alarmoccurswhen the actualtemperatureishigherthan 135℃.

Check whetherthe contactorisworkingproperly.Innon-energized case, check
the electromagneticcontactormoving contactpartsarenormalaction,if actionis
not available,itisrecognized contactordamage,if you canoperatenormally, you
need toenergizethe machine,when the actualtemperaturereachesthesetpoint,
observewhethercontactormovablecontactisseparatefromstationarycontact, if
separatedthe contactorisworkingproperly,ifthereisnoseparation, can be

electromagneticcontactorcontactisstillmeasured thesamevoltage and control

signaltoheating pipetoheat allthetime, resulting inover-temperaturealarm.
Confirmmicrocomputerpanelinternalparametersarecorrect. Microcomputer
panelinternalsavethe PIDparametersforcontrolling temperatureheatmethod,if
the parametersarenot correct, willcauseheatingsystemheat abnormally. To
