Uso previsto
Las herramientas manuales actuales están preparadas para
ofrecer un excelente crimpado de los conectores FV Stäubli con
cables. Los crimpados se llevarán a cabo únicamente cuando
los cables estén desconectados.
La heramienta de mano NO es apta para trabajar en carga
(IEC60900).
Intended use
The present hand tools are in place to deliver crimp excellence
for Stäubli PV connectors with cables. Crimpings shall be carried
out only in de-energized state of the cables.
The hand tool is NOT suitable for Live working (IEC 60900).

Cambiar las cuchillas Replacing the blades

Desenrosque los tres tornillos Allen Acon la llave Allen. Afloje el
tope del calibre de longitud Bcon un destornillador del tamaño 3.

Unscrew the three hexagonal socket screws Awith the Allen key.
Loosen the length gauge stop Bwith a size 3 screwdriver.

Presione completamente juntos los
mangos de las pinzas. De este modo
se abre el portacuchillas Cpara poder
extraer las cuchillas. Cambie siempre el
juego completo de cuchillas (las cuatro
cuchillas).

Ajuste el calibre de longitud a la longitud
de pelado deseada.

Set the length gauge to the desired
stripping length.

Introduzca el cable en el intervalo de sección transversal adecua-
do. Presione el cable contra el tope del calibre de longitud.

Insert the cable in the appropriate cross-section range. Push the
cable against the length gauge stop.

Presione completamente juntos los mangos de las pinzas.

Press the handles of the pliers fully together.

Abra las PV-AZM-... y retire el cable pelado.

Open the PV-AZM-... and remove the stripped cable.

Coloque las cuchillas nuevas en los
pines de fijación Ddel portacuchillas C.
El lado esmerilado de la cuchilla debe
mirar hacia el portacuchillas C. A con-
tinuación, lleve las pinzas a su posición
original y apriete los tornillos hexago-
nales y el tope del calibre de longitud.

Fit the new blades on the locating pins
Dof the blade holder C. The ground
side of the blade must face towards the
blade holder C. Then return the strip-
ping pliers to their original position and
tighten the hexagonal socket screws
and the length gauge stop.
