Solid wall: Plug with screw.
Recommendation: a red plug with
8-10mm screw size, available at
your local hardware store.
Hollow wall:
Screw directly into stud.
Spring toggle
Recommendation 5 mm wood
screw available at your local
hardware store.
WARNING: ENSURE THE WALL STRAP IS ATTACHED TO
AVOID SERIOUS INJURY.
To avoid any serious or fatal injury, a wall strap has been provided with this product
to prevent toppling. We strongly recommend that this product is permanently fixed
to the wall or other suitable surface. Fixing devices are not included since different
surface materials require different attachments. Please seek professional advice if
you are in doubt of what fixing device to use.
Tips to further reduce the risk of furniture tip-over accidents:
• Discourage children from climbing or hanging on furniture.
• Keep your heaviest items in the bottom drawers or shelves.
• Do not place TVs or heavy items on top of the furniture.
• Use locking devices on drawers to discourage small children from using them as steps.

You will need Locate the pre-drilled holes on one side of the bookcase as
shown in the image below.
Attach 2x Plastic Anchors (H2) to the bookcase using 2x Screws (H1),
tightening with a Philips Head Screwdriver.
Thread 1x Plastic Strap (H3) through 2x Plastic Anchors as shown.

prevent the unit toppling.
Screw, washer and wall plug
