Con ratulations on the purchase of your new wristwatch.
You have chosen a hi h quality product. The instruction
manual is part of the product- it contains important
information about safety, use and disposal. Read the
manual with all usa e and safety notes before usin the
watch. Only use the watch in the intended way and for the
intended applications.
If the watch is iven to someone else, include all
documentation with the watch.
Intended use
This watch is intended for time display and the described
additional features. Any other use or modification of the
electronic appliance does not comply with the intended
uses. The manufacturer is not liable for dama es caused by
improper use or misuse. The device is not intended for
commercial use.

Important safety information
User
This device may be used by persons (includin children
over 8 years of a e) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental abilities or lack of experience and knowled e, if
they are supervised or instructed re ardin the safe use of
the device and understand the dan ers that may arise.
Children may not play with the device. Cleanin and user
maintenance of the device may not be performed by
children without supervision. Keep packa in films out of
the hands of children. There is a dan er of suffocation.
Batteries
Keep batteries out of reach of small children. If a battery is
swallowed, you must seek medical attention immediately.
Batteries/rechar eable batteries must always be inserted in
the correct polarity. If necessary, clean the battery and
device contacts. Never attempt to rechar e non-
rechar eable batteries. Never short-circuit or attempt to

open batteries. Never throw batteries into fire as they may
explode.
If the device will not be used for an extended time period,
remove the battery and store the device in a dry and dust-
free area. Improper use of the battery can lead to
explosion or leaka e.
If the battery leaks, avoid contact with skin, eyes and
mucous membranes. Use loves. If you are exposed to
battery acid, rinse the affected areas with plenty of clean
water and immediately seek medical attention. Remove
dischar ed batteries from the device as they present an
increased risk of leaka e.
Time setting
Carefully pull the crown out all the way. Turn the crown
clockwise or counter clockwise to set the time. Press the
crown back to the case to complete the settin .

Band shortening instru tion for metal
straps
Band shortenin can be accomplished by removin links.
Open the band clasp safety and open the clasp. The band
is held to the clasp by a sprin bar. Image 1. compress
and remove the sprin bar by usin a pointed tool. Now
place the watch face down on a soft surface. Image 2.
The links that can be removed are marked with an arrow.
Image 3. Place the band in the band chan in tool in
such a way that the pointed end of the tool points directly at
the metal rod. Turn the screw in the direction of the arrow
until the metal rod is pushed out a small distance. The rod
can now be pulled out (usin pliers if necessary). The strap
can now be taken disassembled. Remove as many links as
necessary usin this method. Reinsert the rod in the
opposite direction of the arrow and push it back into the
band. The strap and clasp can now be reassembled.

Cleaning instru tions
Clean the wristwatch with a soft, dry and lint-free cloth. A
lasses cleanin cloth is ideal.
Repla ement of battery (SR626SW)
Battery replacements must be performed by an expert to
avoid dama in the case or askets.
Water resistan e
Water resistant up to 3 bar. The bar value specifies the
atmospheric overpressure which is applied durin testin
(DIN 8310).

Disposal of the wat h
This wristwatch may not be disposed of with normal
household waste. Dispose of the wristwatch at an
approved disposal facility or at your local recyclin
centre. Please observe the current rules and re ulations
when disposin of the watch. Contact the disposal system if
in doubt.
Disposal of the batteries
Please dispose of your batteries properly in
containers especially set up at retailers. Batteries
do not belon in household waste. Dispose of the
batteries at an approved disposal facility or at your local
recyclin centre. Contact the disposal system if in doubt.

This wristwatch includes a 3 year warranty startin on the
day of purchase. In case of defects of this wristwatch you
have, by law, certain ri hts re ardin the vendor of the

watch. These ri hts are not chan ed by the warranty which
is described in the followin para raphs.
Warranty onditions
The warranty duration starts on the date of purchase.
Please keep the ori inal receipt in a safe place. The receipt
is needed as a proof of purchase. If a defect occurs in the
wristwatch within 3 years, the wristwatch will be repaired
or replaced (accordin to our choice) free of char e. This
warranty requires that, within the 3 year warranty period,
the wristwatch and the receipt can be made available to us
alon with a short written description of the defect and
when it occured. If the defect is covered by the warranty,
you will receive the repaired wristwatch or a new watch.
Repair or replacement does not cause the warranty period
to restart.
Warranty period and defe ts liability
The warranty period is not increased by the defect liability.
This also applies to repaired or replaced parts. If defects
are noticed at the time of purchase they must be reported
immediately upon unpackin the item. Paid repair may be
available after the end of the warranty period.
S ope of the warranty
The wristwatch was manufactured accordin to strict quality
uidelines and was carefully inspected before delivery. The

warranty does not include parts that experience normal
wear and tear and can thus be seen as wear parts or
fra ile parts that are dama ed. Examples include Switches,
Batteries or parts made of lass. This warranty becomes
void if the wristwatch is dama ed, is not used in the
recommended way or is improperly repaired.
For proper use of the wristwatch all instructions in this
manual must be adhered to exactly. Use of the wristwatch
in a way that is discoura ed in the manual must be
avoided. The wristwatch is not intended for commercial use.
Abusive or improper use, excessive force and chan es that
are made by non-authorized repair centers will void the
warranty.

o bortskaffelse. Før De ta er armbåndsuret i bru , bør De

beskrevet o kun i de an ivne indsats områder.

Dette apparat kan bru es af personer (inklusive børn fra 8
år) med formindskede fysiske, sensoriske eller mentale
evner eller man el på erfarin o viden, når de er under

forstår farerne der resulterer deraf. Børn må ikke spille

Batterier
Batterier bør opbevares util æn eli t for småbørn. Hvis et
batteri slu es, skal medicinsk hjælp tilkaldes om ående.
Batterier/akkumulatorer skal altid isættes med polen ri ti .
Efter behov ren øres først batteriets o apparatets
kontakter. Forsø ikke at oplade, kortslutte eller åbne
batterier. Kast aldri batterier i åben ild, da de kan
eksplodere. Hvis De over en læn ere tid ikke bru er
apparatet, bør De ta e batteriet ud o opbevare det på et
tørt o støvfrit sted. Ved uhensi tsmæssi bru af batteriet
består eksplosionsfare o fare for at batteriet udløber.
Skulle batteriet do en an udløbe, und å kontakt med
hud, øjne o slimhinder. Benyt handsker. Ved kontakt med
batterisyre skylles de på ældende steder med ri eli klart
vand o en læ e opsø es om ående. Opbru te batterier

Tidsindstilling
Træk forsi ti kronen helt ud. Ved at dreje kronen med uret
eller mod uret kan De indstille klokkeslættet. Afslut ved at
trykke kronen fast mod urkassen.

Vejledning til
båndafkortning af metalbånd
Afkortnin en kan ske ved at fjerne enkelte led. Fjern
låsesikrin en o åbn låsen. Armbåndet holdes låst ved
hjælp af en fjederstan . Figur 1. Fjederstan en kan
trykkes sammen o fjernes med et spidst værktøj. Derefter
læ es uret med urskiven nederst fladt på en blød flade.

spidsen på værktøjet pe et nøja ti t på splinten. Drej nu
skruen i pilens retnin , indtil splinten ra er et stykke ud af
leddene. Splinten trækkes ud, (i ivet fald med en fin tan ).
Båndet kan nu skilles ad. Alt efter behov kan man fjerne
yderli ere led o sætte båndet sammen i en. Splinten
sættes ind mod pilens retnin o trykkes ind. Båndet o
låsen føjes sammen i en med fjederstan en.

Renholdelseshenvisning
Gør armbåndsuret kun rent med en tør, fnu fri klud, som
f.eks. anvendes til ren ørin af briller.

Udskiftnin af batteri skal udføres af en urfa mand.
Således und år De beskadi elser af urkassen o

Vandtæthed
Vandtæt op til 3 bar. Bar an ivelsen refererer til
luftovertrykket, der blev anvendt som et led i vandtætheds
undersø elsen (DIN 8310).
Bortskaffelse af armbåndsuret
Dette armbåndsur må ikke bortskaffes i den normale
husholdnin saffald. Bortskaf armbåndsuret via et
autoriseret affaldsbehandlin sfirma eller via Deres
kommunale affaldsbehandlin sfacilitet. I tvivlstilfælde
bedes De sætte Dem i forbindelse med Deres
affaldsbehandlin sfacilitet.
