2) Misure di installazione

Tenerepresentecheilrallentamentosiottienesolamenteinchiusuraeper
gli ultimi 30mm di corsa dello stelo, di cui 10mm sono di extracorsa di
sicurezza: pertanto, il rallentamento si ottiene negli ultimi 20mm di corsa
utile.Premessoquesto,perl’installazione,seguirescrupolosamentelefasi
sottodescritte.
1) Individuare “a - b - a°necessario nella tabella (fig.2) riferita a fig.3.
2) Fissare la staffa “P” (fig.11) al pilastro
3) Montare il pistone nella staffa “P”
4) Allentare la vite di rallentamento (fig.4) con chiave esagonale da 3mm
5) Estrarre completamente lo stelo dopo avere attivato lo sblocco di
emergenza (fig.5)
6) Manualmente, far rientrare lo stelo di 10mm massimo e serrare lo
sblocco di emergenza (fig.5).
7) Montare la forcella “F” (fig.11) allo stelo
8) Chiudere completamente l’anta del cancello in battuta nell’arresto
centrale.
9) Tenendo livellato il pistone, segnare la posizione di attacco della
forcella “F” all’anta.
10) Togliere la forcella “F” dallo stelo, spostare lateralmente il pistone.
11) Fissare la forcella “F” all’anta con viti o saldatura.
12) Ricollegarelosteloallaforcella“F”edarealimentazioneall’attuatore
per regolare il rallentamento.
13) Mandare il cancello in apertura.
14) Chiudere completamente la vite di rallentamento ruotando verso il
segno“+”(fig.4)ecomandarelachiusuradell’anta.L’antasidovreb-
be fermare prima di arrivare in chiusura.
15) Allentare la vite di regolazione (fig.4) verso il segno ”-“ fino ad
ottenere una velocità di rallentamento che eviti il fastidioso rumore
di sbattimento dell’anta.

2) Installation dimensin
See fig.2.
Please take note that the slowdown can only be obtained when the gate is
closing and along the final 30mm of the rod stroke, 10mm of which are for
a safety extrastroke: therefore, the slowdown is obtained along the final
20mm of the working stroke. That being said, strictly observe the following
installation operations.
1) Find the necessary “a - b - a ° ” in the table (fig.2) referring to fig.3.
2) Fasten the bracket “P” (fig.11) to the pillar
3) Mount the piston onto the bracket “P”
4) Loosen the slowdown screw (fig.4) using a 3mm Allen wrench
5) Completely remove the rod after having operated the emergency
release (fig.5)
6) Reinsert the first 10mm maximum of the rod manually, and tighten the
emergency release (fig.5)
7) Assemble the fork “F” (fig.11) onto the rod
8) Closethegateleafcompletelyagainstthedoorstopinthemiddleofthegate
9) Keepthepistonlevelledandmarktheattachmentpositionofthefork“F”
on the leaf
10) Remove the fork “F” from the rod and move the piston laterally
11) Secure the fork “F” to the leaf with screws or welding
12) Reconnect the rod to the fork “F” and energize the actuator to
correctly adjust slowdown
13) Open the gate
14) Completely fasten the slowdown screw by rotating it towards the “+”
sign (fig.4) and close the leaf. The leaf should stop before closing
completely.
15) Loosentheadjustmentscrew(fig.4) byrotatingittowardsthe”-“sign
untiltheslowdownspeedissuchtoeliminatethenoisecausedbythe
door when banging.

2) Côte d’installation

Il faut considérer que le ralentissement s’obtient seulement en fermeture
et dans les derniers 30mm de course de la tige, dont 10mm sont de
sécurité: on peut donc obtenir le ralentissement sur les derniers 20mm de
course utile. Ceci dit, pour l’installation, suivre la procedure ci-dessous
indiquée.
1) Choisirlescôtes “a -b- a ° ”necessairesdans le tableau(fig.2) enrapport
à la fig.3.
2) Fixer la bride “P” (fig.11) au pilier.
3) Monter le verin dans la bride “P”.
4) Relâcher la vis de ralentissement (fig.4) avec une clé hexagonale de
3mm.
5) Extraire totalement la tige après avoir deverouillé le verin (fig.5).
6) Manuellement, fair rentrer la tige de 10mm maximum et verrouiller le
verin (fig.5).
7) Monter la fourche d’ancrage “F” (fig.11) sûr la tige.
8) Fermer complètement le ventail en appui sur la butée centrale.
9) Mettre au niveau le verin et marquer la position d’attaque de la fourche
“F” au ventail.
10) Enlever la fourche “F” de la tige et écarter lateralment le verin.
11) Fixer la fourche “F” au vantail avec des vis ou soudure.
12) Rejoindre la tige à la fourche “F” et donner tension au verin pour
régler le ralentissement.
13) Donner une impulsion d’ouverture.
14) Fermer complètement la vis de ralentissement en tournant vers le
“+” (fig.4) et donner une commande de fermeture . Le vantail doit
s’arreter avant d’arriver sur la butée au sol.
15) Relâcher la vis de reglage (fig.4) vers le ”-“ jusqu’a obtenir une
vitesse de ralentissement adéquate.

2)Einbaumaße

Die Endlagendämpfung ist nur in Schließrichtung und auf die letzten 30 mm
des Kolbenhubs ausgelegt, davon sind die letzten 10mm Sicherheitsweg:
das heißt, die Endlagendämpfung muß in den ersten 20 mm erfolgen. Für
eine korrekte Installation wie folgt vorgehen:
1) Laut Tabelle
(Fig.2) , Öffnungswinkel und Einbaumaße ermitteln
(bezogen auf Fig.3). Achtung: nur angegebene Maße verwenden
2)Pfostenflansch "P” (Fig.11) am Pfeiler befestigen.
3)Antrieb auf Pfostenflansch “P” montieren.
4) Stellschraube (Fig.4) ganz öffnen mit 3 mm Innensechskantschlüssel.
5) Den Kolben ganz ausfahren nachdem die Notentriegelung geöffnet
wurde (Fig.5).
6) Bei komplett ausgefahrener Kolbenstange, 10 mm zurückfahren
(Sicherheitsweg) und Notentriegelung schliessen (Fig.5).
7)Torflansch “F” auf die Kolbenstange montieren (Fig.11).
8)Das Tor in Schließstellung bringen.
9)DenAntriebinwaagrechterStellungbringenunddieBefestigungspunkte
des Torflansches “F” am Tor anzeichnen.
10) Den Torflansch “F” lösen und den Antrieb auf die Seite schwenken.
11) Den Torflansch “F” durch Schrauben oder Schweißen ans Tor
befestigen.
12) Den Antrieb wieder an den Torflansch “F” montieren und den
Elektroanschluß erstellen, um die Verlangsamung einstellen
zu können.
13)Das Tor in Offenstellung bringen.
14) Die Stellschraube ganz schliessen (in Richtung”+” drehen) Fig.4
und einen Schließbefehl geben. Das Tor muss kurz vor der
geschlossenen Stellung stehen bleiben.
15) Mit laufendem Antrieb die Stellschraube (Fig.4) in Richtung “-“
drehen bis eine gewünschte Geschwindigkeit erreicht ist, die das
lästige Zuschlagen des Tores verhindert.

2) Medidas de instalación
Es preciso recordar que la deceleratión se obtiene solamente en fase de
cierreyporlosultimos30mm de carrera delvástago,delosque10mmson
carrera extra de securidad: por tanto, la deceleración se tiene en los
ultimos20mm decarrera útil. Recordado esto, parala instalación,hay que
seguir escrupolosamente las fases descritas a continuación:
1) Escoger las cotas “a - b - a ° ” necesarias en la tabla (fig.2) referida a la
fig.3.
2) Fijar la abrazadera “P” (fig.11) al pilar.
3) Montar el piston en “P”.
4) Aflojareltornillodedeceleración(fig.4)conunallavehexagonalde3mm.
5) Extraer completamente el vástago después de haber desbloqueado el
motor (fig.5)
6) Manualmente, empujar hacia dentro el vástago10mm como maximo y
bloquear de nuevo el motor (fig.5).
7) Montar la horquilla “F” (fig.11) en el vástago
8) Cerrar completamente la hoja de la cancela hasta el tope.
9) Manteniendo nivelado el piston, marcar la posición de unión de la
horquilla “F” a la hoja.
10) Quitar la horquilla “F” anteriormente fijada al vástago y desplazar
lateralmente el piston.
11) Fijar la horquilla “F” a la hoja con tornillos o mediante soldadura
12) Fijar de nuevo el vástago a la horquilla “F” y dar alimentación al
piston para segular la deceleratión
13) Acer abrir la cancela
14) Cerrar completamente el tornillo de deceleración girando hacia el
signo“+”(fig.4)yhacercerrarlacancela.Lacanceladeberiápararse
antes de llegar a cerrarse completamente.
15) Aflojareltornilloderegulación(fig.4)haciaelsigno”-“hastaobtener
una velocidad de deceleración necesaria.
