HOW TO USE A HIDDEN CAM & CAM SCREW OR CAM DOWEL
NOTE: Various CAM SCREWS or a CAM DOWEL may be used.

Turn the CAM SCREW or
gently tap the CAM DOWEL
until the shoulder is against
the surface of the part.

Push a HIDDEN CAM into
the part. The arrow in the
HIDDEN CAM must point
toward the hole in the
edge of the board.

Insert the CAM SCREW or CAM DOWEL into the
HIDDEN CAM. Tighten the HIDDEN CAM.

å Assemble your unit on a carpeted floor or on the empty
carton to avoid scratching your unit or the floor.
å Turn four CAM SCREWS (4) into the UPRIGHT (F).
å Carefully flip the UPRIGHT (F) over.
å Push two HIDDEN CAMS (3) into the UPRIGHT (F).

å Fasten five SMALL BRACKETS (5) to the UPRIGHT FRAME (B).
Use five 1/2" PAN HEAD SCREWS (18).

å Fasten the UPRIGHT FRAME (B) to the UPRIGHT (F).
Use three 1/2" PAN HEAD SCREWS (18) through the
SMALL BRACKETS and into the UPRIGHT (F).
å Fasten the UPRIGHT FRAME (B) to the UPRIGHT (F).
Use three 2" PAN HEAD SCREWS (14).

å Fasten the LEFT END (E) to the LEFT FRAME (A).
Use two 1/2" PAN HEAD SCREWS (18).
å Fasten the LEFT END (E) to the LEFT FRAME (A).

å Fasten three RAIL SUPPORTS (EE) to the LEFT END (E)
and UPRIGHT (F). Use six 7/8" PAN HEAD SCREWS (16).
å Flip the UPRIGHT (F) over.
å Fasten the remaining RAIL SUPPORT (EE) to the
UPRIGHT (F). Use two 7/8" PAN HEAD SCREWS (16).
