4. Montage
–Halter CPE…-H5-SET 2

•Stecken Sie den Halter 2
auf das Ventil. Beachten
Sie dabei die Nummerie-
rung an den Anschlüssen.
•Stecken Sie die Befesti-
gungsschrauben 4in den
Halter 2.
•Drücken Sie die Dichtun-
gen 3in das Ventil.

•Stecken Sie das Ventil auf
den Anschlussblock 1.
Achten Sie dabei, auf die
Nase des Halters 2und
die dafür vorgesehene
Bohrung 8, sowie auf
den Kodierstift 9im An-
schlussblock 1.
•Drehen Sie die Schrau-
ben 4fest. (Anziehdreh-
moment MAeinhalten).
–Abdeckplatte CPE…-RP 5

Für Reserveplätze:
•Stecken Sie die Befesti-
gungsschrauben 7in die
Abdeckplatte 5.
•Drücken Sie die Dichtun-
gen 6in die Abdeckplat-
te 5.

•Stecken Sie die Abdeck-
platte 5auf den An-
schlussblock 1.
•Drehen Sie die Schrau-
ben 7fest. (Anziehdreh-
moment MAeinhalten).

•Drehen Sie die QS-
Verschraubungen aJ in
die Ventile ein. (Anzieh-
drehmoment MAeinhal-
ten).
•Drehen Sie Verschraubun-
gen aA in den Anschluss-
block 1ein. Beachten Sie
das Anziehdrehmoment
des Verschraubungsher-
stellers.

4. Assembly
–Retainer CPE…-H5-SET 2

•Plug retainer 2onto the
valve. Note here the num-
bering at the connections.
•Insert the retaining screws
4in retainer 2.
•Press the seals 3into the
valve.

•Plug the valve onto the
manifold block 1.
Make sure that the lug of
retainer 2fits into the
hole provided 8and note
the code pin 9in the
manifold block 1.
•Tighten screw 4.
(Observe tightening
torque MA).

For vacant positions:
•Insert the retaining
screws 7in the blanking
plate 5.
•Press the seals 6into
blanking plate 5.

•Plug blanking plate 5
onto the manifold
block 1.
•Tighten screws 7.
(Observe tightening
torque MA).

•Screw QS fittings aJ into
the valves. (Observe
tightening torque MA).
•Screw the QS fittings aA
into manifold block 1.
Observe the tightening
torque of the connector
manufacturer.
