INFORMATION FÜR DEN BENUTZER gemäß der “Richtlinien 2002/95/EG und 2002/96/EG
in Bezug auf den reduzierten Gebrauch von gefährlichen Substanzen in elektrischen und elek-
tronischen Geräten, sowie auf die Abfallentsorgung”.
Das durchkreuzte Zeichen auf dem Mülleimer , welches auf dem Gerät oder seiner V erpackung ange-
bracht ist, zeigt an, dass das Produkt am Ende seiner Lebenszeit getrennt von den anderen Abfällen
entsorgt werden muss.
Die getrennte Abfallsammlung des vorliegenden zu entsorgenden Geräts wird vom Hersteller organi-
siert und verwaltet. Der Besitzer, der sich des Geräts entledigen will, muss sich daher mit dem Herstel-
ler in Verbindung setzen und das von ihm angenommene System für die getrennte Sammlung des zu
entsorgenden Geräts befolgen.
Eine angemessene getrennte Sammlung, damit das Gerät für das Recycling, die Behandlung und die
umweltfreundliche Entsorgung vorbereitet werden kann, trägt dazu bei, mögliche negative Auswirkun-
gen auf die Umwelt und auf den Gesundheitszustand zu vermeiden und begünstigt die Wiederverwer-
tung und das Recycling der Materialien des Geräts.
Bei widerrechtlicher Entsorgung des Produkts durch den Benutzer werden die vom Gesetz vorgesehen
Verwaltungssanktionen angewandt.

electrónicos, además de la eliminación de los desechos”.
El símbolo del contenedor de basura cruzado por un aspa que aparece en el equipo o sobre su emba-
laje indica que, al f nal de su ciclo de vida útil, el producto debe ser eliminado independientemente de
otros desechos.
La recogida selectiva del presente equipo, llegado al f nal de su ciclo de vida, es organizada y manejada
por el fabricante. El usuario que desee deshacerse del presente equipo deberá, por lo tanto, contactar
con el fabricante y seguir el sistema adoptado por el mismo para permitir la recogida por separado del
equipo que ha concluido su ciclo de vida.
La adecuada recogida selectiva, para el sucesivo envío del equipo dado de baja al reciclaje, al tratamiento
y al saneamiento ambiental compatible, contribuye a evitar posibles efectos negativos sobre el medio am-
biente y sobre la salud favoreciendo el reempleo y el reciclaje de los materiales que componen el equipo.
La eliminación abusiva del equipo por parte del propietario implica la aplicación de las sanciones admi-
nistrativas prevista por la legislación vigente.

pericolose nelle apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche, nonché allo smaltimento dei rifiuti”.
Il simbolo del cassonetto barrato riportato sull’apparecchiatura o sulla sua confezione indica che il pro-
dotto, alla f ne della sua vita utile, deve essere raccolto separatamente dagli altri rif uti.
La raccolta differenziata della presente apparecchiatura giunta a f ne vita è organizzata e gestita dal
produttore. L’utente che vorrà disfarsi della presente apparecchiatura dovrà quindi contattare il produt-
tore e seguire il sistema che questo ha adottato per consentire la raccolta separata dell’apparecchiatura
giunta a f ne vita.
L’adeguata raccolta differenziata per l’avvio successivo dell’apparecchiatura dismessa al riciclaggio,
al trattamento ed allo smaltimento ambientalmente compatibile contribuisce ad evitare possibili ef fetti
negativi sull’ambiente e sulla salute e favorisce il reimpiego e/ il riciclo dei materiali di cui è composta
l’apparecchiatura.
Lo smaltimento abusivo del prodotto da parte del detentore comporta l’applicazione delle sanzioni am-

disposal of waste”.
The 'Not in the bin' symbol above when shown on equipment or packaging means that the equipment
must, at the end of its life, be disposed of separately from other waste.
The separate waste collection of such equipment is organised and managed by the manufacturer.
Users wishing to dispose of such equipment must contact the manufacturer and follow the prescribed
guidelines for its separate collection.
Appropriate waste separation, collection, environmentally compatible treatment and disposal is
intended to reduce harmful environmental ef fects and promote the reuse and recycling of materials
contained in the equipment.
Unlawful disposal of such equipment will be subject to the application of administrative sanctions
provided by current legislation.

ls électriques et électroniques ainsi qu’à l’élimination des déchets”
Le symbole "poubelle barrée" apposé sur l’appareil ou sur son emballage indique que le produit, à la f n
de sa vie utile, doit être recueilli séparément des autres déchets.
La collecte sélective du présent appareil en f n de vie est organisée et gérée par le producteur. L’utilisa-
teur qui voudra se défaire du présent appareil devra par conséquent contacter le producteur et suivre le
système que celui-ci a adopté pour consentir la collecte séparée de l’appareil en f n de vie.
La collecte sélective adéquate pour l’envoi successif de l’appareil destiné au recyclage, au traitement
et à l’élimination compatible avec l’environnement contribue à éviter les ef fets négatifs possibles sur
l’environnement et sur la santé et favorise la réutilisation ou le recyclage des matériaux dont l’appareil
est composé.
L’élimination abusive du produit par le détenteur comporte l’application des sanctions administratives

2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
2.1) Preparation (Ref. to Figs. 1, 2)
With the tool in the rest position and without battery, proceed as follows:
Select the appropriate die set for the connector (see Table page 23).
Locate the dies in the head, always inserting the lower one first (with the slot):
1 Press the button (62) and insert the lower die into its seat, then release the button to
lock it in position.
2 Press the button (65) and insert the upper die into its seat, then release the button to
lock it in position.
Dies are uni-positional and cannot be inserted into the wrong seats.
THE LOWER DIE MUST ALWAYS BE INSERTED FIRST
2.2) Die advancement
Insert the battery into its seat (Ref. to § 2.8).
Grip the tool f rmly and comfortably. Position the connector between the dies and ensure
the correct location of the crimp.
Press operating button (3) until the dies are close to the connector without crimping it,
then release the button (3): the connector will be held in position without deforming it.
Make sure the dies are exactly positioned on the desired crimp point otherwise re-
open dies following instructions as per § 2.5 and reposition the connector.

2.3) Compression
Insert the conductor in to the connector and press the operating button (3): the ram will
gradually move forward until the two dies touch.
It is recommended to keep operating until the maximum pressure valve is activated and
a "click" is heard, after which the dies will automatically re-open until the ram is fully re-
tracted. It is always possible to interrupt automatic retraction of the ram by a short push
on the operating button (3).
2.4) Head rotation
For ease of operation the tool head can rotate through 340°, allowing the operator to work
in the most comfortable position.
Warning: do not attempt to rotate the head when the hydraulic circuit is pressu-
rised.
2.5) Release of dies
Press the pressure release button (8), the ram will retract and open the dies.
2.6) Replacement of dies
To replace the dies, extract them from their seats by pressing the buttons (62 and 65)
THE UPPER DIE MUST ALWAYS BE EXTRACTED FIRST
2.7) Battery status (Ref. to Fig. 3)
Inserting the battery into the tool or releasing the operating button causes the residual
battery capacity to be automatically displayed for 5 seconds on the indicator.
The number of LEDs illuminated indicates the residual capacity.
6 LEDs illuminated: Fully charged
3 LEDs illuminated: 50 % capacity
1 LED illuminated: Minimum charge
2.8) Insertion/replacement of battery
To insert the battery, slide it into its seat until it locks (Ref. to Fig. 5 page 23).
To replace an exhausted battery, press both lateral red buttons simultaneously and slide
it forward.
3. WARNING
 THE TOOL IS UNSUITABLE FOR CONTINUOUS USE AND SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO
COOL DOWN FOLLOWING UNINTERRUPTED, SUCCESSIVE CRIMPING OPERATIONS;
FOR INSTANCE, HAVING EXHAUSTED AFULLY CHARGED BATTERY IN ONE SESSION,
DELAY BATTERY REPLACEMENT FOR AFEW MINUTES.
DONOT USE THIS TOOL ON LIVE CABLES.
 PROTECT THE TOOL FROM RAIN AND MOISTURE. WATER WILL DAMAGE THE TOOL
AND BATTERY. ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC TOOLS SHOULD NOT BE OPERATED IN POU-
RING RAIN OR UNDER WATER.

The tool is supplied with a battery charger complete with adapter type CBA96-144required
for 9,6V batteries (eg. CB9620H).
With the adaptor removed, the same charger may be used with the 14,4V batteries (eg.
CB1430H) common to the other
Cembre battery operated tools.
3.2) General information on how to use batteries
In order to maximise battery life, please follow these rules:
–
Use the battery until the automatic residual energy display still has 1-2 red LEDs
showing: this means the battery is almost completely discharged and no loss in the
life of the battery has been caused.
–
Be particularly careful when charging a new battery the f rst 2-3 times in order to be
certain of maximising the available energy level.
– Allow the battery to cool down to ambient temperature prior to recharging.
– Rest the battery charger for at least 15 minutes between charges.
4. MAINTENANCE
The tool is robust, completely sealed, and requires very little daily maintenance.
Compliance with the following points, should help to maintain the optimum performance
of the tool:
4.1) Thorough cleaning
Dust, sand and dirt are a danger for any hydraulic device.
Every day, after use, the tool must be wiped with a clean cloth taking care to remove any
residue, especially close to moveable parts.
4.2) Storage (Ref. to Fig, 4)
When not in use, the tool should be sto-
red and transported in the plastic case
to prevent damage. The case is suitable
for storing the tool, the accessories and
die sets.
Plastic case: VAL P22, size 448x306x122
mm (17.6x12x4.8 inches) weighs 1,4 kg
(3.1 lbs.).
5. RETURN TO Cembre FOR OVERHAUL
In the case of a breakdown contact our Area Agent who will advise you on the problem
and give you the necessary instructions on how to dispatch the tool to our nearest service
Centre; if possible, attach a copy of the Test Certif cate supplied by
Cembre together
with the tool or, if no other references are available, indicate the approximate purchase
date and the tool serial number.

2. INSTRUCTIONS D'UTILISATION
2.1) Mise en service (Voir Fig. 1, 2)
Avec l’outil en position repos et sans batterie, procéder de la façon suivante:
Choisir le couple de matrices approprié pour le type de connexion à réaliser; pour cela,
consulter la tableau à page 23.
Insérer les matrices dans la tête en commençant par la matrice inférieure (celle avec
la fente):
1 Appuyer sur le bouton (62) et insérer la matrice inférieure dans son siège, puis relâcher
le bouton pour la bloquer en position.
2 Appuyer sur le bouton (65) et insérer la matrice supérieure dans son siège, puis relâcher
le bouton pour la bloquer en position.
Le positionnement des matrices à l'intérieur de la tête est univoque.
AVANT TOUT TOUJOURS INSERER LA MATRICE INFÉRIEURE.
2.2) Avance des matrices
Introduire la batterie dans son siège (Voir § 2.8)
Empoigner fort l'outil et positionner le connecteur entre les deux matrices en alignant la
zone à sertir avec l'empreinte des matrices.
Appuyer sur le bouton de commande (3) pour approcher les matrices du connecteur sans
le sertir, puis relâcher le bouton (3): le connecteur restera ainsi bloqué pour faciliter son
positionnement sans le déformer.
S'assurerquelesmatricessontbienpositionnéessurlazoneàsertir,sinondesserer
les en suivant les instructions du § 2.5 et repositionner le connecteur.

2.3) Sertissage
Insérer le conducteur dans le connecteur et appuyer sur le bouton de commande (3): le
piston avance progressivement jusqu'à ce que les matrices arrivent en butée l'une contre
l'autre. Nous recommandons en tout cas d'actionner le moteur jusqu'au déclenchement
de la valve de surpression que l'on entendra distinctement, après son intervention les
matrices s'ouvriront automatiquement jusqu'au retour complet du piston. Il est toujours
possible d'interrompre la phase du retour automatique du piston par une courte impulsion
sur le bouton de commande (3).
2.4) Rotation de la tête
La tête de l'outil pivote de 340° par rapport au corps, permettant à l'utilisateur de travail-
ler dans la meilleure position.
Attention: ne pas forcer la rotation de la tête, lorsque le circuit hydraulique est
sous pression.
2.5) Réouverture des matrices
Appuyer à fond sur le bouton de décompression (8) pour provoquer l'ouverture des matrices.
2.6) Remplacement des matrices
Pour le remplacement des matrices, les enlever de leurs sièges en appuyant sur les
boutons (62 et 65).
AVANT TOUT TOUJOURS ENLEVER LA MATRICE SUPÉRIEURE.
2.7) Autonomie de la batterie (Voir Fig. 3)
Au moment de l'introduction de la batterie ou au moment de relâcher le bouton de com-
mande, le niveau de charge de la batterie s’aff che automatiquement pendant 5 secondes
sur l’indicateur de charge, ce qui permet de connaître
immédiatement l’autonomie restante.
6 led allumées: autonomie maximale
3 led allumées: autonomie à 50 %
1 led allumée: autonomie minimale
2.8) Introduction/replacement de la batterie
Introduire la batterie dans les guides de l'outil jusqu'à son blocage (Voir Fig. 5, page 23)
Pour le remplacement de la batterie déchargée, l'enlever de son siège en appuyant si-
multanément sur les deux boutons rouges latéraux.

3.1) Utilisation du chargeur de batterie (Voir Fig. 6, page 23)
Suivre attentivement les instructions indiquées sur le manuel.
L'outil est équipé en plus du chargeur de batterie complet d' un adaptateur type CBA96-144
nécessaire pour recevoir les batteries de 9,6V (ex. CB9620H). En cas de nécessité, il est
possible, en enlevant cet adaptateur, de charger avec le même chargeur les batteries de
14,4V (ex. CB1430H) communes aux autres outils
Cembre sur batterie.
3.2) Informations de caractère général sur l'utilisation des batteries
Pour un usage normal de la batterie, nous vous conseillons d’observer les règles suivantes:
– Utiliser la batterie jusqu’au moment où l’af f chage automatique de l’énergie restante
aff che 1-2 led rouges; cela correspond à une situation de décharge presque complète
sans toutefois compromettre leur durée.
– Faire particulièrement attention aux 2-3 premières recharges quand la batterie est neuve,
pour assurer le maximum de sa capacité disponible.
– Au moment de son extraction de l’outil, si la batterie montre un échauffement modéré,
attendre le refroidissement avant de la recharger.
– Laisser reposer le chargeur de batterie au moins 15 minutes entre les recharges.
4. ENTRETIEN
Cet outil est robuste,complètement scellé et ne nécessite aucune préoccupation ou en-
tretien particulier. Les recommandations qui suivent sont néanmoins souhaitables pour
assurer une longévité optimum:
4.1) Nettoyage élémentaire
Veiller à protéger l'outil, du sable et de la boue qui sont un danger à tout système hydrau-
lique. Chaque jour après utilisation, l'outil doit être nettoyé à l'aide d'un chiffon propre, tout
particulièrement aux endroits de pièces mobiles.
4.2) Rangement (Voir Fig. 4)
Au repos, pour protéger l'outil des coups accidentels
et de la poussière, il convient de le ranger dans le
coffret. Ce coffret (type VAL P22) a comme dimen-
sions 448x306x122 mm (17.6x12x4.8 inches) et
un poids de 1,4 kg (3,1 lbs.), est adapté pour contenir
l'outil, ses accessoires et les matrices.
5. ENVOI EN REVISION A Cembre
En cas de dysfonctionnement de l'appareil, merci de vous adresser à notre Agent Ré-
gional qui vous conseillera et le cas échéant vous donnera les instructions nécessaires
pour envoyer l'outil à notre Centre de Service le plus proche. Dans ce cas, joindre une
copie du Certif cat d'Essai livré par
Cembre avec l'outil ou, à défaut d'autres éléments
de référence, indiquer la date d'achat approximative et numéro de série.

2. BEDIENUNGSHINWEISE
2.1) Vorbereitung (Siehe Bild 1, 2)
Wenn das Werkzeug in Ruhestellung ist und mit ausgebautem Akku, sind folgende Schritte
notwendig:
Passenden Presseinsatz auswählen (siehe Tabelle 1, Seite 23)
Beim Einlegen der Presseinsätze immer mit der unteren Presseinsatzhälfte beginnen
(geschlitzte Einsatzhälfte).
1 Den Druckknopf (62) drücken und den unteren Presseinsatz einlegen und anschließend
den Knopf (62) loslassen, damit der Presseinsatz blockiert ist.
2 Den Druckknopf (65) drücken und den oberen Presseinsatz einlegen und anschließend
den Knopf (65) loslassen, damit der Presseinsatz blockiert ist.
Die Presseinsätze können nur in einer Position eingesetzt werden.
IMMER ZUERST DEN UNTEEREN PRESSEINSATZ EINLEGEN
2.2) Positionierung
Den Akku Einsetzen (siehe § 2.8).
Das Werkzeug fest in die Hand nehmen und den Kabelschuh oder Verbinder in der kor-
rekten Position des Presseinsatzes positionieren. Den Startknopf (3) so lange betätigen,
bis die Presseinsätze an das Verbindungsmaterial herangefahren sind.
Nach dem Loslassen des Startknopfes (3) bleibt der Kabelschuh oder Verbinder zwischen
den Presseinsätzen positioniert, ohne das er deformiert wurde. Damit ist das Einführen
des Leiters sehr vereinfacht.

gebrachtwerden. Sollte diese nicht korrekt sein, muss das Werkzeugentsprechend
Punkt 2.5 geöffnet werden und es kann neu positioniert werden.

2.3) Verpressung
Den zu verpressenden Leiter in den Verbinder oder Kabelschuh einlegen und den Start-
knopf (3) weiter gedrückt halten. Somit fahren die Presseinsätze langsam aufeinander
zu und die Verpressung wird durchgeführt. Wir empfehlen, den Motor solange laufen zu
lassen, bis das Überdruckventil mit einem “Klick” anspricht und die Presseinsätze fahren
wieder von alleine in die Ausgangsposition zurück. Es ist möglich in jedem Moment die
Verpressung zu stoppen, indem der Startknopf (3) losgelassen wird.
2.4) Drehbewegung des Kopfes
Das Werkzeug ist mit einem Kopf ausgerüstet, der um 340° drehbar ist und somit ein
komfortables Arbeiten ermöglicht.
Der Kopf sollte keinesfalls in eine andere Position gedreht werden, während die
Akkupresse unter Druck steht.
2.5) Öffnen der Presseinsätze
Drücken Sie kräftig den Druckablassknopf (8), die Presseinsätze geben den Verbinder frei.
2.6) Presseinsätze wechseln
Um die Presseinsätze zu wechseln müssen die Arretierungsknöpfe (62 und 65) betätigt werden.
IMMER ZUERST DEN OBEREN PRESSEINSATZ ENTFERNEN
2.7) Akkuladung (Siehe Bild 3)
Beim Einsetzen des Akkus oder beim Loslassen des Startknopfes wird das Ladeniveau
des Akkus automatisch für 5 Sekunden auf der Ladeanzeige angezeigt, wodurch eine
sofortige Kontrolle der restlichen Akkukapazität möglich ist:
6 LED eingeschaltet: Maximale Ladung
3 LED eingeschaltet: Ladung zu 50 %
1 LED eingeschaltet: Minimale Ladung
2.8) Akku Einsetzen/Auswechseln
Beim Einsetzen des Akkus, diesen in die Führungsschlitze schieben, bis er fühlbar einrastet
(Siehe Bild 5, Seite 23).
Zum Wechseln des Akkus die seitlichen roten Knöpfe gleichzeitig drücken und den Akku
seitlich herausschieben.
3. HINWEISE
 DIE AKKUWERKZEUGE SIND NICHT FÜR EINEN DAUEREINSATZ GEEIGNET. WENN
EIN VOLL GELADENER AKKU DURCH HINTEREINANDER AUSGEFÜHRTE VERPRES-
SUNGEN GETAUSCHT WERDEN MUSS, EMPFEHLEN WIR VOR DEM AKKUWECHSEL
DAS WERKZEUG EINE ANGEMESSENE ZEIT ABKÜHLEN ZU LASSEN.
DAS WERKZEUG DARF NICHTBEIUNTER SPANNUNG STEHENDEN LEITERN VERWENDET
WERDEN.
 DAS WERKZEUG VOR REGEN UND FEUCHTIGKEIT SCHÜTZEN. WASSER KÖNNTE
DAS WERKZEUG UND DEN AKKU BESCHÄDIGEN. ELEKTROHYDRAULISCHE WERK-
ZEUGE SOLLTEN NICHT IM REGEN ODER UNTER FLIESSENDEM WASSER EINGESETZT
WERDEN.

3.1) Utilizzo del caricabatterie (Rif. a Fig. 6, pag. 23)
Seguire attentamente le istruzioni dettagliate sul relativo manuale.
In dotazione all'utensile viene fornito il caricabatterie completo di adattatore tipo CBA96-144
necessario all'alloggiamento delle batterie da 9,6V (es.CB9620H).
All'occorrenza, estraendo tale adattatore, è possibile caricare con lo stesso caricabatteria
le batterie da 14,4V (es. CB1430H) comuni agli utensili
Cembre azionati a batteria.
3.2) Informazioni di carattere generale sull'uso delle batterie.
Per un uso corretto delle batterie, vi consigliamo di attenervi alle seguenti regole:
– Utilizzare la batteria f no a che la visualizzazione automatica dell'energia residua mostri
1 - 2 led rossi; ciò corrisponde ad una situazione di scarica quasi completa della batteria,
senza peraltro che ne sia compromessa la durata di vita.
– Fare particolare attenzione alle prime 2 o 3 ricariche quando la batteria è nuova, per
assicurarsi il massimo della capacità disponibile.
– Al momento dell'estrazione dall'utensile, nel caso la batteria manifestasse un moderato
riscaldamento, aspettare che si raffreddi prima della ricarica.
– Lasciare riposare almeno 15 minuti il caricabatteria tra una ricarica e l'altra.
4. MANUTENZIONE
L’utensile è robusto, completamente sigillato e non richiede attenzioni particolari; per
ottenere un corretto funzionamento basterà osservare alcune semplici precauzioni:
4.1) Accurata pulizia
Tenere presente che la polvere, la sabbia e lo sporco rappresentano un pericolo per ogni
apparecchiatura oleodinamica. Dopo ogni giorno d’uso si deve ripulire l’utensile con uno
straccio pulito, avendo cura di eliminare lo sporco depositatosi su di esso, specialmente
vicino alle parti mobili.
4.2) Custodia (Rif. a Fig. 4)
Per proteggere l’utensile da urti accidentali e dalla
polvere, quando non viene utilizzato, è bene custo-
dirlo nell’apposita valigetta in materiale plastico ac-
curatamente chiusa.
Questa valigetta (tipo VAL P22) adatta al contenimento
dell'utensile, degli accessori e di varie coppie di ma-
trici, ha dimensioni 448x306x122 mm (17.6x12x4.8
inches) e pesa 1,4 kg (3.1 lbs.).
5. RESA ALLA Cembre PER REVISIONE
In caso di guasto contattare il nostro Agente di Zona il quale vi consiglierà in merito e
fornirà le istruzioni necessarie per l’invio dell'utensile alla nostra Sede; se possibile, allegare
copia del Certificato di Collaudo a suo tempo fornito dalla
Cembre con l'utensile oppure,
in mancanza di altri riferimenti, indicare la data approssimativa di acquisto.

3.1) Verwendung des Ladegerätes (Siehe Bild 6, Seite 23)
Die in der Bedienungsanleitung gegebenen Hinweise sind zu befolgen.
Mit dem Werkzeug wird das Ladegerät mit dem Adapter Typ CBA96-144 für das Laden
des 9,6 V Akkus (z.B. CB9620H) mitgeliefert. Das Ladegerät kann auch ohne Adapter zum
Laden der 14,4 V Akkus (z.B. CB1430H) verwendet werden, die in den weiteren Werkzeugen
von
Cembre eingesetzt werden.
3.2) Allgemeine Informationen über den Gebrauch der Akkus.
Wir empfehlen folgende Regel zu befolgen, um die Akkus auf korrekte Weise zu verwenden:
– Die Akkus so lange verwenden, bis bei der automatischen Energieanzeige 1 bis 2 rote
Led ersichtlich sind. Dies entspricht einem Zustand von fast vollständiger Entladung des
Akkus, ohne das ihre Leistung dadurch gefährdet wird.
– Beachten Sie bitte, das bei neuen Akkus nach den ersten 2-3 Ladezyklen die maximale
Kapazität zur Verfügung steht.
– Sollte der Akku leicht warm sein, empf ehlt es sich, mit der Wiederauf adung zu warten.
– Das Ladegerät sollte mindestens 15 Minuten zwischen einer Wiederauf adung und der
nächsten ruhen.
4. WARTUNG
Das Werkzeug ist robust und benötigt keine spezielle Pf ege oder Instandhaltung.
Zur Erhaltung der Garantieansprüche beachten Sie folgende Hinweise:
4.1) Pflege
Dieses hydraulische Werkzeug sollte vor starker V erschmutzung geschützt werden, da
dies für ein hydraulisches System gefährlich ist. Jeden Tag nach der Arbeit sollte das
Werkzeug mit einem Tuch von Schmutz und Staub gereinigt werden, besonders die
beweglichen Teile.
4.2) Lagerung (Siehe Bild 4)
Wenn das Werkzeug nicht benötigt wird, sollte es
in der Kunststoffkassette gelagert werden, und
ist somit gegen Beschädigungen wie Stoß und
Staub geschützt.
Die Kunststoffkassette Typ VALP22 hat folgende
Abmessungen: 448x306x122 mm (17.6x12x4.8
inches) und ein Gewicht von 1,4 kg (3.1 lbs.),
geeignet zum Lagern von W erkzeug, Zubehör
und Presseinsätzen.
5. EINSCHICKEN AN Cembre ZUR ÜBERPRÜFUNG
Sollten am Gerät Fehler auftauchen, wenden Sie sich bitte an unsere Gebietsvertretung,
welche Sie gerne beraten und Ihnen alle nötigen Informationen zum Einschicken des
Gerätes an unseren Hauptsitz geben wird. W enn vorhanden, legen Sie bitte dem Gerät
das von
Cembre mitgelieferte Überprüfungszertif kat bei; In Ermangelung dieser Infor-
mationen geben Sie bitte an, wann Sie das Gerät erworben haben.

2.3) Compressione
Inserire il conduttore nel connettore e premere il pulsante di azionamento (3): il pistone
avanzerà progressivamente f no a portare le matrici in battuta tra loro.
Si consiglia di azionare il motore f no all’intervento della valvola di massima pressione
della quale si avvertirà chiaramente lo scatto; dopo il suo intervento, le matrici si apriranno
automaticamente f no al completo arretramento del pistone. E' possibile interrompere in
ogni momento la fase di ritorno automatico del pistone con un breve impulso sul pulsante
di azionamento (3).
2.4) Rotazione della testa
La testa dell’utensile può ruotare di 340° rispetto al corpo, permettendo così all’operatore
di eseguire il lavoro nella posizione più agevole.

2.5) Sblocco delle matrici
Premere a fondo il pulsante di sblocco pressione (8) per ottenere la riapertura delle matrici.
2.6) Sostituzione delle matrici
Per la sostituzione delle matrici, estrarle dalle proprie sedi premendo i tasti (62 e 65).
ESTRARRE SEMPRE PER PRIMA LA MATRICE SUPERIORE.
2.7) Autonomia della batteria (Rif. a Fig. 3)
All'inserimento della batteria o al rilascio del pulsante di azionamento, il livello di carica
della batteria é visualizzato automaticamente per 5 secondi sull' indicatore di carica, ciò
permette di conoscere immediatamente l'autonomia residua.

3 led accesi: autonomia al 50 %
1 led acceso: minima autonomia
2.8) Inserimento /sostituzione della batteria
Per l'inserimento della batteria nell'utensile sarà suff ciente farla scorrere nelle guide f no
al suo bloccaggio (Rif. a Fig. 6, pag. 23).
Per la sostituzione della batteria esaurita, estrarla dalla sua sede premendo contempora-
neamente i due pulsanti rossi laterali e facendola scorrere in avanti.
3. AVVERTENZE
 L’UTENSILE NON ÈADATTO AD UN UTILIZZO CONTINUO; DOPO AVER ESEGUITO IL
NUMERO DI COMPRESSIONI CONSECUTIVE CONSENTITE DA UNA BATTERIA COMPLE-
TAMENTE CARICA, IN OCCASIONE DEL CAMBIO BATTERIA CONSIGLIAMO UN OPPOR-
TUNO PERIODO DI PAUSA PER PERMETTERE IL RAFFREDDAMENTO DELL’UTENSILE.
NON UTILIZZARE L'UTENSILE SU CONDUTTORI IN TENSIONE.
PROTEGGERE L’UTENSILE DALLA PIOGGIA EDALL’UMIDITÀ. L’ACQUA POTREBBE

Scegliere la coppia di matrici adatta al tipo di connessione da ef fettuare consultando la
Tabella 1 a pag 23.
Inserire le matrici nella testa iniziando dalla matrice inferiore (quella con lo spacco):
1 Premere il tasto (62) e inserire la matrice inferiore nella sua sede, quindi rilasciare il
tasto per bloccarla in posizione.
2 Premere il tasto (65) e inserire la matrice superiore nella sua sede, quindi rilasciare il
tasto per bloccarla in posizione.
Il posizionamento delle matrici all'interno della testa è univoco.
INSERIRE SEMPRE PER PRIMA LA MATRICE INFERIORE.
2.2) Accostamento delle matrici
Inserire la batteria nella sua sede (Rif. al § 2.8).
Impugnare saldamente l'utensile e posizionare il connettore fra le due matrici allineando
la zona da comprimere con l’impronta delle matrici stesse.
Premere il pulsante di azionamento (3) f no ad accostare le matrici al connettore senza
comprimerlo, quindi, rilasciare il pulsante (3): il connettore rimarrà così bloccato grazie
ad un sistema atto ad agevolarne il posizionamento senza deformarlo.
Assicurarsi che le matrici si trovino esattamente in corrispondenza con la zona da
comprimere;incasocontrarioriaprirleseguendoleistruzionial§2.5eriposizionare
il connettore.

2. INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
2.1) Preparación (Ref. a Fig. 1, 2)
Con la herramienta en posición de reposo opere como sigue:
Seleccionar las matrices adecuadas para la conexión a efectuar, (ver tabla 1 pag. 23).
Insertar las matrices iniciando por la matriz inferior (aquella que tiene la hendidura):
1 Presionar el botón (62) e insertar la matriz inferior en su alojamiento, entonces dejar el
botón para f jarla en posición.
2 Presionar el botón (65) e insertar la matriz superior en su alojamiento, entonces soltar
el botón para f jarla en posición.
El posicionamiento de las matrices dentro de la cabeza es unívoco.
SIEMPRE INSERTAR LA MATRIZ INFERIOR EN PRIMER LUGAR
2.2) Aproximación de las matrices
Insertar la batería en su alojamiento (Ref. a § 2.8).
Empuñar f rmemente la herramienta y colocar el conector entre las matrices, alineando
la zona a comprimir con la marca de las matrices.
Apretar el pulsador de accionamiento (3) hasta acercar las matrices al conector sin
comprimirlo, entonces dejar el pulsador (3): el conector quedará bloqueado gracias a
un sistema adecuado a facilitar su posicionamiento sin deformarlo.
Asegúresedequelas matricesseencuentranexactamente encorrespondenciacon
lazona a comprimir; en caso contrario, vuélvala a abrir, siguiendo las instrucciones
del punto 2.5 y vuelva a colocar el conector.

2.3) Compresión
Introduca el conductor en el conector y apretar el pulsador de accionamiento (3): el pistón
avanzará progresivamente hasta llevar las matrices a chocarse entre ellas.
Aconsejamos de todas maneras accionar el motor hasta que la válvula de sobrepresión
intervenga, de esta válvula se notará claramente el arranque; después de su intervención,
las matrices se abrirán automáticamente hasta el completo retorno del pistón. Es posible
interrumpir en cada momento la fase de retorno automático del pistón con un breve impulso
sobre el pulsador de accionamiento (3).
2.4) Rotación de la cabeza
La cabeza de la herramienta puede rotar de 340° respecto al cuerpo, permitiendo al
operador realizar el trabajo en la posición más adecuada.
Atención: no fuerce la cabeza, intentando rotarla, mientras el circuito hidráulico
esté presurizado.
2.5) Desbloqueo de las matrices
Apretando a fondo el pulsador de desbloqueo de la presión (8) se obtendrá el retorno del
pistón con la consiguiente apertura de las matrices.
2.6) Cambio de las matrices
Para la sustitución de las matrices, extraerla empujando los botones (62 y 65).
SIEMPRE EXTRAER LA MATRIZ SUPERIOR POR PRIMERA.
2.7) Autonomía de la batería (Ref. a Fig. 3)
Con la introducción de la batería o al soltar el pulsador de accionamiento, el nivel de carga
de la batería es visualizado automáticamente durante 5 segundos sobre el indicador de
carga, esto permite conocer inmediatamente la autonomía restante:
6 led encendidos: autonomía máxima
3 led encendidos: autonomía al 50 %
1 led encendido: autonomía mínima
2.8) Insercion/reemplazamiento de la batería
Para la inserción de la batería, será suf ciente hacerla correr en las guías hasta su bloqueo
(Ref. a Fig. 5, pag. 23)
Para la sustitución de la batería descargada, extraerla de su alojamiento comprimiendo
al mismo tiempo los dos botones rojos laterales y desplazándola hacia adelante.
3. ADVERTENCIAS
 LAHERRAMIENTA NO ESTA PREPARADA POR UN EMPLEO CONTINUO; UNA VEZ
EJECUTADO EL NUMERO DE OPERACIONES MÁXIMO PERMITIDO POR UNA BATERÍA,
ALA HORA DE CAMBIARLA, ACONSEJAMOS UN OPORTUNO PERÍODO DE PAUSA
PARA PERMITIR EL ENFRIAMIENTO DEL LA HERRAMIENTA MISMA.
NOUTILIZAR LA HERRAMIENTA SOBRE CONDUCTORES EN TÉNSION.
 PROTEGER LA HERRAMIENTA DE LA LLUVIA YLA HUMEDAD. ELAGUA PODRÍA
DAÑAR LA HERRAMIENTA YLA BATERÍA.LAS HERRAMIENTAS ELECTROHIDRÁULICAS
NO DEBERÍAN FUNCIONAR DEBAJO LA LLUVIA ODEBAJO DEL AGUA.
3.1) Utilización del cargador de batería (Ref. a Fig. 6, pag. 23)
Seguir atentamente las instrucciones detalladas en el manual correspondiente.
En dotación con la herramienta se suministra el cargador de baterías completo con el adap-
tador tipo CBA96-144 necesario al alojamiento de las baterías de 9,6V (ej.CB9620H).
Cuando sea necesario, extrayendo tal adaptador es posible cargar con el mismo cargador
las baterías de 14,4V (ej. CB1430H), comúnes a las herramientas

a batería.
3.2) Informaciones de carácter general sobre la utilización de las baterías
Para un uso correcto de las baterías, les aconsejamos atenerse a las siguientes reglas:
– Utilizar la batería hasta que la visualización automática de la energía restante muestre
1-2 led rojos; esto corresponde a una situación de descarga casi completa de la batería,
sin que por otra parte la duración de su vida quede comprometida.
– Estar particularmente atento a las 2-3 primeras recargas cuando la batería está nueva,
para asegurarse el máximo de la capacidad disponible.
– En el momento de la extracción de la herramienta, en caso de que la batería manifestase
cierto calentamiento, esperar a que se enfríe antes de la recarga.
– Dejar reposar el cargador de batería por lo menos 15 minutos entre una recarga y otra.
4. MANTENIMIENTO
Esta herramienta es robusta, completamente precintada y no requiere cuidados especiales
para obtener un funcionamiento correcto, bastará tener algunas precauciones sencillas:
4.1) Limpieza adecuada
Tenga presente que el polvo, la arena y la suciedad en general, representan un peligro
para toda herramienta hidráulica. Tras cada dia de uso, se debe limpiar la herramienta
con un trapo limpio, teniendo cuidado de eliminar la suciedad depositada, especialmente
junto a las partes móviles.
4.2) Almacenamiento (Ref. a Fig. 4)
Para proteger la herramienta de golpes ac-
cidentales y del polvo cuando no se va a
utilizar,es conveniente guardarla cerrada en
su estuche de plástico de cierre hermético.
Dicho estuche tipo VAL P22 de dimensio-
nes 448x306x122 mm (17.6x12x4.8 inches),
pesa 1,4 kg (3.1 lbs ). Es apropiado para al-
macenar la herramienta, los accesorios y las
matrices.
5. DEVOLUCION A Cembre PARA REVISIONES
En caso de fallo de la herramienta, contactar con nuestro Agente de Zona quien les
aconsejará y eventualmente les facilitará las instrucciones necesarias para remitir la
herramienta a nuestro centro de servicio más cercano. En tal caso, adjuntar a ser
posible una copia del Certi f cado de Ensayo entregado en su día por
Cembre con la
herramienta o a falta de otro elemento de referencia indicar la fecha de compra aproxi-
mada y el número de serie.
