1 — BASE ASSEMBLY
FIG 1.1 (TOP PLATE ATTACHMENT)
Attach the End Base and Mid Base Top Plates to the End Base and Mid Base
Columns using Phillips Head Combi Dowels and Phillips Head Cams.
Note: Manually install Phillips Head Combi Dowels and Phillips Head Cams
with a screwdriver. Do not use a drill.
FIG 1.3 (TROUGH ASSEMBLY CONNECTION)
Connect Trough Assemblies to the End Base and Mid Base Columns using
Phillips Head Combi Dowels and Phillips Head Cams.
Note: Manually install Phillips Head Combi Dowels and Phillips Head Cams
with a screwdriver. Do not use a drill.
FIG 1.4 (TABLE LEVELING)
Once all Trough Assemblies are installed, the table should reect Fig 1.4
(shown below). Level the table using the provided levelers located on the End
and Mid Base Columns. Remove shipping cleats at this time.
FIG 1.2 (BASE COLUMN PLACEMENT)
Place column bases roughly trough length apart. Install Phillips Head
Combi Dowels to the End Base and Mid Base Columns.
Note: Manually install Phillips Head Combi Dowels with a screwdriver.
Do not use a drill.

2 — DOOR KIT ASSEMBLY
FIG 2.1 (MID BASE POWER COVER ATTACHMENT)
For applications with a mid base, attach the Wire Jumper across the Mid
Base Column, then place the Power Cover over the Mid Base Top Plate.
FIG 2.2B (DOOR CLEAT ATTACHMENT)
Door Mounting Cleats must be butted up (make contact) end-to-end.
Center all Door Mounting Cleats in the trough and attach using #10 x 1"
Phillips Pan Head screws.
Note: This step is critical for Door alignment. Multi-piece Door Mounting
Cleats must be tight to each other and equally centered in the trough.
FIG 2.3 (DOOR ATTACHMENT)
Attach all Doors to the Door Mounting Cleats using the provided
Door Hinges.
FIG 2.2A (DOOR CLEAT ATTACHMENT)
Place the Door Mounting Cleat tight against the top cap of the Trough Kit.
Note: Completing this step at this time is optional. Fig 2.2–2.3 can be
performed following the installation of the tabletop (Fig. 3.4).

3 — TOP ASSEMBLY
FIG 3.2 (MULTI-PIECE TOP ASSEMBLY)
Once all top pieces are placed on the base assembly, connect tops using
Zipbolt Surface Connector(s) and Allen/Hex Key.
Note: Zipbolt Surface Connector(s) must be installed before attaching the
nal top assembly to the table base.

Conrm top assembly is centered and in its nal location.
FIG 3.1 (TOP ATTACHMENT)
Place the individual tabletop piece(s) on the base assembly.
Note: Large table congurations may have up to six (6) individual top pieces.
Do not connect tops before placement.
FIG 3.3B (TOP ATTACHMENT)
Attach the top to the table base using #10 x 1" Phillips Pan Head screws.

FIG 3.5 (INSTALLATION REVIEW)
Conrm the table is still level. The assembly is now complete.
FIG 3.4 (DOOR FIT ADJUSTMENT)
If needed, open all Doors and use the hinge adjustments to adjust
the Door fit.
Note: Install all Doors at this time, if not done so already (Fig 2.2–2.3).
