Lay the Back Panels (1)+(2) at
on a soft surface. Ensure all
holes are free of debris. Insert the
appropriate number of Cams (18).
Ensure that the arrow moulded
into the Cams are pointing
towards the edge of the panel.
Insert the required Double ended
Dowel(32) in both sides. The
725/740 high unit has 1, the 971
high unit has 2, and the 1771 high
unit (shown right) has 3.
Secure the two Back Panels
together with the Double ended
Dowels and lock Cams with a half
turn.

IMPORTANT
1771mm High, 1971mm High units must be
xed to the wall for stability.

STEP 4
Lay the Sides (3)+(4) at on a soft
surface. Ensure all holes are free
of debris. Insert the appropriate
number of Cams (18), Spreading
Dowels (17) and Wooden
Dowels (19).
In both Side Panels knock in the
White KD Blocks (22).
Assemble the two Sides to the
Back Panels.
Before locking the Cams in the
back, t the Lintel (5) between the
Sides.
Ensure that the Lintel is tted with
the holes in its long edge facing
to the top, out of the cabinet.
Tighten the Cams with a half turn
and tighten the screws in the KD
ttings (21) behind the Lintel.
Insert Cams in to the Lintel.
Insert the appropriate number of
Dowels (17) into the Top (6) and
Base (7).
Attach the Striker Plate (13) with
Screws (29) to both the Top and
Base.

Prepare the Left Door (8) by
attaching the Handle (10) with
Screws (25), the Strike Plate (14)
with Screws (28).
Attach the top and bottom Bolts
(12) with Screws (26).
Attach the Top and Base to the
Sides/Back/Lintel you built earlier.
Screw the feet (33) into the Base.
Lock Cams with a half turn.
Continue to prepare the Left
Door(8) by attaching the
Hinges(15), with Screws (34).
Note the orientation of the Hinge
Plate that is screwed to the side
panel.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
The Right Door (9) has a Lock (11)
inserted from behind the Door
held with Screws (28). On the front
of the Right Door, place the Lock
Rosette (16) over the Lock.
Fit the Hinges in the same way as
on the Left Door.
The cupboard can be levelled by
adjusting the height of the feet (33).
Carefully stand the cupboard
upright.
Fit the Cover Caps (20) for all the
Cams.
Any shelves (34) can now be
tted. Shelf Supports (30) are
attached to the Sides with
Screws (31). The Shelf has holes
underneath that locate over the
pin on the Shelf Support.
Clean using a damp cloth and mild detergent – do not use abrasive cleaners or bleach.
