HOW TO USE A HIDDEN CAM & CAM SCREW OR CAM DOWEL
NOTE: Various CAM SCREWS or a CAM DOWEL may be used.

Turn the CAM SCREW or
gently tap the CAM DOWEL
until the shoulder is against
the surface of the part.

Insert the CAM SCREW or CAM DOWEL into the
HIDDEN CAM. Tighten the HIDDEN CAM.

å Turn six CAM SCREWS (10) into two VERTICAL MOLDINGS (G)
å Fasten two VERTICAL MOLDINGS (G) to the LEFT END (C).
Tihten six HIDDEN CAMS.
å NOTE: Be sure the WOOD DOWELS in the LEFT END insert into
the VERTICAL MOLDINGS.

Step 4
å Separate two SHORT EXTENSION SLIDES (2) from two SHORT EXTENSION RAILS (1) as shown in the upper
diaram below. Be prepared, the parts are reasy.
å Fasten the SHORT EXTENSION RAILS (1) to the LEFT END (C). Use six 1/2" PAN HEAD SCREWS (33).
å NOTE: For each EXTENSION RAIL, turn a SCREW into the hole shown in the enlared diaram. Then, slide the inner
cartride of the EXTENSION RAIL in to find the other holes that lines up with the holes in the END. Turn a SCREW into
these holes.
å NOTE: The EXTENSION SLIDES will be used later for the DRAWERS.
Push the black lever and pull the SLIDE from the RAIL.
Use these holes.

å Separate a LONG EXTENSION SLIDE (4) from a LONG EXTENSION RAIL (3) as shown in the upper diaram below.
Be prepared, the parts are reasy.
å Fasten the LONG EXTENSION RAIL (3) to the LEFT END (C). Use three 1/2" PAN HEAD SCREWS (33).
å NOTE: For each EXTENSION RAIL, turn a SCREW into the hole shown in the enlared diaram. Then, slide the inner
cartride of the EXTENSION RAIL in to find the other holes that lines up with the holes in the END. Turn a SCREW into
these holes.
å NOTE: The EXTENSION SLIDES will be used later for the DRAWERS.
Use these holes.
