Safety Instructions
The product is not water resistant, be cautious when
installing and using.
Use the product with the provided power adapter only.
Be cautious of static electricity during installation and
usage. Keep the product away from sharp objects or
strong corrosive chemicals.
When bending the strip lights during installation, avoid
folding the LED components as it may affect the product’s
life span.
Remove nails, metal, or other conductive objects from the
installation surface before attaching the strip light, as it
may cause short-circuiting.
Do not install the strip lights near any heat sources.
Do not allow children to install the strip lights alone.
Avoid installing the strip lights near potentially dangerous
sources (e.g., candles, liquid-filled objects).

product is equipped with two 7.5m RGB strip light and supports
app, voice (Alexa/Google Assistant), and IR remote control.

Pairing Your Device with the Govee
Home App
What You Need
A Wi-Fi router supporting the 2.4GHz and 802.11 b/g/n
bands. 5GHz is not supported.
A smartphone or tablet running iOS 8.0 (or above) or
Android 4.3 (or above).
❷Peel off the protective film
on the tape, stick the strip
on and press over it firmly.
❸Reinforce via clips around
corners.
❹Peel off the protective film
on the control box and stick
it on.
❺Power on the strip lights
and start using.

Controlling the Device with Your
Voice

Open the Govee Home app, then tap the device icon to
enter details page.
Tap the settings icon in the top right corner.
Select Using Guidance and the onscreen instructions to
control the device using your voice.

Download the Govee Home app from the App Store (iOS
devices) or Google Play (Android devices).
Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone.
Open the app, tap the “+” icon in the top right corner and
search for “H6154”.
Tap the device icon and follow the on-screen instructions to
complete pairing.

Make sure the installation surface is clean and dry.
Firmly press over the strip after sticking.
Reinforce the installation via more clips and tape.
❷Cannot connect to Bluetooth.
Do not skip Bluetooth connection in the app.
Ensure Bluetooth on your smartphone has been turned on.
Your smartphone may be incompatible with the Govee
Home app. Try using a different smartphone then
reconnect.

Power the strip lights and your smartphone Bluetooth off
then on, then try again.
Ensure that your smartphone is within 1m/3.28ft of the
strip lights when connecting.
Clear any obstructions that are between the strip lights
and your smartphone.
❺Cannot connect to Wi-Fi.
Do not skip the Wi-Fi connecting steps in the app.
5GHz network is not supported. Please set the router to
2.4GHz and then reset it.
Connect your phone to Wi-Fi and check whether the
network works well.
Make sure you have entered the correct Wi-Fi name and
password.
Change your Wi-Fi password to a brief one. 8 numbers
and letters are suggested.
Connect your smartphone hotspot to the strip lights and
check whether the router works with the strip lights
❹Cannot sync the strip lights to the beat of my music.
Move the control box closer to the music source.
Clean the mic on the control box then try again.
❸The strip lights do not display the full selected color/Some
LED beads do not light up.
Please contact the Govee support team for rapid product
replacement.

❻Cannot connect to Alexa.
Unplug every connective part of the strip lights then
firmly reconnect them.
Reset your smartphone Wi-Fi.
Unplug the adapter port then replug it.

Gegenstände von der Installationsfläche, bevor Sie die
Lichtleiste anbringen, da dies zu einem Kurzschluss führen
kann.
Installieren Sie das Lichtband nicht in der Nähe von

Erlauben Sie Kindern nicht, das Lichtband allein zu
installieren.

Fehlerbehebung
❶Das Klebeband ist nicht stark genug.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Installationsfläche sauber und
trocken ist.
Drücken Sie nach dem Aufkleben fest auf den Streifen.
Verstärken Sie die Installation mit weitere Clips und
Bänder.
❷Verbindung zu Bluetooth nicht möglich
Überspringen Sie die Bluetooth-Verbindung in der App
nicht.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass Bluetooth auf Ihrem Smartphone
eingeschaltet ist.
Ihr Smartphone ist möglicherweise nicht mit der Govee
Home-App kompatibel. Versuchen Sie, ein anderes
Smartphone zu verwenden, und stellen Sie dann die
Verbindung wieder her.
Schalten Sie die Lichtleiste und Ihr Smartphone aus,
schalten Sie Bluetooth aus und wieder ein, und
versuchen Sie es dann erneut.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Ihr Smartphone beim
Anschließen nicht weiter als 1m / 3,28ft von der
Lichtleiste entfernt ist.
Entfernen Sie alle Hindernisse, die sich zwischen dem
Lichtband und Ihrem Smartphone befinden.

❺Es kann keine Verbindung zu Wi-Fi hergestellt werden.
Überspringen Sie nicht die Schritte der Wi-Fi-Verbindung
in der App.
5GHz-Netzwerk wird nicht unterstützt. Bitte stellen Sie
den Router auf 2,4 GHz ein und setzen Sie ihn dann
zurück.
Verbinden Sie Ihr Telefon mit Wi-Fi und prüfen Sie, ob
das Netzwerk normal ist.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie den richtigen WLAN-Namen
und das richtige Kennwort eingegeben haben.
Ändern Sie Ihr WLAN-Passwort in ein Kurzes. Es werden 8
Zahlen und Buchstaben vorgeschlagen.
Schließen Sie den Hotspot in Ihrem Telefon an die
Lichtleiste an und prüfen Sie, ob der Router mit der
Lichtleiste funktioniert.
Bewegen Sie die Kontrollbox näher an die Musikquelle.
Reinigen Sie das Mikrofon an der Kontrollbox und
versuchen Sie es dann erneut.
❹Kann das Lichtband nicht mit dem Takt meiner Musik
synchronisieren.
❸Die Lichtstreifen zeigen nicht die vollständig ausgewählte
Farbe an. / Einige LED-Perlen leuchten nicht auf.
Bitte kontaktieren Sie das Govee-Supportteam für einen
schnellen Produktaustausch.
