death. A TV that is too large for the available space might be accidentally pushed or bumped o the furniture, or subject to tip-over.
• Check the size and weight of your TV. Compare it to the diagram below – before you begin assembly!
• This Sauder unit is designed for use with televisions weighing less than 70 pounds. Never use with a TV that weighs more.
• The size of the television, front-to-back and side-to-side, must fit within the space defined in the diagram.
• Never place the front edge of the TV past the front edge of the TV support shelf (or stop molding – if equipped)
• Never allow the sides of the TV to extend past the side edges of the TV support surface.
• If the TV has a CRT picture tube, the picture tube cone may extend past the rear of the support shelf.
• Be sure to apply the warning label as instructed in the last assembly step. The label provides important safety related information.

å Assemble your unit on a carpeted floor or on the empty
carton to avoid scratching your unit or the floor.
å Push twenty HIDDEN CAMS (1F) into the UPRIGHTS (C
and D), BOTTOM (F), SHELVES (G and H), SMALL
BACKS (J), and TOP SIDE SKIRTS (Q). Then, insert the
metal end of a CAM DOWEL (2F) into each HIDDEN
CAM except for the CAMS in the BOTTOM (F) and
LOWER SHELF (H).

å Fasten the CABINET RIGHTS (35GA) to the RIGHT END (A) and
SMALL UPRIGHT (D) and the CABINET LEFTS (35GB) to the
LEFT END (B) and other surface of the SMALL UPRIGHT (D).
Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S) through
holes #1 and #3.
å NOTE: Be sure to fasten the CABINET RIGHT and CABINET
LEFT to the SMALL UPRIGHT (D) exactly as shown.

å Insert two METAL PINS (1R) into a SHELF (G).
å Insert the METAL PINS (1R) in one end of the SHELF (G)
into the holes in the LEGS (L and N).
å Insert two LONG METAL PINS (3R) into the other edge of
the SHELF (G).
å Fasten the UPRIGHT (C) to the TOP (E). Tighten a
HIDDEN CAM.
å NOTE: Be sure the LONG METAL PINS in the SHELF (G)
insert through the holes in the UPRIGHT (C).

å Fasten the LEGS (K and M) and TOP SIDE SKIRT (Q) on
the RIGHT END (A) assembly to the TOP (E), BOTTOM (F)
and LOWER SHELF (H). Tighten six HIDDEN CAMS.
å NOTE: Be sure the METAL PINS in the LEGS (K and M)
insert into the holes in the SHELF (G).

å Fasten eight ANGLE BRACKETS (5G) to the SKIRTS (O).
Use eight BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S).
å NOTE: Be sure the edges of the ANGLE BRACKETS are
even with the edges of the SKIRTS.
å Fasten the SKIRTS (O) to the TOP (E) and BOTTOM (F).
Use eight BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S)
through the ANGLE BRACKETS on the SKIRTS and into
the TOP and BOTTOM.

å Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges. Lay the BACK (I) over your unit.
å Make equal margins along all four edges of the BACK (I). Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make
it "square".
å Fasten the BACK (I) to your unit using the NAILS (1N).
å NOTE: Be sure to tap NAILS into the holes that line up over the SMALL UPRIGHT (D).
å Fasten the BOTTOM SIDE SKIRTS (P) to the LEGS (K, L, M, and N). Use four SILVER 1-1/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (10S).
å Push four CAM COVERS (12P) onto each HIDDEN CAM on the BOTTOM (F).
å Center four SCREW COVERS (20P) over the head of each SCREW in the BOTTOM SIDE SKIRTS (P) and press firmly.

å Fasten the DRAWER BACK (D75) to the DRAWER SIDES (D83 and D84). Use four BLACK 1-9/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (30S).
å NOTE: Be sure the DRAWER BOTTOM (D721) inserts into the groove of the DRAWER BACK (D75).
å Repeat this step for the remaining drawer using the LEFT DRAWER FRONT (R).

å Insert the DRAWER SIDES (D83 and D84) at
an angle into the slot at each end of the RIGHT
DRAWER FRONT (S).
å Slide the DRAWER BOTTOM (D721) into the grooves
in the DRAWER SIDES (D83 and D84) and RIGHT
DRAWER FRONT (S).
The tabs should insert freely
into the slots. Gently tilt the
DRAWER SIDES side to side
until the tabs slip into the slots.

å Insert a SLIDE CAM (10A) into the DRAWER SIDES (D83 and D84).
å Fasten a DRAWER RIGHT (35GC) to the DRAWER RIGHT SIDE (D83)
and a DRAWER LEFT (35GD) to the DRAWER LEFT SIDE (D84). Use
four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S) through holes #1 and #3.
å NOTE: The screw head in the CAM must be visible through the slotted
hole in the SLIDE.
å Repeat this step for the other drawer.
