Ihr neuer SEBO ist ein hochwertiges, langlebiges und innovatives Produkt, das
nach neuester Technologie in Deutschland entwickelt und gefertigt wird.
1. Sicherheitshinweise
Die Gebrauchsanweisung und die Sicherheitshinweise bit-
te gut aufbewahren. Wird der SEBO DUO an Dritte weiter-
gegeben, muss unbedingt die Gebrauchsanweisung mit
übergeben werden.
Die Benutzung des Gerätes geschieht auf eigene Verant-
wortung. Der Hersteller haftet nicht für Schäden, die durch
falsche Bedienung oder nicht bestimmungsgemäßen Ge-
brauch verursacht werden.
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Dieser SEBO DUO ist dazu bestimmt, im Privathaushalt
und vergleichbarer Umgebung verwendet zu werden. Die-
ses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und darüber und
von Personen mit verringerten physischen, sensorischen
oder mentalen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung
und/oder Wissen benutzt werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt
werden oder bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des Ge-
rätes unterwiesen wurden und die daraus resultierenden
Gefahren verstanden haben. Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem
Gerät spielen. Reinigung und Benutzerwartung dürfen
nicht durch Kinder ohne Beaufsichtigung durchgeführt
werden.
Das gerät nicht in Umgebungen verwenden, in denen sich
brennbare, explosive oder gefährliche Stoffe oder Gase be-
finden
Niemals bei angeschlossenem oder laufendem Gerät
an die Bürsten des SEBO DUO fassen! Es besteht
Verletzungsgefahr durch Einklemmung.
Vor Inbetriebnahme des SEBO DUO ist dieser auf sichtbare
Schäden am Gerät sowie der Netzanschlussleitung zu un-
tersuchen. Falls ein Defekt festgestellt wird, muss dieser
durch den Hersteller, seinem Kundendienst oder einem
qualifiziertem Servicepersonal behoben werden.
Ein Gerät mit Defekten nicht anschließen!
Vor allen Arbeiten am Gerät: Erst das Gerät ausschalten
und Netzstecker ziehen.
Mit eingeschaltetem Gerät nicht über die Anschlussleitung
fahren.

1. Safety Instructions
Please save these safety instructions and the user manual.
If you pass the SEBO DUO to a third party, please pass
these on as well.
The use of the machine is at your own risk. The
manufacturer/ supplier is not liable for any injury or
damage caused by incorrect usage of the machine.
Intended Use
This SEBO DUO must only be used for normal domestic
household purposes. This appliance can be used by
children aged from 8 years and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they are given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way
and understand the hazards involved. Children should not
play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance
should not be done by children without strict supervision.
Do not use in the presence of flammable, explosive or
harmful materials and gases.
Please do not touch the brushes when they are turning as
this will cause a risk of injury to the fingers.
Before using the SEBO DUO, always check for any signs of
damage, especially to the mains cable.
If a component is damaged, it must be replaced with a
genuine SEBO part. For safety reasons this must be done
by a SEBO service representative or an authorized Service
technician.
Do not use a damaged machine.
Alwaysturnoffandunplugthemachinebeforeundertaking
any maintenance.
Do not run over the cable.

Sicherer Gebrauch
Den SEBO DUO nur gemäß der Anschlusswer-
te des Typenschildes anschließen und betreiben.
(Das Typenschild befindet sich auf der Oberseite
des Gerätes).
Den SEBO DUO nur an den vorgesehenen Griffen
transportieren und bedienen. Handgriff während
des Betriebes stets festhalten. Das Gerät erst ab-
stellen, wenn die rotierenden Bürsten komplett
zum Stillstand gekommen ist, der Netzschalter
ausgeschaltet und der Netzstecker gezogen ist.
Menschen oder Tiere nicht mit dem Gerät be-
arbeiten.
Dieses Gerät ist nur zur Trockenanwen-
dung bestimmt und darf nicht im Freien und
unter nassen Bedingungen verwendet oder
aufbewahrt werden.
Achten Sie auf einen sicheren Stand des SEBO
DUO und wickeln Sie die Netzanschlussleitung
nach dem Betrieb wieder auf, da durch sie eine
Stolpergefahr für Personen entsteht.
Benutzen Sie das Anschlusskabel nicht zum
Tragen des Gerätes.
Netzstecker nicht am Kabel aus der Steckdose
ziehen.
Netzkabel von scharfen Kanten fern halten.
Achten sie darauf, dass das Netzkabel niemals
eingequetscht wird.
Vor Hitzequellen, Feuchtigkeit und Wasser
schützen und nur trocken oder mit einem leicht
feuchten Tuch reinigen.
Der SEBO DUO darf nur mit original SEBO
Ersatz- und Verschleißteilen betrieben wer-
den. Nur die Verwendung von Originalteilen
für dieses Produkt berechtigt zu Garantie-
leistungen und gewährleistet die Betriebs-
sicherheit des Gerätes. Änderungen am Ge-
rät sind nicht zulässig.
2. Hinweis zur Entsorgung
Elektroaltgeräte gehören nicht in den Rest-
müll. Sie können dieses Gerät kostenlos an
jeder öffentlichen Sammelstelle abgeben.

Safe Use
Ensure that the connection data on the data label
(voltage and frequency) match the mains electric-
ity supply. The data label is on the top cover of the
machine.
Only carry the SEBO DUO by the carry handle. Al-
ways hold the handle when operating the SEBO
DUO. Do not store the appliance until rotating
brushes have been stopped completely, the mains
switch has been turned off and the mains plug has
been dircob´nnected from the outlet.
Do not use on people or animals.
Electrical appliance, do not expose to liquid,
moisture or heat. Only clean with a dry or
slightly damp cloth.
Always stand the machine on a stable surface.
Rewind the mains cable if the machine is not in
use to reduce the risk of tripping.
Do not carry the machine by the cable.
Only disconnect from the socket by pulling the
plug.
Keep the cable away from sharp edges and
prevent it becoming trapped, crushed or over-
stretched (e.g. by winding on too tightly).
Use on dry surfaces only. Do not store outdoors
or in damp conditions.
When you finish or interrupt your work, always
turn off, unplug the machine and ensure the ro-
tating brush has stopped.
This machine should only be operated with
genuine SEBO replacement parts. The use
of non-genuine parts will waive the warran-
ty for this product and could pose a serious
safety risk.
All repairs within the guarantee period
should be performed by an authorized SEBO
service representative.

Conservare con cura queste istruzioni d’uso e, se
l’apparecchioviene ceduto,consegnarleal successivo
proprietario.
L’uso dell’apparecchio è a proprio rischio e pericolo.
Il fabbricante e il fornitore non rispondono dei danni
causati dall’uso improprio o non conforme.
Questo apparecchio può essere utilizzato da bambini
a partire dagli 8 anni e da persone con ridotte
capacità fisiche, sensoriali o mentali o con scarsa
esperienza e conoscenza purché sotto sorveglianza o
se opportunamente istruiti all’uso ed informati e solo
se hanno ben compreso gli eventuali rischi derivanti
dall’utilizzo. I bambini non devono giocare con
l’apparecchio. Pulizia e manutenzioni non possono
essere effettuate dai bambini se non strettamente
sorvegliati.
Non toccare assolutamente la spazzola se
l’apparecchio è collegato alla rete elettrica o in
funzione per evitare il rischio di lesioni.
Prima della messa in funzione dell’aspirapolvere è
necessario verificare che non ci siano evidenti danni
all’apparecchio, al cavo di alimentazione o al tubo
di aspirazione. Nel caso venga rilevato un difetto,
lo stesso deve essere riparato dal fornitore, dal
servizio di assistenza o da personale qualificato. Non
utilizzare mai un apparecchio difettoso.
Prima di qualsiasi intervento sull’apparecchio:
spegnerlo e staccare la spina dalla presa.
Evitare di passare sopra il cavo di alimentazione con
l’apparecchio in funzione.
Collegare l’apparecchio soltanto ad impianti con gli
stessi valori indicati sull’etichetta. (La targa dati si
trova sulla parte superiore dell‘unità)
Trasportare l’apparecchio utilizzando unicamente
le apposite impugnature. Durante il funzionamento
tenere sempre saldamente l’impugnatura. Riporre
l’apparecchio solo quando la spazzola rotante è
completamente ferma, l’interruttore spento e la
spina staccata dalla presa.

cas responsable des dommages que pourraient
entraîner une mauvaise utilisation de l’appareil
ou l’inobservation des instructions.
Cet appareil peut être utilisé par des enfants âgés
de 8 ans et plus, par toutes personnes dont les
capacités physiques, sensorielles ou mentales
ne sont pas réduites et qui grâce à la notice
d’utilisation peuvent utiliser l’appareil de manière
sûre et en connaissance des risques encourus.
Les enfants ne doivent pas jouer avec l’appareil.
Le nettoyage et l’entretien doivent se faire par
l’utilisateur mais en aucun cas ils ne doivent
être effectués par des enfants sans surveillance
stricte.
Ne pas toucher la brosse quand celle-ci est en
fonctionnement car cela entraînerait un risque de
blessure aux doigts.
Assurez-vous toujours que votre câble n‘est pas
endommagé avant d‘utiliser l‘appareil. Si une
pièce est endommagée, elle doit être remplacée
par une pièce d’origine SEBO. Pour des raisons
de sécurité, ce remplacement doit se faire par un
représentant SEBO ou un technicien de service
agréé.
Ne pas utiliser une machine endommagée.
Ne pas rouler sur le câble électrique.
Assurez-vous que les données inscrites sur
l’étiquette de l’appareil correspondent à
l’alimentation électrique. (La plaque signalétique
se trouve sur le dessus de l‘appareil)
Portez uniquement l’aspirateur par la poignée
prévue à cet effet. Tenez toujours la poignée
pendant le nettoyage. Quand vous terminez ou
interrompez votre travail, éteignez toujours
l’appareil et assurez-vous que les brosses
tournantes sont arrêtées.

secco e non può essere usato o conservato

Non usare il cavo per sollevare o trasportare
l’apparecchio.
Il SEBO DUO può essere utilizzato solo con
ricambi originali SEBO e pezzi di usura. Solo
l‘uso di parti originali per questo prodotto
dà diritto a servizi di garanzia e garantisce
la sicurezza operativa dell‘apparecchio. Non
sono ammesse modifiche all‘apparecchio.
Informazione per lo smaltimento
Questo apparecchio può essere smaltito a
costo zero nell’apposita discarica pubblica.

Débranchez seulement en tirant la prise

Gardez le câble électrique loin des bords
tranchants et empêchez-le d’être aspiré ou
écrasé.
C’est un appareil électrique, ne l’exposez pas
auliquide,àl’humidité ou à la chaleur.Nettoyer
seulement l’aspirateur avec un chiffon doux et
sec.
Cette machine n’utilise que des pièces
d’origine SEBO. L’utilisation de pièces
n’émanant pas du fabricant peut modifier
l’étendue et les causes de la garantie et
peut de révéler dangereux.

1) Instrukcja bezpieczeństwa
Instrukcję obsługi należy przechowywać w
bezpiecznym miejscu. W przypadku przekazania
SEBO DUO osobom trzecim należy również przekazać
instrukcję obsługi.
Korzystanie z urządzenia odbywa się na własne
ryzyko. Producent nie odpowiada za szkody powstałe
w wyniku nieprawidłowej obsługi lub nieprawidłowego
użytkowania.
Przeznaczenie
SEBO DUO jest przeznaczone wyłącznie do użytku
w warunkach gospodarstw domowych. Z urządzenia
mogą korzystać dzieci w wieku 8 lat i starsze oraz
osoby o ograniczonych zdolnościach zycznych,
sensorycznych lub umysłowych lub nieposiadające
doświadczenia i/lub wiedzy, jeżeli są nadzorowane lub
poinstruowane w zakresie bezpiecznego użytkowania
urządzenia i zrozumiały wynikające z tego zagrożenia.
Urządzenie nie służy do zabawy dla dzieci. Czyszczenie
i konserwacja urządzenia przez dzieci mogą odbywać
się wyłącznie pod nadzorem dorosłych.
Nie należy korzystać z urządzenia w miejscach,
gdzie przechowuje się materiały lub gazy łatwopalne,
wybuchowe lub niebezpieczne.
Nie należy nigdy dotykać szczotek SEBO DUO, kiedy
urządzenie jest podłączone do sieci lub pracuje. Może
to skutkować zranieniem.
Przed uruchomieniem SEBO DUO należy sprawdzić,
czy nie ma widocznych uszkodzeń urządzenia i
kabla sieciowego. W przypadku stwierdzenia usterki,
musi ona zostać naprawiona przez producenta, jego
dział obsługi klienta lub wykwalikowany personel
serwisowy.Nie należy podłączać do sieci urządzenia,
które nie jest w pełni sprawne! Przed przystąpieniem
do jakichkolwiek czynności konserwujących należy
wyłączyć urządzenie oraz wyciągnąć wtyczkę sieciową
z gniazdka.
Nie należy uruchamiać urządzenia przez kabel
połączeniowy, gdy jest ono włączone.

Bezpieczne użytkowanie
SEBO DUO należy podłączać i obsługiwać wyłącznie
zgodnie z wartościami przyłączeniowymi na tabliczce
znamionowej. (Tabliczka znamionowa znajduje się na
górze urządzenia).
SEBO DUO należy transportować i obsługiwać
wyłącznie za pomocą dołączonych uchwytów.
Zawsze trzymaj uchwyt podczas pracy. Nie należy
wyłączać urządzenia, dopóki obracające się szczotki
nie zatrzymają się całkowicie, wyłącznik sieciowy nie
zostanie wyłączony, a wtyczka sieciowa nie zostanie
odłączona.
Nie należy pracować z urządzeniem na ludziach lub
zwierzętach.
Urządzenie jest przeznaczone wyłącznie do
użytku na sucho i nie może być używane lub
przechowywane na zewnątrz lub w warunkach
wilgotnych.
Po zakończeniu pracy należy ustawić SEBO DUO
w bezpiecznej pozycji oraz zwinąć kabel, aby nie
narażać się na potknięcie.
Nie należy używać kabla połączeniowego do
przenoszenia urządzenia.
Nie należy wyciągać wtyczki sieciowej z gniazdka
za kabel.
Kabel sieciowy należy trzymać z dala od ostrych
krawędzi.
Przy zwijaniu nie należy nadmiernie ściskać kabla
sieciowego.
Chronić przed źródłami ciepła, wilgocią i wodą i
czyścić tylko suchą lub lekko wilgotną szmatką.
Urządzenie powinno wykorzystywać
wyłącznie oryginalne części zamienne marki
SEBO. Stosowanie nieoryginalnych części
skutkuje zniesieniem gwarancji na ten
produkt, a także może narazić użytkownika na
niebezpieczeństwo.
Wszystkie naprawy w okresie gwarancyjnym
powinny być wykonywane przez autoryzowanego
przedstawiciela serwisu SEBO.

W celu utylizacji zużytego urządzenia należy
zwrócić się do władz lokalnych.

Zum Abnehmen der An-
schlußleitung (13) vom
Stiel, den unteren Lei-
tungshaken (14) nach
oben drehen. Beim Aufwi-
ckeln die Leitung nicht zu
stark spannen.
Beim Entnehmen des Ge-
rätes aus der Bodenscha-
le (8) mit der Fußspitze
auf die Lasche (15) treten
und das Gerat am Stiel
nach oben ziehen.
Nach Gebrauch das Ge-
rät wieder in die Boden-
schale stellen. Gehäu-
sevorderkante unter die
Lasche (16) schieben und
Gerät am Stiel leicht nach
unten drücken. Durch
die Bodenschale werden
die Bürsten entlastet und
Reste des Reinigungspul-
vers aufgefangen.
Wartung
Zum Wechseln der Rund-
bürste (7) die beiden
Schrauben (17) am Bürs-
tenlager (18) lösen und
das Lager mit der Bürste
etwas aus dem Gehäuse
schwenken.
Das Bürstenlager abneh-
men und die Bürste in
Längsrichtung aus dem
Gehäuse ziehen.
Zur gründlichen Reini-
gung des SEBO DUO und
der Bürsten, empehlt es
sich, die Rundbürsten aus
dem Gerät zu nehmen!
Beim Wiedereinsetzen
der Rundbürste die Mit-
nahmeseite der Bürs-
te auf den Mitnehmer
(19) stecken und durch
Drehen beide Teile mit-
einander verrasten. Das
Bürstenlager wieder auf-
stecken und in das Ge-
häuse schwenken, der
Steg auf dem Lager muss
dabei in die Gehäuserille
geschoben werden.
Maintenance
To change the brush
(7) rst remove the two
screws (17) from the
Bearing Block (18) then
push forward the top of
the brush together with
the block.
Take the block o󰀨 the
brush then lift the brush
upwards out of the brush
housing.
To thoroughly clean the
SEBO DUO and the brush
it is recommended that
the brushes are taken out
of the machine.
To replace the brush
insert the slotted end
into the housing rst and
locate the slots over the
drive cog (19) by turning
the brush. With the brush
located pull the brush
forward slightly to enable
the bearing block to be
replaced then push the
block back into its place
in the brush housing and
replace the two screws.
Entretien
Pour sortir les brosses
(7), dévisser les vis (17)
et enlever les plaquettes
(18).
Sortie la brosse en la tirant
vers sol sans forcer sur
l’entraîneur, la secouer et
la frotter.
Pour un nettoyage en
profondeur du SEBO
DUO et des brosses, il est
recommandé de retirer
les brosses rondes de
l’appareil !
Pour le remontage,
enfoncer le guide de la
brosse dans son entraîneur
(19) et positionner en
faisant pivoter légèrement
celle-ci. Remettre a plaque
et visser.
To remove the connecting
cable (13) from the stem,
turn the lower cable
hook (14) upwards.
Do not overtighten the
cable during winding.
When removing the
device from the bottom
tray (8), step with the tip
of your foot on the lug
(15) and pull the device
upwards on the handle.
After use, place the
appliance back in the
bottom tray. Slide the front
edge of the housing under
the lug (16) and press the
device slightly downwards
on the handle. The bottom
bowl relieves the brushes
and collects the remains
of the cleaning powder.

l’aide du pied dégager le
couvercle de rangement

Après utilisation, replacez
l’appareil dans le plateau
inférieur. Glisser le bord
avant du boîtier sous
l’ergot (16) et appuyer
légèrement l’appareil vers
le bas sur la poignée. La
cuvette inférieure soulage
les brosses et recueille
les restes de la poudre de
nettoyage.

Per togliere l’apparecchio
dalla vaschetta base
(8) agire con la punta
del piede sulla apposite
sporgenza (15) e sollevare
verso l‘alto l’apparecchio.
Dopo l’uso riporre
l’apparecchio nella
vaschetta base inserendo
la parte anteriore
dell’attrezzo sotto la
sporgenza (16) e spingere
l’apparecchio con iI
manico verso il basso.
Nella vaschetta base
gli spazzolini ruotano
sollevati ed i residui di
polvere restano raccolti.
Manutenzione
Per sostituire le spazzole
tonde (7) svitare le viti (17)
del spostare spazzolino e
bronzina dalla sede.
Togliere il supporto
bronzina e slare
la spazzola il senso
longitudinale da telaio.
Si consiglia l’asportazione
delle due spazzole per
eettuare la pulizia a
fondo del SEBO DUO.
Per rimontare le
spazzole: spingere il lato
spazzola con incastro sul
trascinatore (19) ruotando
la spazzola no a farli
combaciare, rimontare il
supporto bronzina sulla
spazzola ed inserirle
nell‘apposita scanalatura.
Aby wyjąć kabel (13) z
trzonka, należy przekręcić
dolny hak kablowy (14)
do góry. Nie należy
nadmiernie dokręcać
kabla podczas nawijania.
W celu wyjęcia urządzenia
z dolnej tacy (8) należy
nacisnąć zatrzask
stopą (15) i pociągnąć
urządzenie za uchwyt ku
górze.
Po zakończeniu pracy
należy umieścić urządzenie
z powrotem w dolnej
tacy.W tym celu należy
wsunąć przednią krawędź
obudowy pod zaczep (16),
a następnie lekko docisnąć
urządzenie w dół. Dolna
taca służy do odciążania
szczotek oraz zbierania
resztek.
Konserwacja
Aby wymienić szczotkę
(7) należy poluzować dwie
śruby (17) na łożysku
szczotki (18) oraz obrócić
łożysko odciągając lekko
szczotkę z obudowy.
Następnie należy zdjąć
łożysko ze szczotki, a
samą szczotkę wyciągnąć
z obudowy wzdłuż
urządzenia.
W celu dokładnego
oczyszczenia SEBO
DUO i szczotek zaleca
się usunięcie okrągłych
szczotek z urządzenia!
Podczas ponownego
montowania szczotki
należy umieścić stronę
napędzającą szczotki na
sterowniku (19) i obracając
szczotkę zablokować.
Następnie należy nałożyć
łożysko dociskając je w
rowku obudowy.

ENTFERNEN VON FLECKEN
Schritt 1
Eine kleine Menge des Teppichreinigungs-
pulvers SEBO DUO-P direkt auf die ver-
schmutzte Stelle streuen.
Schritt 2
SEBO DUO-P mit der integrierten Hand-
bürste oder einer weichen Bürste einarbei-
ten. Auf empfindlichen Polsterstoffen sehr
vorsichtig mit der Handbürste arbeiten.
Schritt 3
Das trockene Pulver nach ca. 30 Minuten
einfach mit dem Staubsauger absaugen.
Bei hartnäckigen Flecken eventuell wie-
derholt behandeln.
Schritt 1
Vor der Trockenreinigung den Teppich absaugen,
Flecken mit der Handbürste gründlich vorbe-
handeln. Für verkrustete Stellen den Zahnkamm
verwenden. Dann das Teppichreinigungspulver
SEBO DUO-P gleichmäßig verteilen.
Schritt 2
Mit dem Reinigungsgerät SEBO DUO einarbeiten
und ca. 30 Minuten einwirken lassen.
(Bei starker Verschmutzung länger einarbeiten,
evtl. wiederholen)
Schritt 3
Das trockene Pulver einfach absaugen.
Ein SEBO Staubsauger mit Elektroteppichbürste
ist ideal geeignet.
REINIGEN VON FLÄCHEN
STAIN REMOVAL CLEANING OF AREAS
Step 1
Sprinkle a small amount of SEBO DUO-P
carpet cleaning powder directly onto the
soiled area.
Step 2
Work in the SEBO DUO-P with the
integrated hand brush or a soft brush.
Work very carefully with the hand brush on
sensitive upholstery fabrics.
Step 3
After approx. 30 minutes, simply vacuum
off the dry powder with a vacuum cleaner.
For stubborn stains, treat repeatedly if
necessary.
Step 1
Before dry cleaning, vacuum off the carpet and
thoroughly pre-treat stains with a hand brush.
Use the tooth comb for encrusted areas. Then
distribute the carpet cleaning powder SEBO
DUO-P evenly.
Step 2
Work in with the SEBO DUO cleaning device and
leave on for approx. 30 minutes.
(If heavily soiled, work in longer, repeat if
necessary)
Step 3
Simply vacuum off the dry powder.
A SEBO vacuum cleaner with electric carpet
brush is ideal.

Krok 3

› The drying process is accelerated when the window is open.
› Close the SEBO DUO-P packaging after use, to maintain the cleaning
power; store lying down.
The Society for Allergy Research (GAF) and the Woolsafe Organisation in
Great Britain have tested the deep cleaning power of SEBO DUO-P and
found it good. The GAF found in a long-term study:
Six months after a single application of SEBO DUO-P no mite allergen
could be detected in seven out of ten carpets.
