Before you install this kit — Read and understand all
instructions, warnings, cautions, and notes contained in
this installation instruction guide. Consult your vehicle
owner’s manual for proper disconnection of electrical and
lifting of vehicle if required for installation of this product.
This install may require some technical skills and
knowledge of basic mechanical work. If you do not feel that
you are capable of performing this install please take this
product to a trained professional.

Proper installation of this kit required knowledge of the factory
recommended procedures for removal and installation of original
equipment components. We recommend that the factory shop manual
and any special tools needed to service your vehicle be on hand during
the installation. Installation of this kit without proper knowledge of the
factory recommended procedures may affect the performance of these
components and the safety of the vehicle

Inspect all contents of this package to make sure product is not damaged
and all installation hardware has been included. If parts are missing from
kit, please be prepared to provide the following information
1. Name of purchase location
2. Bar Code on side of box
3. Date above bar code
4. Date inside box cover

easily install it by yourself however,
additional help will be useful

STEP 1 | Starting with the front,
begin by removing the factory fender.
These are easily removed by twisting the
small latches until latch becomes loose.
Once all are loose, pull fender away from
Bronco until hidden clips release.
Note: These should pull away from the Bronco
easily. If they are hard, adjust latches.
Begin by unpacking all items and
inspecting for missing pieces or damage. If
you have any concerns, please contact the
company the product was purchased from.
-(18) M6x30mm Bolts
-(18) M6 Flat Washers
-(18) M6 Nuts
-(4) Fender “P” Seals

STEP 2 | Once fender is removed, use
a Phillips screwdriver and 7mm socket
and remove the plastic push pins along
the front and back outer edge of the inner
fender.
Note: You do not need to remove the inner
fender, you only need to gain access to the
fender mounting holes.

STEP 3 | Moving to the fender,
remove the rubber cover off the stud.
Locate the seal that matches the fender.
This can be done by laying the seal on the
fender and aligning the holes in the seal
with the holes in the fender.
Peel back the tape and apply rmly to the
fender. The round part of the seal should
be resting on top of the plate of the
fender.
Note: The seals may be longer than the
fender, but these will be trimmed later on.

STEP 4 | Using the M6 hardware, a #4
allen and 10mm wrench/socket, loosely
install fender to vehicle.
Note: Our nuts are serrated, so once nger
tight, you can tighten from the allen head
without having to hold the nut with a wrench.
STEP 5 | Once all fender hardware is
installed, align the fender of the vehicle
and secure hardware.

STEP 6 | Reinstall your inner liner
hardware using the 7mm socket/wrench
and Phillips head screw driver.
Repeat steps for opposite side.
STEP 7 | The rear will be similar to
the fronts by removing the factory fender.
These are easily removed by twisting the
small latches until latch becomes loose.
Once all are loose, pull fender away from
Bronco until hidden clips release.
Note: These should pull away from the Bronco
easily. If they are hard, adjust latches.

STEP 8 | Once fender is removed, use
a Phillips screwdriver and 7mm socket
and remove the plastic push pins along
the front and back outer edge of the inner
fender.
Note: You do not need to remove the inner
fender, you only need to gain access to the
fender mounting holes.
STEP 9 | After installing the seal
onto the rear fender in the same fashion,
mount onto vehicle using #4 allen, 10mm
wrench/socket with M6 hardware.
You can pull back the inner fender to
access the backside of the hardware.

STEP 10 | For the stud on the rear
fender, we recommend using a short
10mm socket for best access.
Align fender to vehicle and secure all
hardware.
STEP 11 | Reinstall all hardware for
inner liners using 7mm wrench/socket
and Phillips head screw driver.
Repeat for other side.
STEP 12 | After all fenders are
installed, using a sharp razor, trim any
excess seal to preference making sure to
cut towards the fender, not the body to
avoid damage to the vehicle.
