1Benutzerhinweise
Die Feldbusbaugruppe Typ SPC200-COM-IBS dient bestim-
mungsgemäß zur Ankopplung des SPC200 an den Interbus. Mit
dieser Baugruppe kann der SPC200 als Slave am Fernbus be-
trieben werden.
Ausführliche Informationen zur Feldbus-Baugruppe finden Sie in
der Beschreibung P.BE-SPC200-COM-IBS....
VORSICHT:
Beachten Sie unbedingt die dort aufgeführten:
– Sicherheitstechnischen Hinweise
– den bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch der jeweiligen
Baugruppen und Module.
WARNUNG:
Aktoren können ungewollt aktiviert und der SPC200 beschä-
digt werden, wenn Baugruppen bei eingeschalteter Span-
nungsversorgung hinzugefügt oder entfernt werden.
Schalten Sie vor Installations- und Wartungsarbeiten folgen-
de Energiequellen in folgender Reihenfolge ab:
1. Druckluftversorgung
2. Lastversorgung und Betriebsspannungsversorgung des
SPC200.

2Aus- und Einbau von Baugruppen
VORSICHT:
Unsachgemäße Handhabung kann zur Beschädigung der
Baugruppen führen.
•Berühren Sie keine Bauelemente.
•Beachten Sie die Handhabungsvorschriften für elektro-
statisch gefährdete Bauelemente.
•Entladen Sie sich vor dem Ein- oder Ausbau von Bau-
gruppen elektrostatisch, zum Schutz der Baugruppen vor
Entladung statischer Elektrizität.
Die Feldbus-Baugruppe können Sie beliebig in den Steckplät-
zen 2 bis 6 installieren. Wird die Feldbusbaugruppe neben die
Diagnose-Baugruppe installiert, kann kein Bedienfeld aufge-
steck werden, solange das Feldbuskabel aufgesteckt ist. Es
darf nur 1 Feldbus-Baugruppe installiert werden. Sind E/A-Bau-
gruppen installiert, bleiben deren E/As frei programmierbar.
Baugruppen ausbauen
1. Druckluftversorgung und Betriebsspannung abschalten.
2. Anschlußkabel auf der Baugruppenfront lösen und abziehen.
3. Beide Sicherungshebel durch Verschieben entriegeln (siehe
folgendes Bild).
4. Baugruppe an der Frontplatte fassen und hinausziehen.
5. Ggf. freibleibende Steckplätze mit Blindplatten verschließen.

Baugruppen einbauen
1. Druckluftversorgung und Betriebsspannungsversorgung ab-
schalten.
2. Ggf. Sicherungshebel entriegeln und Blindplatte entfernen.
3. Baugruppe an der Frontplatte fassen und in die Führungs-
schiene einschieben. Achten Sie darauf, daß Sie die Bau-
gruppe beim Einschieben nicht verkanten und keine Bautei-
le auf der Leiterplatte beschädigt werden.
4. Achten Sie darauf, daß die Stecker der Messerleisten richtig
aufeinander liegen. Schieben Sie die Baugruppe dann mit
leichtem Druck vollständig ein. Daraufhin verriegeln die
Sicherungshebel selbsttätig (siehe Bild).

Allgemeine Installationshinweise
•Schließen Sie den SPC200 als Fernbus-Teilnehmer an den
Interbus an. Die Ankopplung als Installationsfernbus-Teilneh-
mer wird nicht unterstützt.
•Der SPC200 muß potentialgebunden an den Interbus ange-
schlossen werden.
- Stellen Sie bei vorkonfektionierten Kabeln sicher, daß ein
Kontakt über die verwendeten Steckverbinder
(Metallstecker) besteht.
- Schließen Sie ggf. den Schirm des ankommenden und des
weiterführenden Interbus-Kabels direkt an das Gehäuse
des Metallsteckers an.
•Verwenden Sie impedanzarme Erdung oder Potentialaus-
gleichsleitungen.

Feldbusbaugruppe konfigurieren
Die Feldbusbaugruppe können Sie mit dem Software-Paket
WinPISA oder dem Bedienfeld konfigurieren.
Anzahl der konfigurierbaren Ein - und Ausgänge
Der SPC200 komuniziert mit der Interbus-Anschaltung über ein
internes E/A-Feld (interne Ein-/Ausgänge). Die zulässige Anzahl
der konfigurierbaren Ein- und Ausgänge ist von der genutzten
Betriebsart des SPC200 abhängig. Die folgende Tabelle gibt ei-
nen groben Überblick:

4E/4A-Byte (2 Prozeßdatenworte; 32 Bit) voreingestellt. Im
Start/Stop-Betrieb kann eine Prozeßdatenbreite zwischen 2....8
E/A-Byte (1...4 Prozeßdatenworte; 16, 32, 48 oder 64 Bit) ge-
wählt werden.

1User instructions
Field bus module type SPC200-COM-IBS has been designed
for interfacing the SPC200 to the Interbus. With this module
the SPC200 can be operated as a slave on the remote bus.
Detailed information on the field bus module can be found in
the user manual P.BE-SPC200-COM-IBS-....
CAUTION
Pay strict attention to the following instructions shown
therein:
– safety guidelines
– specifications for the use of the individual modules and
components.
WARNING
Actuators may be activated unintentionally and the SPC200
may be damaged if components are added or removed
when the power supply is switched on.
Before undertaking installation or maintenance work, switch
off the following power supplies in the sequence listed:
1. the compressed air supply
2. the load voltage and the operating voltage for the
SPC200.

2Fitting and removing the modules
CAUTION
Modules can be damaged by incorrect handling.
•Do not touch any of the components.
•Observe the regulations for handling components which
are affected by electrostatic charges.
•Discharge yourself electrostatically before fitting or
removing modules, in order to protect the components
against discharges of static electricity.
The field bus module can be fitted as desired in slots 2 to 6. If
the field bus module is fitted next to the diagnostic module, it is
not possible to connect an operating panel whilst the field bus
cable is still connected. Only 1 field bus module may be fitted. If
I/O modules are fitted, their I/Os can be programmed as
desired.
Removing the modules
1. Switch off the the compressed air supply and operating
voltage.
2. Loosen and remove the connecting cable on the front of the
module.
3. Unlock both safety levers by pushing them aside (see follow-
ing diagram).
4. Grip the module by the front plate and pull it out.
5. Any unused slots should be sealed with blind plates.

Fitting the modules
1. Switch off the compressed air supply and the operating volt-
age.
2. Unlock the safety lever (if fitted) and remove the blind plate.
3. Grasp the module by the front plate and push it into the
guide rail. Be careful not to tilt the module when sliding it
into the slot and make sure that none of the components on
the printed circuit board are damaged.
4. Make sure that the pins on the connectors are correctly
aligned. Then with a light pressure of the fingers push the
module in as far as it will go. The safety catches will then
lock automatically (see diagram).

General installation instructions
•Connect the SPC200 as remote bus slave to the Interbus.
Coupling as installation remote bus slave is not supported.
•The SPC200 must be connected non-floating to the Interbus.
- With ready-to-use cables make sure that there is a
contact via the plug connector (metal plug) used.
- Connect the screening of the incoming and continuing
Interbus cables directly to the housing of the metal plug.
•Use low-impedance earthing or potential equalization cables.

Configuring the field bus module
You can configure the field bus module with the software pack-
age WinPISA or with the operating panel.
Number of configurable inputs and outputs
The SPC200 communicates with the Interbus module via an
internal I/O field (internal inputs/outputs). The permitted number
of configurable inputs and outputs depends on the operating
mode of the SPC200. This is summarized in the following table.

fixed at 4I/4O-byte (2 process data words; 32 bits). In start/stop
mode, a process data capacity between 2....8 I/O byte (1...4
