Thank you for purchasing the DÖRR SL-45 Studio Ring Light.
The DÖRR SL-45 ring light is especially designed for portraits and product photography.
Frontal use around the lens the ring light produces an almost shadow free illumination and creates a circle round reflection in the eye. Lateral use creates a three-
dimensional illumination. Well suited as main or additional illumination.

3. MOUNTING
• Placetheringlightwithtripodmount(5)toyourlightstandandtightenthelockingscrew(6).
• Loosenthelockingscrewforthetiltfunction(7)andsetthedesiredilluminationangle.
• Forportraitsplaceyourcameraontoatripodandchosepositionbehindthelightinthecenter(gure1).
Alternatively, you can mount the camera onto a tripod head or holding system with universal hot shoe
(optional) and slide directly to the hot shoe support (9).
4. USAGE
Connect power plug (3) with power supply and switch on the ring light turning the On/O switch (2).
By turning the On/O switch, the brightness can be dimmed. The supplied diusor cover creates an even more soft light.
