2. Demontage

Bei Hutschienenbefestigung aA:
•Drehen Sie die Schrauben aB
auf.
•Entfernen Sie die Ventil-
insel 8gegebenenfalls von
der Hutschienenbefesti-
gung aA.

•Entfernen Sie den Schilder-
träger 9gegebenenfalls.

•Drehen Sie die Zuganker aJ
heraus.
3. Montage Endplatte

•Befestigen Sie die passen-
den Versorgungsplatte 6
oder 7an der neuen End-
platte 3, 4oder 5.
Halten Sie das zulässige An-
ziehdrehmoment ein.

Um Verzug zu vermeiden:
•Legen Sie die Ventile sowie
die Endplatten auf eine ebe-
ne Fläche.
•Drehen Sie die Zuganker aJ
abwechselnd zuerst leicht
und anschließend wieder
fest an. Halten Sie das zuläs-
sige Anziehdrehmoment ein.

•Rasten Sie den Schilder-
träger 9gegebenenfalls
wieder ein.

•Befestigen Sie die Ventilinsel
8wieder.
Bei Hutschienenbefestigung aA:
•Drehen Sie die Schrauben aB
fest. Halten Sie das zulässige
Anziehdrehmoment ein.
4. Montage Schalldämpfer an Endplatte 3

•Drehen Sie die Schall-
dämpfer 1und 2bis auf
Anschlag in die Endplatte 3.

2. Disassembly

With hat rail mounting aA:
•Loosen the screws aB.
•If necessary, remove the
valve terminal 8from the
hat rail fastening aA.

•Remove the inscription
plate 9if necessary.

•Unscrew the tie rod aJ.
3. Assembly end plate

•Fasten the appropriate
supply plates 6or 7on the
new end plate 3, 4or 5.
Maintain the permitted
tightening torque.

In order to avoid distortion:
•Lay the valves and the end
plates on a flat surface.
•Tighten the tie-rod aJ at first
only gently then tighten
again. Maintain the
permitted tightening torque.

•Clip the inscription plate 9
into position again if
necessary.

•Fasten the valve terminal 8
again.
With hat rail mounting aA:
•Tighten the screws aB.
Maintain the permitted
tightening torque.
4. Fitting the silencer to the end plate 3

•Screw the silencers 1and
2as far as possible into the
end plate 3.
