table service an line busting to curbsi e pickup an accepting payment almost anywhere, Elo’s M60 Pay allows your employees to be rea y on the go.
Important Information
Ter inal Identification (TID)
Each terminal contains an electronically programme eight- igit number known as a Terminal I entification (TID). This is printe in full on the merchant’s
copy of all transaction receipts.
Merchant Identification (MID)
Your bank will have issue you with a MID, supplie in a separate ocumentation pack irectly from them. If you o not have this number, please contact
your bank.
Before taking transactions, you shoul confirm the MID printe on your Terminal Report matches the MID issue by your bank. If not, please contact your
help esk.
You may have separate the MIDs for American Express, Dinners Club, JCB an , an Duet car s, an the mobile Top Up service, if you have requeste
these.
Operator ID
Your terminal may require you to input an Operator ID uring a Voice Referral transaction. The Operator ID will be provi e by the Authorization center.
RECEIPT: The inclusion of a *symbol printe on the Merchant Copy of the transaction receipt in icates that the transaction was authorize using the Voice
Referral process.
’Batch’ end-of-day banking (settle ent)
At the en of each business ay, the Settlement proce ure must be performe on the terminal. If you o not complete this proce ure, you may
experience elays in fun s being transferre to your bank account.
Cash Register Interface
If you have an SP terminal or PIN Pa integrate with your cash register/till system, many of the functions of the terminal will be carrie out by cash
register functions
