Read through the instructions carefully
before you begin.
Assembly Checklist
Identify and lay out all of the
components before you begin assembly.
Unless instructed, do not fully tighten
screws until the item is fully assembled.
!Never use power tools unless specifically instructed. They can damage your
components or hardware if used incorrectly.
!The most common mistakes made during assembly are using the wrong hardware or
getting components back to front.
!Always use a soft surface (such as carpet or cardboard) when assembling your
product to avoid scratching or damaging the surface of the product.
!Bulky items such as wardrobes and bunk beds should be assembled in the room they
will be used in as they may not fit through a door once assembled.
!Never use any glue until you are certain that the parts belong together.
!Periodically check and re-tighten all fasteners. Check the product care label or
website for product care instructions.
!If you are having any diculties assembling your product, missing any hardware or
components please visit our website Help Centre for further assistance.
!Please see page 2 for any safety requirements or weight restrictions.
Make sure you have all the required tools.

Insert 2 x dowels (H1) into rail (P2). Attach rails (P3, P4) to rail (P2) and secure
using 4 x half round nuts (H3) and 4 x hexagonal nuts (H6), tightening with spanner (H11).

Insert 6 x nuts (H9) into the holes in rails (P1, P3, P4). Ensure the lines in the nuts (H9) face
incoming threaded rods as shown in the image above. Attach 6 x threaded rods (H4) to
the 6 x nuts (H9) and hand tighten by turning clockwise.

Insert 4 x dowels (H1) into rails (P3, P4). Attach rail (P1) to rails (P3, P4) and secure using
2 x half round nuts (H3) and 2 x hexagonal nuts (H6), tightening with spanner (H11).
Ensure that back panel (P5) is slotted into rail (P1).

4 x nuts (H9) and hand tighten by turning clockwise.

using 2 x half round nuts (H3) and 2 x hexagonal nuts (H6), tightening with spanner
(H11). Ensure that back panel (P11) is slotted into rail (P1).
Slide back panel (P11) into the grooves of rails (P8, P9, P10).

Attach 4 x threaded rods (H4) into rails (P9, P10). Attach 2 x plastic glides (H7) to the
end of rails (P9, P10) by gently tapping with a hammer. Attach 4 x small hole stickers (H10)
to the holes of rails (P1, P9, P10).
Attach 2 x plastic glides (H7) to the end of rails (P3, P4) by gently tapping
with a hammer.

(P3, P4). Attach rails (P3, P4) to 2 x side rails (P6), secure using 4 x hexagonal nuts (H6) and
4 x half round nuts (H3) with spanner (H11). Tighten 4 x hexagonal bolts (H5) with allen key (H8).

Cover the holes on rails (P2, P3, P4) using 6 x large hole stickers (H12).
Cover the holes on rails (P1, P3, P4) using 6 x small hole stickers (H10).
Attach the 12 x slats (P7) to the 2 x side rails (P6) using
24 x screws (H2), tightening with a phillips head screwdriver.
