Caster Assembly
1. Locate the caster/hardware
packet that is shipped inside the
storage tower. Secure or remove
any loose components from
inside the cabinet.
2. Carefully turn the storage tower
on it’s back as illustrated on a
soft protective surface.
3. Position the casters as illustrated
with the locking casters to the
front of the storage tower. Secure
each caster to the underside of
the tower with four 1/4-20 x 5/8"
hex head bolts (Figure 1).
4. Gently raise the cabinet to it’s
upright position onto the casters
(Figure 1).
Flush-Mount Pull Assembly
1. Locate the pull/hardware packet
that is shipped inside the storage
tower.
2. Using two 4mm x 10mm screws,
fasten the pull to the door as
illustrated (Figure 2).
3. Finish the inside of the door with
two black plastic screw caps
(Figure 2).
Note: If installing a pull on a
laminate door, use two 4mm x
25mm screws per pull. Black
caps are not required.

Drawer Removal - 15" Wide
1. To remove a drawer, first empty all
of it’s contents and extend the
drawer out as far as it will go.
2. Using a flathead screwdriver, place
the tip between the drawer body
and the suspension at a position
near the front slip connection. With
the screwdriver upright, rotate it to
pry the suspension away from the
drawer body. As this is done, lift
up on the bottom of the drawer to
separate the connection. Repeat on
the other side of the drawer.
3. Pull the drawer slightly up and out
of the rear slip connections.
Drawer Installation - 15" Wide
1. To install a drawer, first extend the
two extensions out as far as they
will go.
2. Slide the rear slip connection
together by aligning the tab on the
suspension with the corresponding
slot on the drawer. Firmly hold the
suspension to ensure the drawer is
properly connected. Repeat on
other side of drawer.
3. With the rear slip connections
correctly in place, the front slip
connection tabs will align and the
drawer can be pushed down into
place.
Drawer Removal -
15" Wide & Larger
1. To remove a drawer, first empty all
of it’s contents and extend the
drawer out as far as it will go.
2. Using a rubber mallot, give a
slight tap to the underside of both
suspensions. Using force, pull up
on the drawer front until the body
disengages from the suspensions.
Remove drawer and set aside.
Drawer Installation -
15" Wide & Larger
1. To install a drawer, first extend
the two extensions out as far as
they will go.
2. Slide the rear slip connection
together by aligning the tab
on the suspension with the
corresponding slot on the
drawer. Firmly hold the
suspension to ensure the
drawer is properly connected.
Repeat on other side of drawer.
3. With the rear slip connections
correctly in place, the front slip
connection tabs will align and
the drawer can be pushed down
into place.

2. Locate the hardware pack for
the Landing Pad. Begin by
installing four landing pad
mount bushings to the underside
of the landing pad using four
#8 x 1/2" screws as illustrated.
Place landing pad post bushings
into the bottom of each landing
pad post and set the four landing
pad posts onto the mounting
holes at the corners of the
cabinet top.
3. Place a 1/4" flat washer onto each
1/4-20 x 31/2" Phillips screw.
From inside the cabinet, route
each screw up through the top of
the cabinet, and through the
landing pad bushing and landing
pad post. The landing pad posts
and bushings will hold the
screws in place (Figure 4).
4. Carefully place the landing pad
on top of the four posts, aligning
the upper landing pad mount
bushings with the posts and 31/2"
screws (Figure 4).
5. Tighten the screws, securing the
pad and the posts to the top of
the tower. Be careful to not
over-tighten (Figure 4).
6. Reinstall any drawers that were
removed to assemble landing
pad.
Adjustable Shelf Assembly
1. Remove the shipping tape which
secures the shelf and brackets
during shipment.
2. Hook the shelf brackets into the
slots at the inside of the cabinet
as illustrated. Make sure the
brackets are at the same height
on both sides (Figure 5).
3. Install the shelf by setting it onto
the brackets. Make sure the shelf
is pushed all the way back into
the cabinet
(Figure 5).

Landing Pad Assembly
Note: Before beginning
landing pad assembly, it is
recommended that the top
drawer be removed if there is a
drawer installed directly below
the landing pad. See
instructions on page 2.
1. The landing pad top is shipped
with two bolts securing it to the
storage unit. Remove the two
bolts and properly dispose of
them. Gently set the top aside,
assuring it will not get
damaged/scratched.

Door Hinge Adjustment
1. For door height adjustment of
+/-2 mm, loosen the two height
adjust screws on each hinge and
move door up or down. Re-tighten
screws (Figure 6).
2. For door depth adjustment,
first loosen the depth adjust screw,
then slide the key hole of the hinge
to the desired location. Re-tighten
the screw (Figure 7).
3. For side-to-side adjustment,
turn the side-to-side adjust screw
in or out. The screw works in
conjunction with the inner leaf of
the hinge arm to move the door
back or forth without a change in
gap between the door and the
cabinet (Figure 8).
4. To disassemble door from
cabinet, loosen the depth adjust
screw and slide the keyhole of the
hinge over until the screw head
can pass through and the door can
be removed (Figure 7).
Leveling Cabinet
Note: Leveling of cabinets is for
plinth base option only, not for units
with casters.
1. To gain access to the adjustable
glides, remove the bottom drawer
or open the wardrobe door if so
equipped (Figure 9).
2. Locate the four 1" diameter holes
inside the cabinet, at the four
corners of the base. Using a socket
wrench with an extension and
1/4" socket, level the cabinet as
needed (Figure 9).
3. Reinstall any drawers that were
removed in step 1.
