1. Ensure that the oor is clean and free of debris which may scratch the unit.
2. Attachment hardware is provided in hardware packs unless otherwise noted.
IMPORTANT: Do not over-torque screws
Step 1 - Attach Top Supports to Column using
6 – ¼-20 x 1.5” Hex Head Screws.

NOTE: On Small (23”) Bases, do not fully
tighten until the completion of Step 4.
IMPORTANT: Do not over-torque screws
IMPORTANT: On Small Bases, align the 4-hole
line in Counterweight with the Narrow,
Non-Powered Top Support (See Illustration 1e).
Step 2 - Line-up the Stiffener (secured with
the chamfered side down), Spacer,
Bottom Shroud, and Column
holes as shown to the right.
Secure with 6 – 1/4-20 x 1.5”
Hex Head Screws.
Step 3 - Attach Counterweight to Bottom
Shroud using 6 - #8 x 3/4”
Phillips Head Screws.
Step 4 - Secure Counterweight to Stiffeners
using 6 - #8 x 1/2” Hex Head Screws.
Step 5 - Install 8 Levelers.

IMPORTANT: Lay Work Surface upside-down
on a carpeted or protected surface, if available,
so as to protect the Top
Line-up holes in Ring anges
with the holes in the Stiffeners
(Small Bases Only).
IMPORTANT: Do not over-torque screws
IMPORTANT: For Small
(23”) Bases only, ensure the
4- hole line in Counterweight
is aligned with the Narrow,
Non-Powered Top Support.
Step 6 -Drop-in Stiffener Ring and secure to
Stiffeners using 6 - #8 x ½” Hex
Head Screws.
Step 7 - Fully tighten the 6 – ¼-20 x ½” Hex
Head Screws that were installed in
Step 2.
Step 8 -Attach Work Surface to Top Supports
using 16 - #8 x .875” Wood Screws.

IMPORTANT: Line-up Stiffener, Leveler,
and Top Shroud holes when securing.
Step 1 - Secure Counterweight to Base using
6 - #8 x ¾” Phillips Head Screws.
Step 2 - Secure Counterweight to Stiffeners
using 4 - #8 x ¾” Phillips Head Screws.
Step 3 - Attach six Levelers to the Counterweight.

8 - #8 x .875” Hex Head Wood Screws.

Step 3 - Attach Top Support to Column using
6 – 1/4-20 x 1.5” Hex Head Screws.
Step 1 - Complete Steps 2-4 (Page 3) from the
Non-Powered Base instructions to attach
the Base Assembly to the Column.
Step 2 - Drop the Top Shroud through the Column,
and rest it on the Base, being cautious to
not scratch the Column.
