Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die vorliegenden Handwerkzeuge sind für die ordnungsgemäße
Durchführung des Anschlusses von Stäubli PV-Steckverbindern
mit PV-Leitungen im spannungsfreien Zustand vorgesehen.
Das Werkzeug ist NICHT geeignet für Arbeiten unter Spannung
(IEC 60900).
Intended use
The present hand tools are in place to deliver crimp excellence
for Stäubli PV connectors with cables. Crimpings shall be carried
out only in de-energized state of the cables.
The hand tool is NOT suitable for Live working (IEC 60900).

Die drei Sechskantschrauben Amit dem Sechskantschlüssel
lösen. Längenanschlag Bmit einem Schraubendreher Größe 3
lösen.

Unscrew the three hexagonal socket screws Awith the Allen key.
Loosen the length gauge stop Bwith a size 3 screwdriver.

Messer herausnehmen. Immer den ge-
samten Messerblock auswechseln (alle
vier Messer).

together. This opens the blade holder
Cso that the blades can be removed.
Always replace the complete blade set
(all four blades).

Abisolieren Stripping

Längenanschlag auf die gewünschte
Abisolierlänge einstellen.

Set the length gauge to the desired
stripping length.

Leitung in den entsprechenden Querschnittsbereich legen und bis
zum Längenanschlag schieben.

Insert the cable in the appropriate cross-section range. Push the
cable against the length gauge stop.

Zangengrie ganz zusammen drücken.

Press the handles of the pliers fully together.

Open the PV-AZM-... and remove the stripped cable.

Geschliene Seite der Messer muss
dabei der Messeraufnahme Czuge-
wandt sein.
Abisolierzange in die Ausgangsposition
zurückführen und Sechskantschrauben
sowie den Längenanschlag wieder
festziehen.

Fit the new blades on the locating pins
Dof the blade holder C. The ground
side of the blade must face towards the
blade holder C. Then return the strip-
ping pliers to their original position and
tighten the hexagonal socket screws
and the length gauge stop.
