Use of a TV that is too heavy or lare is hazardous. A TV that is too heavy will create a risk of a tip-over that can cause severe injury or
death. A TV that is too lare for the available space miht be accidentally pushed or bumped o the furniture, or subject to tip-over.
• Check the size and weiht of your TV. Compare it to the diaram below – before you begin assembly!
• This Sauder unit is desined for use with televisions weihin less than 25 pounds. Never use with a TV that weihs more.
• The size of the television, front-to-back and side-to-side, must fit within the space defined in the diaram.
• Never place the front ede of the TV past the front ede of the TV support shelf (or stop moldin – if equipped)
• Never allow the sides of the TV to extend past the side edes of the TV support surface.
• If the TV has a CRT picture tube, the picture tube cone may extend past the rear of the support shelf.
• Be sure to apply the warnin label as instructed in the last assembly step. The label provides important safety related information.

carton to avoid scratchin your unit or the floor.

CAM DOWEL (2F) into each HIDDEN CAM.

six SILVER 1-1/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (10S).
å Push the LARGE RUBBER SLEEVE (58G) onto the
METAL BRACKET (4G).
å Fasten the METAL BRACKET (4G) to the FRONT
MOLDING (M77). Use a SILVER 1-1/8" FLAT HEAD
SCREW (10S) throuh the METAL BRACKET (4G), throuh
the FRONT MOLDING (M77) and into the TOP (C).

å Fasten four ANGLE BRACKETS (27G) to the BRACE (M58). Use
four GOLD 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (5S).
å NOTE: Be sure the edes of the ANGLE BRACKETS are even with
the edes of the BRACE.
å Fasten the BRACE (M58) to the ENDS (A and B). Use four
GOLD 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (5S) throuh the ANGLE
BRACKETS and into the ENDS.
å Fasten four METAL BRACKETS (4G) to the ENDS (A and B). Use
four GOLD 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (5S).
å NOTE: Be sure the edes of the METAL BRACKETS are even with
the edes of the ENDS.
å Fasten the BASE (M37) to the ENDS (A and B). Use four
GOLD 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (5S) throuh the METAL
BRACKETS and into the BASE.

å Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edes. Unfold
the BACK (E) and lay it over your unit.
å Make equal marins alon all four edes of the BACK (E).
Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make
it "square".
å Fasten the BACK (E) to your unit usin the NAILS (1N).
å NOTE: Be sure to tap NAILS into the holes that line up
over the SHELF (D).
å NOTE: Perforations have been provided for access
throuh the BACK. Carefully cut out the holes needed.
Do not stand the unit upriht without the
BACK fastened. The unit may collapse.

å Insert the DRAWER SIDES (D30 and D31) at an angle
into the slot at each end of the DRAWER FRONT (J2).
å Slide the DRAWER BOTTOM (D982) into the
grooves in the DRAWER SIDES (D30 and D31)
and DRAWER FRONT (J2).
å Fasten the DRAWER BRACE (M67) to the
DRAWER FRONT (J2). Tighten one HIDDEN CAM. å Fasten the DRAWER BACK (D175) to the DRAWER
SIDES (D30 and D31) and DRAWER BRACE (M67).
Use five BLACK 1-9/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (30S).
Repeat this step for the other DRAWER.
The tabs should insert freely
into the slots. Gently tilt the
DRAWER SIDES side to side
until the tabs slip into the slots.

å Insert a SLIDE CAM (10A) into the DRAWER SIDES (D30 and D31).
å Fasten a DRAWER RIGHT (35GC) to the RIGHT DRAWER SIDE (D30)
and a DRAWER LEFT (35GD) to the LEFT DRAWER SIDE (D31). Use
four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S) throuh holes #1 and #3.
å NOTE: The screw head in the CAM must be visible throuh the slotted
hole in the SLIDE.
å Fasten a PULL (10K) and two PULL MOUNTS (11K) to the DRAWER
FRONT (J2). Use two SILVER 5/8" MACHINE SCREWS (15S).
å Repeat this step for the other drawer.

å Carefully stand your unit upriht.
å Insert the METAL PINS (1R) into the hole locations of
your choice in the ENDS (A and B). Set the ADJUSTABLE
SHELVES (G) onto the METAL PINS.
å Fasten the DOORS (F) to the ENDS (A and B). Use eiht
GOLD 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (5S).
å Fasten the BACKPLATES (90K) and KNOBS (89K) to the
DOORS. Use two GOLD 1" MACHINE SCREWS (50S).
å Peel the FELT DISC from the FELT DISC CARD (1M). Stick
a FELT DISC on the DOORS where they come in contact
with the SHELF (D) and LARGE RUBBER SLEEVE.
å Apply the TV WARNING LABEL (8L) to the SHELF (D).
You should be able to read the label when the TV is
removed from the unit. When the TV is in place, it should
hide the label. Peel o the backin and apply the label as
shown in the diaram.
å NOTE: This is a permanent label intended to last for the
life of the product. Once applied, do not try to remove it.
å NOTE: To make adjustments to the DOORS, loosen the
SCREWS in the HINGES, make needed adjustments, and
tihten the SCREWS.

å We recommend usin the SAFETY BRACKET (1G) for added stability. Use a GOLD 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREW (5S) into
the top of the unit and a BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREW (2S) into a stud in your wall.
å To insert a drawer into your unit, tip the front of the drawer down and drop the rollers on the drawer behind the rollers on
the unit. Lift the front of the drawer up and slide it into the unit.

å To make adjustments to the drawers, loosen SCREW #3 in the SLIDES a 1/4 turn, then turn the
cam clockwise or counter-clockwise. Notice how the drawer raises or lowers as you turn the
cam. By adjustin the drawers this way, it will help the DRAWER FRONTS line up better when
closed. Tihten the SCREWS when finished with adjustments.
å NOTE: Please read the back paes of the instruction booklet for important safety information.
å This completes assembly. Clean with your favorite furniture polish or a damp cloth. Wipe dry.

The hiher the screw in the oblon hole,
the hiher your drawer front will be. The
lower the screw, the lower the drawer front.
Loosen screw #3 a 1/4 turn, turn the cam a 1/4 turn
maximum in both the clockwise and counter-clockwise
directions to make adjustments, and then tihten screw #3.

AVERTISSEMENT
L'utilisation d'un téléviseur trop lourd ou trop ros est danereuse. Un
téléviseur trop lourd créera un risque de basculement pouvant provoquer
de raves blessures ou la mort. Un téléviseur trop ros pour l'espace
disponible risque d'être accidentellement poussé ou de tomber du
mobilier ou d'être sujet à basculer.
• Vérifier la taille et le poids du téléviseur. Le comparer au diaramme
ci-dessous avant de commencer l'assemblae !
• Cette unité Sauder est conçue pour les téléviseurs pesant moins de 11,3
k. Ne jamais utiliser avec des téléviseurs plus lourds.
• La taille du téléviseur, d'avant en arrière et latéralement, doit rentrer
dans l'espace défini sur le schéma.
• Ne jamais placer le devant du téléviseur au-delà du devant de la
tablette de support de téléviseur (ou de la moulure de butée, le
cas échéant).
• Ne jamais laisser les côtés du téléviseur dépasser les bords latéraux de
la surface de support du téléviseur.
• Si le téléviseur comporte un tube cathodique à imae, le cône du tube
imae peut dépasser l'arrière de la tablette de support.
• S'assurer d'apposer l'étiquette d'avertissement comme indiqué
à la dernière étape d'assemblae. L'étiquette fournit d'importants
renseinements relatifs à la sécurité.

Assembler l'élément sur un sol à moquette ou sur le carton vide pour
éviter d'endommaer l'élément ou le sol.
Enfoncer six EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (1F) dans la
TABLETTE (D) et l'ENTRETOISE DE TIROIRS (M67). Ensuite, insérer
l'extrémité en métal de la CHEVILLE D'EXCENTRIQUE (2F) dans chaque
EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE.
ÉTAPE 4
Enfoncer deux CONNECTEURS DE MOULURE (19F) dans les crans des
MOULURES (M77, P et Q).
Fixer les MOULURES (P et Q) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Utiliser quatre
VIS TÊTE PLATE 48 mm NOIRES (2S).
ÉTAPE 5
REMARQUE : Ne pas trop serrer les VIS dans le DESSUS.
Fixer le DESSUS (C) aux MOULURES (M77, P et Q). Utiliser six VIS TÊTE
PLATE 28 mm ARGENTÉES (10S).
Enfiler le GRAND MANCHON EN CAOUTCHOUC (58G) sur la
CONSOLE EN MÉTAL (4G).
Fixer la CONSOLE EN MÉTAL (4G) à la MOULURE AVANT (M77). Utiliser
une VIS TÊTE PLATE 28 mm ARGENTÉE (10S) à travers la CONSOLE EN
MÉTAL (4G), à travers la MOULURE AVANT (M77) et dans le DESSUS (C).
ÉTAPE 2
Fixer les ÉLÉMENTS DROITES (35GA) à l’EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE (A) et les
ÉLÉMENTS GAUCHES (35GB) à l’EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B). Utiliser huit
VIS TÊTE PLATE 8 mm DORÉES (3S) à travers les trous nº 1 et nº 3.
Enfoncer quatre GOUPILLES DE SUPPORT (4R) dans
les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B).
REMARQUE : Il est peut-être nécessaire d'enfoncer délicatement les
GOUPILLES DE SUPPORT à l'aide d'un marteau.
ÉTAPE 6
Fixer quatre CONSOLES À ÉQUERRE (27G) à l’ENTRETOISE (M58).
Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm DORÉES (5S).
REMARQUE : S'assurer que les chants des CONSOLES À ÉQUERRE sont
à fleur des chants de l’ENTRETOISE.
Fixer l’ENTRETOISE (M58) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Utiliser quatre
VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm DORÉES (5S) à travers les CONSOLES À
ÉQUERRE et dans les EXTRÉMITÉS.
Fixer quatre CONSOLES EN MÉTAL (4G) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B).
Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm DORÉES (5S).
REMARQUE : S'assurer que les chants des CONSOLES EN MÉTAL sont à
fleur des chants des EXTRÉMITÉS.
Fixer le SOCLE (M37) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE
LARGE 14 mm DORÉES (5S) à travers les CONSOLES EN MÉTAL et
dans le SOCLE.

ÉTAPE 3
Attention: Ne pas relever l'élément dans sa position verticale avant d'avoir
fixé l’ARRIÈRE. L'élément risque de s'eondrer.
Fixer les EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B) à la TABLETTE (D). Serrer quatre
EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.
Attention: Risque des déâts ou blessures. Les Excentriques Escamotables
doivent être serrés à bloc. Les Excentriques Escamotables que ne sont pas
serrées à bloc peuvent desserrer et les pièces peuvent séparer. Pour serrer
à bloc, faire tourner l'excentrique escamotable de 210 derés.
ÉTAPE 7
Attention: Ne pas relever l'élément dans sa position verticale avant d'avoir
fixé l’ARRIÈRE. L'élément risque de s'eondrer.
Avec précaution, retourner l'élément sur ses chants avant. Déplier
l'ARRIÈRE (E) et le placer sur l'élément.
Veiller à avoir des mares éales le lon des quatre chants de
l'ARRIÈRE (E). Si besoin est, enfoncer sur les coins opposés de
l'élément pour s'assurer d'être "d'équerre".
Fixer l'ARRIÈRE (E) à l'élément à l'aide des CLOUS (1N).
REMARQUE : S'assurer de bien enfoncer les CLOUS dans les trous qui
sont alinés au-dessus la TABLETTE (D).
REMARQUE : Des lines perforées ont été prévues pour accéder
facilement à l'ARRIÈRE. Découper avec précaution les trous nécessaires.
