Expandable "Multi-Purpose" Pet Kennel System
Size: 8' × 4‘ × 4 1/2'
Congratulations on your NEW EXPANDABLE KENNEL! It is the
ideal choice for pets and their parents. Permanently hinged
sturdy side panels and No-Tools-Required make this kennel‘s
assembly the fastest and easiest on the market. Expand your
new kennel into a wide variety of configurations with the ad-
dition of other kits.
INCLUDED IN THIS KIT:
12 Pre-hinged side panels including 1 Double Door gate panel
24 custom-fit nylon connectors
12 Elastic Cords for securing the cover
1 Cover including cover support tubes
Step 1 - Unfold and Connect
Unfold the pre-hinged panels into a 4 sided rectangle.
Locate the pin end and the receiving end of the assembly and
connect the two by dropping the pin in the receiver. (as shown
in figure below)
Step 2 - Panel Connectors
Insert the panel connectors into the tops and the bottoms of
each panel at each hinge location as shown here.
NOTE
The unused
portion of the
connetors should
be positioned
outside of the
kennel.
Your Expandable kennel my be used with or without a cover. It is designed for stability.
The assembly is now complete. Remarkable fast and easy!
Step 3 - Roof Assemble
First assemble the cover support tubes. Each section slides
together. Insert the support tubes into the top of the connec-
tors, as shown here. Insert the cover tubes into the tops of the
connectors as shown here.
Add the cover, tighten the hook and loop at each corner and
secure the cover to the panels using the elastic cords as pictured.

Expanding your EXPANDABLE pet kennel
This expextional pet kennel was designed to allow for expansion
to a wide variety of configurations by using additional kits. You
will find this to be as easy as the initial assembly using
No Tools & No Brackets.
Release the spring hinge at any corner and rotate
in parallel to the adjoining side panel. Add ad-
ditional panels to complete this configuration.
Simply re-attach the panels at the corners using
the spring-loaded hinges.
Adding a divider panel may be done quickly and
easily. Insert a complete 4'panel (2 sections of 2‘)
and attach using a connector as shown here.
As shown in the pictures an additional cover can be added to
any part of the kennel that is 8'× 4'in shape. Unlike any other
modular kennel in the industry covers may be added next to
each other.
This versatile kennel can also be used as a gate system to keep
animals in or out of certain areas. The utility of this kennel is
virtually endless.
This unique expandable kennel can be changed or further expan-
ded at any time in only minutes.
How to expand your EXPANDABLE pet kennel
An example
Every 2'section is connected with a innovative spring-loaded
hinge and every hinge location is secured by a custom-fit nylon
connector. They are the keys to this kennel‘s simple assembly
and expansion capabilities.
IMPORTANT CAUTIONS
• It is highly recommended when you use your kennel outdoors,
especially with a cover, secure the kennel with ground stakes for
protection against wind.
• If your pet is placed in your kennel make certain your pet is
provided with ample food and water for the time period.
• Do not leave your pet alone for extende periods of time in your
kennel. Changing your pet‘s surroundings and access to exercise
is critical to your pet‘s health – both physical and mental.
