1. SAFETY
WARNING! Ensure Health & Safety, local authority, and general workshop practice regulations are adhered to when using this
workbench.
9Wear protective gloves and goggles during assembly.
9Locate workbench in a suitable work area.
9Keep the work area clean, uncluttered and ensure there is adequate lighting.
WARNING! Use workbench on level and solid ground, preferably concrete.
9Keep the workbench clean and tidy in accordance with good workshop practice.
9Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.
8DO NOT use the workbench for any purpose other than that for which it is designed.
8DO NOT use the workbench outdoors.
8DO NOT place the workbench in a damp or wet location or an area where there is condensation.
8DO NOT clean the workbench with any solvents which may damage the surfaces or the protective coating.
8DO NOT move the workbench when there are items placed on it.
8DO NOT overload the workbench.
8DO NOT undertake work on the workbench without the workpiece being adequately secured. Use clamps or a vice (not included but available
from your Sealey stockist), to secure the workpiece.

2. INTRODUCTION
Thick 25mm MDF worktop, used for adding extra rigidity and durability. powder coated steel frame, for added corrosion resistance. Four
adjustable feet for levelling on uneven ground.

4. CONTENTS

5. ASSEMBLY
5.1. Assemble on a soild, level surface - avoid carpet.
5.2. The assistance of a second person will be required during
assembly.
5.3. Tools required: rubber mallet, crosshead screwdriver,
adjustable spanner.

5.4. STEP 1
5.4.1. Lay the whole package on the ground with the table
top (1) facing down.
5.4.2. Lift both H leg frames (2) upright as per diagram above
and insert the leg frames (2) into the slots on each side
of the table top (1).
5.4.3. Fix both H leg frames (2) to the table top (1) using the
pan head bolts (4) and hex nuts (5) provided.
5.5. STEP 2
5.5.1. Invert the workbench so that it is upright.
5.5.2. Attach the horizontal back brace (3) and
fix it to the leg frames (2) using the pan head
bolts (4) and hex nuts (4) provided.
5.6. STEP 3
5.6.1. Assembly now complete.
