Follow the instructions carefully when
installing the roof box.
NOTE
• Read the safety instructions at the end
of the manual.
Key number
Please note down the number of your key in
the box above. If you lose the key, this can be
re-ordered.
Parts included
Precautions for use
Maximum luggage weight
Always carefully divide the load in the roof
box. The maximum capacity of the roof box is
75 kg.
Maximum speed
Never exceed the maximum speed limit when
the roof box is installed. Maximum speed limit
is 130 km/h.
Load size
Be aware of the size of the luggage. Never
place luggages that prevents the roof box lid
from closing properly.

Roof box rim
Avoid holding on the roof box rim as it may
damage it.
Traffic danger
Always carefully approach the roof box near
roads. Avoid approaching the roof box from
the traffic side.
Accidental close
Always be careful when the lid is open as it
can accidentally close, causing injuries.
Wind effects
Always make sure the lid is properly closed,
otherwise sidewind may accidentally open it.
Be careful when driving in wind as it can affect
the ability to steer.
Parking
Be aware when parking in closed places that
the roof box is on the roof of the vehicle and
the total height is higher.

Car wash
Always remove the roof box when washing
the car in automated car wash.
Storage precations
Always store the roof box horizontally and
away from direct sunlight.

Never park under transparent roofed parking
spots when the roof box is installed.
Be aware, that at least 100 cm is needed
between the top of the roof box and the roof
when parking inside.
Never use straps to close the lid or to fix the
roof box on the vehicle.
Always keep the instructions in the vehicle.

Loosen the 4 clamps counterclockwise
With help, carefully place the roof box on the
roof. The weight of the roof box is 23,5 kg.
Be careful not to damage the paint of the roof
Make sure that the locking clamps are in
place, and the roof racks are between the
locking clamps.
Make sure, that
The roof box is installed in the direction of
travel
The luggage compartment door can be
opened
The roof box is paralell to the direction of travel
Make sure that the clamps are installed
properly as illustrated
Tighten the clamps clockwise until clicks
Do not use any tools to tighten the
clamps.

Make sure that the clamps holds the roof
racks as illustrated.
Always secure the load in the roof box with the
supplied strap.
a, Close the roof box lid
b, To lock the lid properly, make sure that it
clicks 3 times. If the lid is closed properly, the
opening button is in the original position
c, Make sure that the button is in the original
position. Lock the roof box lid by turning the
key counterclockwise, and remove the key.

Measure the total height of the vehicle and
note it down on the provided sticker.
Keep in mind that the vehicle is higher with
the roof box installed.
Information
NOTE
Regularly check that the load carriers are
secure on the roof and that the roof box is
secure on the load carriers.
NOTE
Be aware that the height and driving
characteristics of the car change when the
roof box is mounted.
NOTE
Check that the box is properly locked and
the key removed before travelling.
NOTE
Remove the load carriers and roof box
before using a car wash.
NOTE
For safety reasons the car must not be
driven faster than a maximum of 130 km/h.
Adjust speed according to the transported
load and applicable speed regulations.
Note that wind noise can occur when the
roof box is installed.
NOTE
Always store the roof box lying down when
not in use.
NOTE
This manual should be stored with the car’s
owner’s manual.
NOTE
Installation and use deviating from these
instructions may cause damage to the car
and surroundings.

Schlüssels kann dieser nachbestellt werden.

Vorsichtsmaßnahmen für die
Verwendung
Maximales Gepäckgewicht
Ladung in der Dachbox immer sorgfältig
verteilen. Die maximale Füllmenge der
Dachbox beträgt 75 kg.
Höchstgeschwindigkeit
Die zulässige Höchstgeschwindigkeit niemals
überschreiten, wenn die Dachbox montiert ist.
Die Höchstgeschwindigkeit beträgt 130 km/h.
Ladegutgröße
Achten Sie auf die Größe des Gepäcks. Niemals
mit Gepäck beladen, das ein ordnungsgemäßes
Schließen des Dachboxdeckels verhindert.

Unbeabsichtigtes Schließen
Seien Sie immer vorsichtig, wenn der Deckel
geöffnet ist, da er sich versehentlich schließen

Windeffekte
Stets sicherstellen, dass der Deckel korrekt
geschlossen ist, da er sonst durch Seitenwind
versehentlich geöffnet werden kann.
Seien Sie vorsichtig, wenn Sie bei Wind fahren,

Parken
Denken Sie beim Parken in Garagen oder
Parkhäusern daran, dass sich die Dachbox auf
dem Dach des Fahrzeugs befindet und damit
die Gesamthöhe höher ist.

Waschanlagen
Vor dem Befahren einer automatischen
Waschanlage ist die Dachbox vom Fahrzeug
zu entfernen.
Vorsichtsmaßnahmen bei der Lagerung
Lagern Sie die Dachbox immer waagerecht und
geschützt vor direkter Sonneneinstrahlung.

Nie unter durchsichtig überdachten Parkplätzen
parken, wenn die Dachbox montiert ist.
Beachten, dass beim Parken in Garagen
mindestens 100 cm Platz zwischen der
Oberkante der Dachbox und der Decke der
Garage benötigt werden.
Niemals Gurte benutzen, um den Deckel zu
schließen oder die Dachbox auf dem Fahrzeug
zu befestigen.
Bewahren Sie die Anleitung immer im
Fahrzeug auf.

Die 4 Klemmen gegen den Uhrzeigersinn lösen
Die Dachbox vorsichtig mit einem Helfer auf
das Dach setzen. Das Gewicht der Dachbox
beträgt 23,5 kg.
Darauf achten, dass der Lack des Daches
nicht beschädigt wird
Sicherstellen, dass die Verriegelungsklammern
vorhanden sind und sich die Dachträger
zwischen den Verriegelungsklammern befinden.
Sicherstellen, dass
Die Dachbox in Fahrtrichtung montiert ist
Die Kofferraumklappe geöffnet werden kann
Die Dachbox parallel zur Fahrtrichtung
montiert ist
Sicherstellen, dass die Klemmen korrekt
angebracht sind, siehe Abbildung
Die Klemmen im Uhrzeigersinn festziehen, bis
sie einrasten
Keine Werkzeuge zum Festziehen der
Klemmen verwenden.

Sicherstellen, dass die Klemmen mit den
Dachträgern verbunden sind, siehe Abbildung.
Das Ladegut in der Dachbox immer mit dem
mitgelieferten Gurt sichern.
a, Deckel der Dachbox schließen
b, Beim Verriegeln des Deckels darauf achten,
dass er dreimal einrastet. Wenn der Deckel
richtig geschlossen ist, befindet sich die
Öffnungstaste in der ursprünglichen Position
c, Sicherstellen, dass sich die Taste in der
ursprünglichen Position befindet. Deckel der
Dachbox verriegeln, indem der Schlüssel gegen
den Uhrzeigersinn gedreht wird, dann den
Schlüssel abziehen.

Gesamthöhe des Fahrzeugs messen und diese
auf dem mitgelieferten Aufkleber notieren.
Beachten, dass das Fahrzeug mit montierter
Dachbox höher ist.
Auskünfte
ACHTUNG
Die Befestigung der Lastenträger auf
dem Dach und der Dachbox auf den
Lastenträgern ist regelmäßig zu prüfen.
ACHTUNG
An die abweichende Höhe und veränderten
Fahreigenschaften mit Dachbox denken.
ACHTUNG
Überprüfen Sie vor der Abfahrt, ob die
Dachbox ordnungsgemäß abgeschlossen
und der Schlüssel abgezogen ist.
ACHTUNG
Vor dem Befahren einer automatischen
Waschanlage sind Lastenträger und
Dachbox vom Fahrzeug abzumontieren.
ACHTUNG
Aus Sicherheitsgründen sollte die
Höchstgeschwindigkeit 130 km/h nicht
überschreiten.
Die Geschwindigkeit muss an die
transportierte Ladung und die geltenden
Geschwindigkeitsvorschriften angepasst
werden. Wenn die Dachbox montiert ist,
kann Windrauschen auftreten.
ACHTUNG
Bei Nichtbenutzung ist die Dachbox stets
liegend aufzubewahren.
ACHTUNG
Dieses Handbuch ist zusammen mit
der Betriebsanleitung des Fahrzeugs
aufzubewahren.
ACHTUNG
Eine von dieser Anweisung abweichende
Montage bzw. Handhabung kann zu Schäden
an Fahrzeug und Umgebung führen.

Numéro de clé
Veuillez noter le numéro de votre clé dans la
case ci-dessus. Si vous perdez la clé, vous
pouvez en commander une nouvelle.

Précautions d'emploi
Poids maximal des bagages
Répartissez toujours soigneusement la charge
dans le coffre de toit. La capacité maximale du
coffre de toit est de 75 kg.
Vitesse maximale
Ne dépassez jamais la limite de vitesse
maximale lorsque le coffre de toit est installé.
La limite de vitesse maximale est de 130 km/h.
Taille de chargement
Faites attention à la taille des bagages. Ne
placez jamais de bagages qui empêchent
le couvercle du coffre de toit de se fermer
correctement.

Baguette de coffre de toit
Évitez de vous tenir au rebord de la baguette du
coffre de toit car cela pourrait l'endommager.
Danger de circulation
Approchez-vous toujours prudemment du
coffre de toit à proximité des routes. Évitez de
vous approcher du coffre de toit du côté de la
circulation.
Fermeture accidentelle
Soyez toujours prudent lorsque le coffre est
ouvert car il peut se refermer accidentellement
et causer des blessures.
Effets du vent
Assurez-vous toujours que le coffre est
correctement fermé, sinon le vent latéral
pourrait l'ouvrir accidentellement.
Soyez prudent lorsque vous conduisez dans le
vent car cela peut affecter la capacité à diriger
le véhicule.
Stationnement
Attention, lors de stationnements dans des lieux
fermés, le coffre de toit se trouve sur le toit du
véhicule et la hauteur totale est plus élevée.

Lavage de voiture
Retirez toujours le coffre de toit lorsque vous
lavez la voiture dans une station de lavage
automatisée.
Précautions de stockage
Rangez toujours le coffre de toit horizontalement
et à l'abri de la lumière directe du soleil.

Ne vous garez jamais sous des places de
stationnement couvertes transparentes
lorsque le coffre de toit est installé.
Sachez qu'il faut au moins 100 cm entre
le haut du coffre de toit et le toit lors du
stationnement à l'intérieur.
N'utilisez jamais de sangles pour fermer le coffre
ou pour fixer le coffre de toit sur le véhicule.
Conservez toujours les instructions dans le
véhicule.
