those dust masks that are specially designed to
filter out microscopic particles.

mountingwirebeltsanderaserwheels.
• Flatwashersorotheradaptersmayover
stressthewheelhub.Alwaysusefactory
recommendedmountinghardware.
•Tightenthewheelhubonthespindletoprevent
spinoffwiththetoolturnedoffandairsupply
disconnected.
• Donotlubricatetoolswithflammableor
volatileliquidssuchaskerosene,diesel
orjetfuel.
• Donotforcetoolbeyonditsratedcapacity.
• Donotremoveanylabels.Replaceany
damagedlabels.
• Useaccessoriesrecommendedby

AIR SUPPLY
Toolsofthisclassoperateonawiderangeofairpressures.Itis
recommendedthatairpressureofthesetoolsmeasures90PSIat
thetoolwhilerunningfree.Higherpressure(over90psig;6.2bar)
raisesperformancebeyondtheratedcapacityofthetool,which
willshortentoollifebecauseoffasterwearandcouldcauseinjury.
Alwaysuseclean,dryair.Dust,corrosivefumesand/orwaterin
theairlinewillcausedamagetothetool.Draintheairtankdaily.
Cleantheairinletfilterscreenonatleastaweeklyschedule.The
recommendedhookupprocedurecanbeviewedintheabove
figure.
Theairinletusedforconnectingairsupplyhasstandard1/4"NPT.
Linepressureshouldbeincreasedtocompensateforunusually
longairhoses(over25feet).Minimumhosediametershouldbe
3/8"I.D.andfittingsshouldhavethesameinsidedimensionsand
betightlysecured.
OPERATION
Whenusingthemetalblastertool,becarefulnottoexertexcessive
force.Toomuchforcecouldbehazardousifitcausesthespindle
tobendorbreak.
Excessivespeedreductionindicatestoomuchforcebeingapplied
totheworksurface.Applymoderatehandpressuretothetooland
allowthetoolsaccessoriestodothework.
Avoidhazardousconditionsbymakingsurethespindlescrewis
tightlysecuredinthespindle.
LUBRICATION
Lubricatetheairmotordailywithqualityairtooloil.Ifnoair
lineoilerisused,run1/2oz.ofoilthroughthetool.Theoilcan
besquirtedintothetoolairinletorintothehoseatthenearest
connectiontotheairsupply,thenrunthetool.

CornwellQualityToolsCompany(“Cornwell”)warrantsthisproductagainstdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipforaperiodofONE(1)YEARfrom
thedateoforiginalretailpurchase.Subjecttotheconditionsandlimitationssetforthbelow,Cornwellwill,atitsoption,eitherrepairorreplaceany
partoftheproduct(s)thatprovesdefectivebyreasonofimproperworkmanshipormaterials.
Thiswarrantydoesnotcoveranydamagetothisproductthatresultsfromaccident,abuse,misuse,naturalorpersonaldisaster,oranyunauthorized
disassembly,repair,ormodification.Repairs,disassemblyandmodificationareonlyauthorizedtobemadebyCornwelloraCornwellAuthorized
WarrantyCenter.
WARRANTY SERVICE
Inordertohaveyourtoolrepaired,returnthetooltoanyCornwellAuthorizedWarrantyCenter,freightprepaid.Pleaseincludeacopyofyourproofof
purchaseandabriefdescriptionoftheproblem.Thetoolwillbeinspectedandifanypartorpartsarefoundtobedefectiveinmaterialorworkman-
ship,theywillberepairedfreeofcharge,andtherepairedtoolwillbereturnedtoyoufreightprepaid.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS,
WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CORNWELL SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING,
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF
CORNWELL CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE
