Unplug the cord and open the lid and then seat. Plug the cord
back in the outlet. This should reset the unit.
Check if the LEDs on the remote are working properly.
Replace the batteries if needed. Press the “Open Seat” and
“Close Seat” buttons.

6. ATTACH NEW DAMPER PCB
Connect the red and blue wires to the new PCB.
These wires should be secure in place.
Put the wires in the space between 1 and 2. Wires in space
3 should not be organized together with other wires
in the same space.
Screw the 3 screws back into the PCB with a
phillips head screwdriver.
Connect the white wire to the PCB. Flip the PCB to back
over to the right.

Unplug the power cord. Turn the water shutoff valve
clockwise to turn it off. Unscrew the 2 screws on the back
using a phillips head screwdriver.
Unscrew the 3 screws from the PCB with a phillips
screwdriver. Flip the PCB over to the left and detach
the 3 wires shown above.
Detach the lid base by pulling it up.
Expose the control panel/PCB to avoid any wire damage.

14. TEST REMOTE AGAIN
Plug the power cord back in. Test the product with the remote
by pressing “Auto Lid Open/Close” to turn the function on and
off. This should resolve the auto open/close seat malfunction.
Organize all the PCB wires in the directions as above so won’t
interfere with the nozzle movement. Close the lid base carefully.
Screw the 2 screws back using a phillips
head screwdriver.
Push the seat down using your palms until you hear a click.
Check whether the cover base is assembled perfectly.
Turn the water shut off valve counterclockwise
to turn it on. Check the water pressure. If the
pressure seems too high, it may cause a
malfunction. Adjust the valve enough to flush.
*Organize wires away from the nozzle

LEAKAGE
LEAKING FROM THE BACK AND SIDE OF LID BASE
*UPC FLUSHING ONLY
1. RESET THE UNIT
2. OPEN TOILET LID BASE
LEAKAGE
Unplug the power cord. Turn the water shutoff valve
clockwise to turn it off. Unscrew the 2 screws on the back
using a phillips head screwdriver.
Detach the lid base by pulling it up.
Expose the control panel/PCB to avoid any wire damage.
3. DETACH AIR VENT
Detach the black hoses. After, detach the air vent
body by rotating them counter-clockwise.

Put the checker piece into the air vent body. Afterwards, put
the body on a sturdy surface. Push the checker down using a
phillips head screwdriver until you hear a click. This should
secure both parts together.
Reattach the air vent body by turning them clockwise.

7. CLOSE THE LID BASE
8. ATTACH BASE TO TOILET
Turn the water shut off valve counterclockwise to turn it on.
Check the water pressure. If the pressure seems too high, it
may cause a malfunction. Adjust the valve enough to flush.
Check for leaking while the lid base is opened. Press button 1
for 5 seconds and see if there is any leaking. Repeat for the 2nd
button. Check to see if it flushes all the residual water in the bowl.

9. ATTACH SCREWS IN BACK
Screw the 2 screws back using a Phillips
head screwdriver.

WARM WATER MALFUNCTION
COLD WATER COMING OUT FROM THE NOZZLE
2. OPEN LID BASE
1. RESET THE UNIT
Unplug the power cord. Turn the water shutoff valve
clockwise to turn it on. Plug the power cord back.
Push the “Nozzle Cleaning” button to check the if the remote is
working properly. Setup the water temperature on the remote.
Wait for 3-4 minutes and check if there is warm water.
Unplug the power cord. Turn the water shutoff valve
clockwise to turn it off. Unscrew the 2 screws on the back
using a phillips head screwdriver.
Detach the lid base by pulling it up.
Expose the control panel/PCB to avoid any wire damage.
WARM WATER MALFUNCTION

Use your index finger to reset the thermostat. Push the
thermostat until you hear a click. (If it does not
make any click sound, it should be operational)

HEATED SEAT MALFUNCTION
SEAT IS NOT GETTING WARM
RESET THE UNIT
Unplug and plug the power cord back in the outlet.
Push the “Nozzle Cleaning” button to check the if the remote is
working properly. Setup the seat temperature on the remote.
Wait for 3-4 minutes and check if the seat is getting warm.

FLUSH MALFUNCTION
FLUSH IS NOT FUNCTIONING
1. CHECK THE WATER HOSE 2. INCREASE WATER FLOW
Turn the water shut off valve counterclockwise to turn it on.
Check the water pressure. If the pressure seems too high, it may
cause a malfunction. Adjust the valve enough to flush.
Close the water valve by turning it clockwise. Detach the hose
from the water valve. Check the rubber packing from the hose.
If you see any distortion in rubber packing, please contact our
customer support team so we can send you a new hose.
1. Enter the setting mode by pressing the “Water Temp.”
button and “Auto Lid Open/Close” button at the same time.
2. Set the water pressure to level 4 and water temp to level 1.
3. Increase the water flow by pressing the “Stop” button.
4. Increase the water temperature to level 2.
5. Exit the setting mode by pressing the “Water Temp” and
“Auto Lid Open/Close” button at the same time.
6. Press the “Water Temp” button and “Power Save” button to
change it back to the normal remote mode.
