ATTENTION :

- This device meets current safety standards for electrical machines.
- Incorrect use may result in injury. Anyone not familiar with the instructions for use should not use the
machine. Keep these instructions for use safe.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE MACHINE FROM THE POWER SOCKET BEFORE ATTEMPTING ANY
MAINTENANCE.
Keep a safe working zone for both staff and equipment. NO CHILDREN must be allowed in the
working zone under any circumstance.
The machine must be always disconnected when not in use. Use the on/off switches on the machine. Always
disconnect the machine by pulling the plug, do not pull the power cord.
Before using the machine, remove all tools used for setup and keep them away from your working zone. Reconnect
the machine. Check that the working zone is clear and that there is plenty room to work with the wood.
Ensure you are in good working position. If the work will produce dust or small pieces, wear safety gear, protective
glasses, gloves, a mask and ear defenders. If you have long hair, tie it up. Do not wear watches or bracelets. Wear
shoes with good grip and remember to never place your fingers too near the blade.
Do not use the machine if you are tired or distracted because you risk injury.
Do not use this machine anywhere containing flammable liquids and/or volatile gases.
1. Keep your working area clean. Untidy working zones and busy workbenches invite injuries.
2. Avoid a dangerous environment. Do not expose machines to rain and not use them in wet places. Ensure your
working zone is well lit. Do not use the machine where there is gas or flammable liquids.
3. Protect yourself from electric shocks. Avoid touching earthed surfaces.
4. Keep children and visitors well away from the working area.
5. Tidy up any tools not in use. When tools are not used, they should be kept in a dry, locked place, out of reach of
children.
6. Do not force the machine. It will work better when used with the pressure it was designed for.
7. Use the correct tools. Do not force a small tool to do the work of a bigger tool. For example, do not use a circular
saw to cut branches or logs.
8. Wear appropriate clothing. Avoid loose clothing, and remove jewellery which could become caught in moving

parts. Non-slip shoes are particularly recommended when working outside. Keep long hair tied up.
9. Always wear safety glasses. Also wear a mask if operating the machine creates dust.
10. Do not mistreat the power cord. Never use the power cord to pull out the plug. Keep the power cord away from
heat, oil and sharp edges.
11. Do not bend over the machine. Keep your balance at all times.
12. Keep tools in good condition. Clean tools to obtain the best results with them. Follow instructions to grease
and change accessories. Regularly check the power cord and replace it if damaged. Keep handles dry, clean
and free from oil and grease.
13. Disconnect the tool when not in use, before the maintenance and while changing accessories such as blades,
drills, etc.
14. Remove all maintenance tools. Get used to checking that all maintenance tools are removed before using the
machine.
15. Avoid accidentally starting the machine. Make sure that the switch is in the "OFF" position before connecting the
power.
16. When the tool is used outside, use only extension leads designed for outdoor use.
17. Be observant. Use common sense when operating machinery. Do not use the tool when tired.
18. Inspect parts before use. Before continuing to use the tool, inspect any protective parts) which could be
damaged to make sure that they work well. Verify that the moving parts are properly aligned, and are not
jammed or broken. Check the assembly and any other conditions which may affect the correct functioning of the
machine. Any damaged part or guard must be repaired or replaced by an approved after-sales service centre.
Do not use the tool if the switch does not work correctly.
19. Warning: the use of any non-recommended accessory can present a health risk.
20. Have the machine repaired by a qualified person. This machine is built according to relevant safety
requirements. Repairs must only be made by a qualified person using original spare parts, otherwise it may be
very dangerous for the user.

SPECIFIC SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAWS
Do not use the saw until it is completely assembled and installed according to the instructions in this manual.
If you are not completely familiar with operating saws, obtain help from a qualified person.
Replace table insert when worn.
Use only saw blades recommended by the manufacturer, which conform to EN 847-1.
When changing the saw blade ensure that the width of the groove cut of the saw blades shall not be less than, and
the thickness of the body of the saw blade shall not me more than the thickness of the riving knife.
Take care that the selection of the saw blade is suitable for the material to be cut.
Wear suitable personal protective equipment when necessary. This could include hearing protection to reduce the
risk of induced hearing loss and respiratory protection to reduce the risk of inhalation of harmful dust.
Wear gloves when handling saw blades and rough material. Saw blades should be carried in a holder whenever
practical.
Do not use High Speed Steel (HSS) blades.
The push stick or push block should always be stored with the machine when not in use.
Only use saw blades for which the maximum possible speed is not less than the maximum spindle speed of the tool
and the material to be cut.
When transporting the machine lift only by handles or solid parts, never use gaurds to move or transport the
machine.
During transportation, the upper part of the saw blade should be covered by the guard.
If you need to use an extension cable, make sure its conductor cross-section is large enough for the saw’s power
consumption. Minimum cross section : 1.0mm2.
After you have switched off the motor, never slow down the blade by applying pressure to its side.
Fit only blades which are well sharpened and have no cracks or deformations.
Faulty saw blades must be replaced immediately.
If you are interrupted while operation the saw, finish what you are doing and switch off the machine before looking
up.
Periodically check that all nuts, bolts and other fixings are properly tightened.
Always ensure that your work is on the table. Never use the tool to cut pieces that are not on the table.
Do not place your hands in awkward positions where one or both may slip suddenly and touch the saw blade.

When working with a long workpiece, use an additional support such as a saw blade to prevent the blade from
grabbing the work.
When cutting round wood, use clamps that prevent the workpiece from turning on the table.
There must be no nails or other foreign bodies in the part of the workpiece you want to cut.
Never load the machine so much that it slows down and overheats.
Never saw several workpieces simultaneously.
Never remove loose splinters, chips or jammed pieces of wood while the saw blade is running.
To rectify faults or remove jammed pieces of wood, always switch off the machine first and remove the mains plug.
Adjustments, measurements and cleaning jobs are to be performed only when the motor is switched off and the
mains plug removed.
All guards and safety devices have to be refitted immediately after completion of any repairs or maintenance.
The machine may only be used in a closed room when in conjunction with a suitable vacuum extraction system.
The saw must be connected to a 240V socket with a minimum 10A circuit.
Unless otherwise stated in these instructions, damaged safety devices and parts must be repaired or replaced by an
authorised service facility.
This tool complies with relevant safety regulations. Repairs are to be carried out only by qualified electricians at
authorised service centres, using original replacement parts. There is a risk of injury if this not observed.
Rebating or grooving should not be carried out unless suitable guarding, such as a tunnel guard, is fitted above the
table saw.
Saws shall not be used for slotting (stopped groove).
Use the push stick when required. Always use a push stick for ripping narrow stock. Refer to rippling applications in
this instruction manual where use of the push stick is covered in detail.
Always use the saw blade guard and riving knife for every operation, including through sawing. Through sawing
operations are those in which the blade cuts completely through the workpiece when ripping or crosscutting.
Always hold the work firmly against the mitre fence or rip fence.
Never perform any operations "free hand". Always use either the mitre fence or the rip fence to position and guide
the work.
Never stand or have any parts of your body in line with the path of the saw blade.
Keep your hands out of the line of the saw blade.
Move the rip fence out of the way when crosscutting.
Feed the work into the blade AGAINST the direction of rotation only.

Never use the fence as a cut-off gauge when crosscutting.
Keep these instructions safe.

NOISE INFORMATION
The noise level of the machine is measured according to the standard DIN IN ISO 3744; 11/95, E DIN IN 31201;
6/93, Annex A ISO 7960; 2/95 because the levels of sound pressure exceed 85 dbA during use. Protective
measures against the noise are necessary.
The quoted emission values are calculated according to standards and not related to use in the workplace.
Although there is a correlation between these various levels of emission, it is impossible to draw any conclusion on
additional necessary precautions. Factors having a potential influence on the level of sound transmission in the
workplace include the working time, the size of the room as well as the other sources of noise (e.g. the number of
machines being used, other noisy operations at the same time). The thresholds of sound level vary between
countries. For these reasons, we recommend users to wear ear defenders when using this machine.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
EXTENSION CORDS
Before using an extension cord, ensure the insulation is not cut or worn. Immediately repair or replace a damaged
or frayed cord.
Length of the extension cord: up to 15m
Dimension of the wire: 3 x 2.5mm2
ATTENTION :
Extension cords must be removed from the work area or located so that they will not get caught in parts, tools or
other objects while using the tool.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
Your table saw contains a precision electric engine. It must be connected on an electrical supply of 240V, 50 Hz. If
your machine does not work when it is connected please check your electrical supply.
EARTHING INSTRUCTIONS
In case of malfunction or short circuit, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce
the risk of electric shock. This tool is equipped with a power cord with an earthing conductor and a grounding plug.
The plug must be plugged into a matching outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local
codes and regulations.
Do not modify the plug provided. If it does not fit into the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified
electrician. Improper connection of the grounded equipment can result in a risk of electric shock. The green wire
with or without yellow stripes is the earth wire. If repair or replacement of the power cord is necessary, do not
connect the grounding conductor to a live terminal.
If the earthing instructions are not completely understood, check with a qualified electrician or a person responsible
for maintenance, or if there is any doubt that the tool is properly grounded.
If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, after sales service or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard. Do not operate the tool with a damaged power cable.
This tool is intended for use on an electrical circuit with a wall outlet and earthing pin.

The crossed-out wheeled bin means that within the European Union the product must be taken to separate collection
at the product end-of-life. This applies to your device but also to any enhancements marked with this symbol. Do not
dispose of these products as unsorted municipal waste.
The European directive DEEE concerning the environment, states that iIt is forbidden to dispose of used
electric or electronic devices in household waste.
They must be taken to a compatible recycling facility.

RECOMMENDED USE
This machine has been manufactured for longitudinal and cross cutting of wood and similar materials. The blade can
be tilted from 0° to 45° and at 0° it can cut up to 73mm, while if the blade is tilted it can cut up to a width of 60mm.
Do not cut wood wider than 73mm.
Do not cut metal, stone, rubber, plastics, chalk, glass wool, etc.
Do not cut stubs or irregular wood pieces.
Do not use this machine for ribbing or moulding.
Only use recommended saw blades.
Do not use it as a portable tool.
Do not modify the machine, the safety and protection devices or the switches.
Never use the machine without protection or safety devices.
Do not use this machine to make blind grooves.

This package includes :

Remove the table saw and all parts from the package, check if there are any missing or damaged parts.
If you find any faulty or damaged parts, do not use them as this may endanger the efficiency and safety of the
machine. To change faulty parts, consult an after sales centre.
To make the table saw work correctly, you must assemble the various parts. A detailed explanation of this follows.
We recommend you read the assembly instructions carefully and follow them to the letter. Once you have

assembled the table saw, in order to use it you must place it on a perfectly plane surface, in a covered, clean,
empty and well-ventilated environment, with a medium level lighting.
IMPORTANT :
Before use, ensure you have removed the transport protection inside the machine.

INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY
* Installation of side extension of the table
The support consists of four table legs with cross braces which must be fitted .
Tools required :
-2 ring spanners ,size 10 (one is needed for counter tightening ).
-1 Allen key 4 mm
1. Assemble the four table legs A with the four cross braces B .Each cross brace must be fastened to each table
leg using bolts C (including washers)and counter nuts D.
2. Fasten the side extensions from below using two hexagonal bolts E for each pre-drilled hole provide on the
outside edges of the table saw .
3. From below ,fix two supports F ,using bolts C (including washers ) and counter nuts to fix the side extensions
.Screw the extension supports F to the frame housing (threaded hole )using two bolts (including washers )
4. Fix the support to the table saw .For this ,match up the holes on the upper end of the table leg A to the
threaded holes of the frame housing .
5. If necessary ,the support can be fixed to the floor .The material required for this is not included
In the delivery .
Note: Place the machine only on a flat ,non -slip surface. The machine must not rock .
FITTING ACCESSORIES
Parallel Guide
The parallel guide 7 to be pushed onto the fixing block at corresponding guide height .
1. Loosen both wing nuts on the fixing block 6 until the slide plate J is free .

2. Slide the parallel guide 7 with one of the two rais K over the slide plate J .
2. Fix the parallel guide in the desired position by tightening the wing nuts 6a.
4. Push the fixing block 6 onto the profiled rail with the scale 13,and fix by pushing down the fixing lever 4 .
MITRE ANGLE GUIDE
The mitre angle guide 11 consists of two parts : a guide plate A (use the removable fence from the parallel guide )
and the angled adjuster B which must be assembled together
1. Loosen the two fixing bolts C until the side plate of angle adjuster is free ,Insert the guide plate A with one of
the two rails on the slide plate into the desired position and tighten the fixing bolts .
2. Insert the slide rod of the mitre angle guide into the desired rail on the table .
Notes :
Whether the guide plate A is inserted with the long side upwards of downwards depends on the eight of the
workpiece .In general ,right-handed people prefer to slide the mitre angle guide into left side

RIP FENCE
BLADE GUARD
Danger!
Risk of injury!
The saw blade must be lowered as much as possible to avoid injuries.
1. Using the handle crank 2 for height adjustment, lower the saw blade low enough that hole A in riving knife 9
is still accessible.
2. Loosen the wing nut 8 on the saw blade protector and remove it together with the bolt screw and washer.
3. Position the saw blade protector 8 with its slit on the riving knife, and again the hole in the saw blade
protector with the hole in the riving knife.
4. Insert the bolt through the hole and fasten it with the washer and locking nut.

DUST EXTRACTION
1. Insert one end of the extraction hose onto the nozzle of saw blade protector 7 and the other end in the
extraction nozzle 15.
2. Attach a suitable vacuum cleaner to the dust extraction nozzle 15.
MAINTENANCE
Before any intervention on the machine (installation, adjustment, blade replacement…) always make sure that the
machine is unplugged.
Cleaning
--When the table saw has been used for some time, dust or other substances can prevent the proper operation of
the machine (essentially the rotary parts). You can clean the equipment using a blow gun. Check frequently your
machine. Be aware of any problems that may occur to the power cord, the plug, or the switch.
--To avoid overheating the motor, check regularly that the dust does not obstruct the ventilation opening of the
motor. The presence of the sparks into the ventilation slots is normal and will not damage the tool.
-- Cleaning the plastic parts should be done with disconnected machine with a soft wet cloth and mild soap. Never
immerse the table saw and do not use detergent, alcohol, gasoline, etc. For a thorough cleaning, contact the After-
Sales Service. Cleaning aluminum parts must be done using a non-corrosive product to such material.
--Remove regularly chips and dust with a vacuum cleaner or a brush.
--Check frequency all bolts and screws are properly tightened.
The table saw has been lubricated at the factory and therefore needs no special libration.
Replacement of parts and maintenance
Check periodically the power cable, if the power cable is damaged, it must imperatively be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid danger.
Warning! As with all power tools, there are potential hazards involved with the use of this Table saw. It is,
therefore, vital to ensure you read, understand and apply all the safety instructions in Section 1.Familiarize yourself
again with the specific safety rules for each step of the following operation. Failure to do so may cause serious
damage and/or personal injury and may invalidate your warranty. Disconnect the table saw from the mains power
before making adjustments or changing blades. Ensure that all clamps, screws and nuts are secure and that the
blade is in good condition and correctly mounted. ALWAYS have the blade guard down before turning on the table
saw. Wear approved safety eye protection.

REPLACING THE BLADE
The saw blade has to meet the technical specification.
Check saw blade for flaws(cracks, broken teeth, bending) before installation. Do not use faulty saw blades.
The saw blade teeth must point in cutting direction(down).
Always wear suitable gloves when handling saw blades.
Warning
When installing or changing saw blade, always disconnect saw from power source, unplug!
Remove the two screws with Crosshead Screwdriver, take off the table.
1. Using the spanner provided to loose the screws and flanges.
2. Remove the table insert.
3. Place blade on arbor shaft making sure teeth point down at the front of the saw.
4. Reinstall flange and screws security tighten.
5. Reinstall the table insert.
Attention
The servicing of saw blades should only be performed by a trained person.
Defective safety devices must be replaced immediately.
Check saw blade regularly for faults .Replace a defective saw blades immediately.

OPERATION
Correct working position:
In front of the machine standing out of the line of cutting(danger zone)
Work piece handling
Hands placed flat on the work piece outside the cutting area.
Feed the work piece towards the saw blade in the direction of the saw line. Push the work piece steadily forward;
complete the cut as a single movement.
Support long and wide work pieces with helping roller stands.
Operating hints:
Always observe the safety instructions and adhere to the current regulations.
Ensure that the saw blade protective cover is in the correct position before you start sawing.
The cutting blade must first reach the maximum speed before cutting may begin.
Attention
The condition of the blade should be checked before each machining process.
Work only with a sharp and flawless saw blade
Never use a saw blade rated with a blade speed lower than the machine.
Use a suitable wedge to prevent round timber from turning under the pressure of the cut.
Use suitable table extensions and supporting aids for difficult to handle work pieces.
Always hold and guide the work pieces safely during machining.
Do not perform any operation freehand.
Do not perform any grooving, tenoning or splitting operations on the machine.
When ripping narrow work pieces (width less than 120mm) use a push-stick or push-wood
.
Make sure that small cut off work pieces will not be caught and thrown away by the rising saw blade teeth.
Remove cut and jammed work pieces only when motor is turned off and the machine is at a complete
standstill.
Pay particular attention on reducing the risk of kickback.
The supplied riving knife must always be used.
Inspect for correct adjustments

TROUBLESHOOTING
The saw does not start:
The power socket is not supplying power correctly
The power cable is faulty
The motor is damaged or the carbon brushes must be replaced
Machine vibrations:
The inclination lock handle is not tightened
The blade is not fixed correctly
Wood darkens while cutting:
The tool is not correctly sharpened
The tool has been assembled back-to-front
The tools wear rapidly:
The tool is not correctly sharpened
The wood is dirty (cement, sand, etc)
The engine does not work properly:
(excessive heating, noise increase, excessive sparking from the carbon brushes)
The motor may be damaged: have the machine checked by an electrician
Carbon brushes need replaced
Blade stops rotating:
The tool is not correctly sharpened
Speed is set too high
The blade rejects the wood:
The rip fence is not parallel
The riving knife is not correctly aligned
Other:
The bearings are noisy –change them
Check the play of the gears and have them changed if necessary
