Description
For community antenna systems, CATV and SAT systems.
Two equivalent outputs (socket and plug) acc. to IEC 169-2 (DIN 45 325).
Any connection of radio receivers, TV-sets and SAT-receivers is possible.
Meets the specification 1 R 8-15 and the drafts DIN V VDE 0855.
Shielding rate
up to 470 MHz ≥75 dB
470 - 1000 MHz ≥65 dB
1000 - 2400 MHz ≥55 dB
Suitable as loop-wired and terminal socket (see Fig. 7, page 4).
Simplified connecting and easy mounting of the coaxial cables by clamp opened lateral.
For connecting of mini coax cables and coax cables with outer conductor diameter up to 5.5 mm.

1. The antenna outlet sockets can be installed in flush
mounting boxes of 58 mm Ø.
Provide the coaxial cables with a reserve of approx.
12 and 20 cm inside the flush mounting box.
Strip the cable ends (Fig. 1).

2. Open the clamp K entirely by passing position cup to
position d. In position dK is arrested.
(Fig. 2).

3. Install the coaxial cables acc. to Fig. 3.

4. Loosen the contact screws S far enough for putting-in
the centre conductor between white and black plastic
part (Fig. 4).

5. Fix the centre conductors with the contact screws S (Fig.
5).
Close the clamp K and fasten.

6. Insert the antenna outlet socket into the flush mounting
box and fix with the two expanding claws Sk (Fig. 6).
7. Completely assemble the antenna outlet socket.

Loop-wired socket
When connecting incoming and outgoing trunk lines please
consider the direction marking arrows.

When used as a terminal socket (last socket in trunk line),
the terminal resistor R 77 (Gira - Bestell-Nr.: 040 00) is to be
connected in the place of an outgoing cable.
