV that is too lare for the available space miht be accidentally pushed or bumped o the furniture, or subject to tip-over.
• Check the size and weiht of your TV. Compare it to the diaram below – before you bein assembly!
• This Sauder unit is desined for use with televisions weihin less than 50 pounds. Never use with a TV that weihs more.
• The size of the television, front-to-back and side-to-side, must fit within the space defined in the diaram.
• Never place the front ede of the TV past the front ede of the TV support shelf (or stop moldin – if equipped)
• Never allow the sides of the TV to extend past the side edes of the TV support surface.
• If the TV has a CRT picture tube, the picture tube cone may extend past the rear of the support shelf.
• Be sure to apply the warnin label as instructed in the last assembly step. The label provides important safety related information.

FASTENER (7F) into the lare holes in the
HUTCH ENDS (C and D).

å Push twenty-two HIDDEN CAMS (1F) into the ENDS (A and B),
BOTTOM BRACES (H), BACKS (I), and DRAWER BRACES (J).
Then, insert the metal end of a CAM DOWEL (2F) into each
HIDDEN CAM, except on the lon ede of one of the
BOTTOM BRACES (H2).

å Separate the EXTENSION SLIDES (P) from the
EXTENSION RAILS (O) as shown in the upper diaram.
Be prepared, the parts are reasy.
å Fasten the EXTENSION RAILS (O) to the ENDS (A and B).
Use twelve GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S).
å NOTE: For each EXTENSION RAIL, turn a SCREW into the
hole shown in the enlared diaram. Then, slide the inner
cartride of the EXTENSION RAIL in to find the other hole
that lines up with the hole in the END. Turn a SCREW into
this hole.

How to use the SAUDER TWIST-LOCK®FASTENER
1. Insert the dowel end of the FASTENER into the hole of the
adjoinin part.
NOTE: The dowel end of the FASTENER must remain fully
inserted in the hole of the adjoinin part while lockin the
FASTENER.
2. Tihten the FASTENER with a Phillips screwdriver as tiht
as possible.

at an angle into the slot at each end of the
DRAWER FRONT (L).
å Slide the DRAWER BOTTOM (D601) into the
grooves in the DRAWER SIDES (D132 and D138) and
DRAWER FRONT (L).
å Fasten the DRAWER BRACE (J) to the DRAWER
FRONT (L). Tighten one HIDDEN CAM. å Fasten the DRAWER BACK (D197) to the DRAWER
SIDES (D132 and D138) and DRAWER BRACE (J). Use five
BLACK 1-9/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS. (30S). Repeat this
step for the other DRAWERS.
The tabs should insert freely into the
slots. Gently tilt the DRAWER SIDES side
to side until the tabs slip into the slots.

å Carefully stand the unit upriht.
å To insert the drawers into your unit, line up the EXTENSION SLIDES on the drawer with the EXTENSION RAILS on the unit
and push the drawer into the unit until the drawer is fully inserted. The drawer will push in hard until it is all the way in, then
it will slide in and out easier.
å Apply the WARNING LABEL (1L) to the TOP (G). You should be able to read the label when the TV is removed from the
unit. When the TV is in place, it should hide the label. Peel o the backin and apply the label as shown in the diaram.
å Apply the WARNING LABEL (5L) to the upper DRAWER BOTTOM (D601). You should be able to read the label
when the drawer is open. When the drawer is closed, it will hide the label. Peel o the backin and apply the label as
shown in the diaram.
å NOTE: These are permanent labels intended to last for the life of the product. Once applied, do not try to remove them
å To help prevent the TV from slidin, place the ANTI-SKID PAD (3M) under the front support of the TV or divide amon the
front supports if more than one.
