Installation instruction for the gate drive

Before programming the drive, the upper gate's limit switch must be installed.
The drive uses a movement limiter as reference points for automatically setting the upper end position. Upper position
limiter (when the door is fully open).

The engine rail mounting bracket should be mounted in the lintel or on the ceiling, however not more than
200 mm from the lintel (see drawing)

AUTOSET function, setting the gate end positions.
Dexxo Pro/io 800/1000 [N]
The condition for the correct course of the AUTOSET mode is the installation of the upper limit stop
and the coupling of the bogie with the gate.
The learning mode (AUTOSET) can be started each time the need arises.
The servomotor automatically selects the thrust force to the specic gate.
1. Press the key for approx. 2 seconds, the drive lamp will light up and go o. S2 will appear on the display.
2. Using the and buttons, move the chain / belt coupler until it engages with the guide arm (bogie). Long press
causes continuous closing movement. Long press causes a continuous opening movement.
3. Using the button close the gate by setting the lower end position.
4. Press to start the learning cycle (Autoset).
5. The gate will start a full OPEN / CLOSE cycle to automatically select the force.
6. C1 on the display - means conrmation of the correct execution of the Autoset function.
7. S0 or S1 is the negative result of the AUTOSET function. In this case, check the mechanics of the gate and try again.

Learning function, setting the gate end positions.
Dexxo Optimo 800N
The learning mode (AUTOSET) can be started each time the need arises.
The condition for the correct course of the AUTOSET mode is the installation of the upper limit stop
and the coupling of the bogie with the gate.

1. Press the key for approx. 2 seconds until the lamp switches on. The display range indicator light ashes .
2. Using the and buttons, move the chain / belt coupler until it engages with the guide arm (bogie). Long press
causes continuous closing movement. Long press causes a continuous opening movement.
3. Using the button close the gate by setting the lower end position. Release the key before the drive will force
the gate.
4. Press to start the learning cycle.
5. The gate will start a full OPEN / CLOSE cycle to determine the upper end position.
6. If the learning cycle has been successfully completed, the indicator light is on.
7. If the learning cycle has not been completed correctly, the indicator light continues to ash.

PROGRAMMING OF REMOTE CONTROLS - Dexxo: Optimo, Pro, io
Press and hold the key for approx. 2 seconds (the bulb will light up). Press the selected key on the remote control
(the bulb will start ashing).
Reprogramming the same remote control (channel) removes it from the Dexxo memory.
ERASE SETTING
Pressing the button for 7 seconds (the - lamp will go o - ashing) will erase all saved settings.

DELETION OF REMOTE CONTROL
Pressing the button for 7 seconds (the lamp will light - go o - ashing) will erase all previously saved transmitters.
