1 BenutzerhinweiseDeutsch
Die Ventilinsel Typ 10 mit Anschluss für den Installations-
Lokalbus ist ausschließlich zur Steuerung von pneumati-
schenAktuatorenbestimmtundnurfürdenEinsatzin
InterBus Installations-Lokalbussystemen geeignet. Hierbei
sind die angegebenen Grenzwerte für Drücke, Temperatu-
ren, elektrische Daten, Drehmomente usw. einzuhalten.
Installations-Lokalbussysteme und -Ventilinseln dürfen nur
von hierfür geschultem Fachpersonal installiert werden.
Angaben zur Konzeption und Adressierung finden Sie in
der Dokumentation zum InterBus. Weitere Informationen
finden Sie in der ausführlichen Beschreibung und der
Pneumatik-Beschreibung P.BE-CPV-....
Warnung
SSchalten Sie die Spannung aus, bevor Sie Steckver-
binder zusammenstecken oder trennen (Funktions-
schädigung).
SVerbinden Sie den Erdungsanschluss der Ventilinsel
niederohmig (kurze Leitung mit großem Querschnitt)
mit dem Erdpotenzial.
SNehmen Sie nur eine komplett montierte und ver-
drahtete Ventilinsel in Betrieb.
Stellen Sie bei Verwendung als explosionsgeschütztes
Betriebsmittel sicher, dass:
Selektrische Anschlüsse nicht unter Spannung ge-
trennt werden.
Sdie komplett installierte Ventilinsel mit allen verwen-
deten Steckern, Adaptern und Schutzkappen minde-
stens die Schutzart IP64 aufweist.

2 Anschluss- und Anzeigeelemente
Beachten Sie beim Anschließen der Ventile die Zuordnung
der Ausgänge zu den Ventilen (siehe “4. Adressierbeispiele”).

3 Montage der Anschlusskabel
3.1 Konfektionieren der Kabel
Dem QUICKON Anschluss-Set (Teile-Nr. 175485) liegt eine
Kurzanleitung bei. Bitte befolgen Sie die Hinweise zur
Kabelkonfektionierung. Damit stellen Sie sicher, dass eine
zuverlässige Kontaktierung erfolgt.
3.2 Anschließen der Kabel
Gehen Sie nach dem Kabelkonfektionieren wie folgt vor:
1. Stecken Sie die konfektionierten Kabel auf die ent-
sprechenden Anschlüsse der Ventilinsel (Bus IN; Bus
OUT; 24 V).
2. Drehen Sie das jeweilige Kabel so lange, bis die Co-
diernasenindieFührungenpassen.DieCodierungen
sichern die korrekte Polung.
3. Schrauben Sie die Überwurfmuttern fest. Dabei wer-
den die Aderenden in die Schneidklemmen gedrückt
und die Aderisolation aufgeschnitten. Damit wird si-
cher elektrisch kontaktiert.

3.3 Anschließen der Lastspannung für Ventile
Hinweis
Versorgen Sie die Ventile der Ventilinsel immer mit
24 V-Lastspannung. Schließen Sie diese an den An-
schlüssen “24 V” an.
Beachten Sie den Abschnitt “1. Benutzerhinweise”.
Warnung
SVerwenden Sie nur Netzteile, die eine sichere elektri-
sche Trennung der Betriebsspannung nach IEC 742/
EN 60742/VDE 0551 mit mindestens 4 kV Isolations-
festigkeit gewährleisten (PELV). Schaltnetzteile sind
zulässig, wenn sie die sichere Trennung im Sinne der
EN 60950/VDE 0805 gewährleisten.
Beachten Sie die maximale Stromaufnahme aller gleichzei-
tig geschalteten Ausgänge.

gig vom eingesetzten Master:

High-Byte: Spule 8...15

1 User instructionsEnglish
Valve terminal type 10 with connection for the installation
local bus has been designed exclusivley for controlling
pneumatic actuators and is only suitable for use in Inter-
Bus installation local bus systems. The specified values for
pressures, temperatures, electrical data, tightening
torques, etc. must be observed here.
Installation local bus systems and valve terminals may
only be installed by specially qualified personnel. Details
on the design and on addressing can be found in the docu-
mentation for the InterBus. Further information can be
found in the detailed manual and in the Pneumatics man-
ual P.BE-CPV-.... .
Warning
SSwitch off the power supply before connecting or
disconnecting plugs (otherwise this could lead to
functional damage).
SConnect an earth conductor of sufficient cross-sec-
tional area to the terminal marked with the earth
symbol.
SCommission only a valve terminal which has been
fitted and wired completely.
If to be used as an explosion-protected operating de-
vice, make sure that:
Selectrical contacts are not disconnected under ten-
sion
Sthe completely fitted valve terminal with all plugs,
adapters and protective caps complies at least with
protection class IP 64.

When connecting the valve terminal, observe the assignment
of the outputs to the valves (see “4. Example of Address.”).

3 Fitting the connecting cables
3.1 Preparing the cables
Brief instructions are supplied with the QUICKON set
(order no. 175485). Please follow the instructions on pre-
paring the cables. You can then be sure that you have
created a reliable contact.
3.2 Connecting the cables
After preparing the cables proceed as follows:
1. Connect the prepared cables to the appropriate con-
nections of the valve terminal (Bus IN; Bus OUT; 24 V).
2. Turn the cable until the coded noses fit into the
grooves. The codes ensure the correct polarity.
3. Tighten the union nuts. The ends of the cores will then
be pressed into the piercing device and the insulation
will be cut. Reliable electrical contact will then be
made.

3.3 Connecting the load voltage for valves
Please note
Always supply the valves of the valve terminal with 24 V
load voltage. This voltage should be supplied via the
connections marked “24 V”.
Observe section “1. User instructions.”
Warning
SUse only power units which guarantee reliable isolation
of the operating voltages as per IEC 742/EN 60742/
VDE 0551 with at least 4 kV isolation resistance (Pro-
tected Extra Low Voltage PELV). Switch power packs
are permitted, providing they guarantee reliable
isolation in accordance with EN 60950/ VDE 0805.
Observe the maximum current consumption of all the out-
puts switched at the same time.
