QUICK START GUIDE

This quick start guide is no substitute for briefing and user manual. This quick start guide does not include any safety notes. Make your-
self familiar with the safety notes in the user manuals.
Necessary operating steps
Select a program without connected instrument cable. If an instru-
ment cable has been already plugged in, disconnect it.
Apply neutral electrode on appropriate location. The illustration is
just an example. The long edge of the neutral electrode (1) must
point to the procedural field.
If the red neutral electrode symbol lights up, check the following:
•Is the neutral electrode correctly connected to the unit?
•Does the long edge of the neutral electrode point to the procedural
field?
•Does the neutral electrode have sufficient contact to the skin?
1. If subprograms are available, select the appropriate subprogram
tab (operating step not shown).
2. Touch the instrument symbol.
3. Connect the instrument to the socket with flashing socket frame.
