Zaczep kulowy posiada tabliczkê znamionow¹ okreœlaj¹c¹ prawid³owe i bezpieczne obci¹¿enie
zaczepu, tj. :
Si³ê Dwylicza siê ze wzoru:
Podczas eksploatacji poszczególne elementy zaczepu kulowego powinny byæ utrzymane w nale¿ytym
stanie technicznym i zabezpieczone przed dzia³aniem korozji. W czasie holowania przyczepa musi byæ
z³¹czona dodatkowym elastycznym z³¹czem o odpowiedniej wytrzyma³oœci (linka, ³añcuch). W czasie
eksploatacji zaczepu kulowego nale¿y okresowo sprawdzaæ po³¹czenia œrubowe, a w przypadku
poluzowania nakrêtek nale¿y je dokrêciæ.

2.Zdemontowaæ zderzak wraz ze wzmocnieniem (wzmocnienie nie bêdzie ju¿ potrzebne, nakrêtki
wzmocnienia nale¿y ponownie umieœciæ w fabrycznych miejscach).
3.Usun¹æ taœmê ochronn¹ z punktów monta¿owych na pod³u¿nicach.
4.Umieœciæ w pod³u¿nicach wspornik prawy (4) i lewy (5) i skrêciæ œrubami M12x35 (10) wraz z

Follow the general directions in order to fit M-031 tow bar properly:
1.
Caution:
To different types of (2) may be attached to the (towing bracket) (1) only if:
1.The adapted tow has its own information label with homologation number
2.D and S values are equal or higher than (1) value.
3.Tow ball centre-point is in accordance with the drawing.
Rear bumper cutting and removing is required.
2.Remove rear bumper with his strengthening (strengthening will not be reused, the nuts should be
re-placed in the factory places).
3.Remove the protective tape from the mounting points on the chassis.
4.Put (4) and (5) in the chassis and screw using (10) with (7) and (13).
5.Insert (1) between (4) and (5) and screw using (11) with (12), (13) and (14).
6.Tight (3) to the (1), using 3 bolts (8), (12), (13) and one bolt (9) with (6), (12), (13) according to the
schema.
7.Make cutting in rear bumper according to the attached schedule.
8.Install rear bumper.
9.Attach (2) to the (3) according to the instruction.

Tow bar M-031 a is designed for towing a trailer. This ball hook has a current
certification of approval authorizing the product with e20certification sign.
FITTING CONDITIONS
Tow bar M-031 can be used and operated in a car with proper technical conditions of body elements.
Those parts cannot be mechanically damaged . The ball hook has to be installed and operated in a car
according to this instruction . All bolts and nuts in ball hook have to be screwed down with proper torque
(Mo) . Torque values are given below :
OPERATION CONDITIONS
The tow bar M-031 has a rating plate describing correct and safe loads of the hook :
D - force is calculated using the following formula:
During operating individual elements of ball hook should be kept in a proper technical condition and
protected from corrosion . The trailer must be linked with an elastic joint with proper durability ( cord ,
chain ) while towing .It is necessary to check periodically bolt joints during operating the ball hook. If
screws are eased , it is necessary to screw them down .

in a Mazda CX-7.
After assembling of the tow bar M-031 you have to get entry in cars registration book.
CAUTION :
Check if all bolts and nuts are correctly tightened after 1000km. Keep tow ball clean, grease and cased.
All mechanical damages of tow bar excludes its further exploitation . Damaged ball hook cannot be
repaired. In case of braking the rules of montage or unproper usage manufacturer do not take
responsibility for arised damages .

Verwendungsbereich
Die Anhängerkupplung M-031 für den Fahrzeugtyp Mazda CX-7 ist für das Ziehen eines Anhängers
bestimmt. Die Anhängerkupplung besitzt das Prüfzeichen e20.
Vorbedingungen für die Montage der Anhängerkupplung
Die Anhängerkupplung M-031 darf nur an Fahrzeugen montiert und genutzt werden, deren Karosserie
in einem einwandfreien technischen Zustand ist. Die Anhängerkupplung darf nur entsprechend der
folgenden Anleitungen montiert und genutzt werden.
Alle Schrauben und Muttern entsprechend dem in der folgenden Tabelle angegebenen Drehmoment
(Mo) anziehen (das Drehmoment bezieht sich jeweils auf Schrauben der Festigkeitsklasse 8.8):
Nutzungsbedingungen
Die Anhängerkupplung M-031 besitzt ein Typenschild, das die Parameter für eine ordnungsgemäße
und sichere Belastung der Kupplung angibt:
Der D-Wert wird nach folgender Formel berechnet:
Während der Nutzung sind die einzelnen Kupplungsteile in einem einwandfreien technischen Zustand
zu halten und vor Korrosion zu schützen. Während des Schleppvorgangs ist der Anhänger zusätzlich mit
einem Seil oder einer Kette von entsprechender Stärke mit dem Zugfahrzeug zu verbinden. Während
der Nutzung der Anhängerkupplung sind von Zeit zu Zeit die Verschraubungen zu überprüfen und
gegebenenfalls nachzuziehen.

Bei der Montage der Anhängerkupplung M-031 ist gemäß folgender Anleitung vorzugehen:

Achtung: Im Preis der Anhängerkupplung ist kein Elektrosatz enthalten.
Die Anhängerkupplung muss nicht beim TÜV vorgeführt werden, da diese mit dem Zeichen e20
ausgezeichnet ist, es sei denn, dass aktuelle Vorschriften es anders bestimmen. Diese
Montageanleitung dient als ABE und muss mit den Fahrzeugpapieren mitgeführt werden.
1. Die Montage der Anhängerkupplung erfordert einen Anschnitt der hinteren Stoßstange und ihre
Demontage.
2. Die hintere Stoßstange zusammen mit der Verstärkung demontieren (die Verstärkung wird nicht
mehr gebraucht, die Verstärkungsmutter sollten wieder in den vom Werk aus markierten Stellen
eingesetzt werden.)
3. Das Schutzband aus den Montagestellen auf den Längsträgern entfernen.
4. Die rechte Stütze (4) und linke( 5) in den Längsträgern einsetzen und mit den Schrauben M12x35
(10), den Unterlegscheiben Ø40/Ø12,5x3 (7), den Federringen Ø12,2 (13)verschrauben.
5. Zwischen die montierten Stützen (4) und (5), das Gestell (1) einsetzen und mit den Schrauben
M12x40 (11), den Unterlegscheiben Ø13,0 (12), den Federringen Ø12,2 (13) und den Muttern M12
(14) verschrauben.
6. An das Gestell (1) das Kugelnest (3), mit drei Schrauben M12x25 (8), den Unterlegscheiben Ø13,0
(12), den Federringen Ø12,2 (13) festschrauben, und mit einer Schraube M12x30 (9), der
Steckdosenhalterung (6), der Unterlegscheibe Ø13,0 (12), dem Federring Ø12,2 (13) nach Schema
verschrauben.
7. Einen Anschnitt in der hinteren Stoßstange, nach Schema (~115x255) mm ausführen.
8. Die hintere Stoßstange wieder montieren.
9. Die Kugel (2) an das Nest (3) nach der Gebrauchsanleitung stecken.
Achtung:
An das Gestell der Schleppstütze 1, kann eine Kugel(2) von anderer Konstruktion als in obiger
Gebrauchsanleitung montiert werden, unter der Bedingung:
1. Die verwendete Kugel besitzt ein Kennzeichenschild mit der Bauartzulassung.
2. Die Parameter D und S haben eine größere oder die gleiche Wert als die vom Gestell (1).
3. Die Lage der Kugelmitte ist mit dem Muster übereinstimmend.
Vorsicht: Bei Beschädigung darf die Anhängerkupplung M-031 nicht weiter benutzt werden.
Eine Reparatur der beschädigten Anhängerkupplung ist nicht möglich. Bei Nichtbefolgung
der Montageanleitung und unsachgemäßer Nutzung übernimmt der Hersteller keine
Verantwortung für entstehende Schäden.
