• Ensure you have adequate space
• Assemble product on a at, clean surface
• Apply manual handling guidelines when building this item
• Pozi head screwdriver
STEP 1
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Lay the Top Panel (1) at on
a soft surface with the holes
facing upwards.
Ensure all holes are free of
debris.
Remove the Small Metal
Cross Rail (7) from its current
location and relocate it to
the other 3mm pilot holes
provided near the front edge.
Ensure that the insert in the
Small Metal Cross Rail (7) is
facing the front edge of the
desk.
Attach the Rails using the 2 x
11/2 csk screws (13).

STEP 2
Lay the Side Panels (4 & 5)
at on a soft surface with the
holes facing upwards.
Ensure all holes are free of
debris.
On each Pedestal Side
Panels, screw one Chipfast
Bolt (18) into the 5mm hole in
the front bottom corner, and
knock a dowel (19) into the
8mm holes beside it.
The side panels will arrive
with its components (drawer
runners & locking bar etc)
already assembled, but
for simplicity these are not
shown here.
STEP 3
Place the MDF Rail (6) into
position between the two
Pedestal side Panels (4 & 5).
Ensure that the arrows
moulded into the Cams (17)
are pointing towards the
edge of the MDF Rail.
Lock the Cams with a half
turn.

STEP 4
Locate the Spigots (14)
which are already in the top
of the Pedestal sides into the
Cams (15) that are already
located in the Top Panel (1).
For now, tighten up the
Cams closest to the Rail only.

STEP 5
Lay the Large Modesty Panel
(3) at on a soft surface with
the holes facing upwards.
Ensure all holes are free of
debris.
Screw Four Chipfast Bolts
(18) into the holes in the
Large Modesty Panel.
Modesty Panel holes which
will not be used for attaching
a Pedestal can be covered
using the hole plugs (16)
provided.

STEP 6
Place the Spigots (14) which
are already assembled in
the Large Modesty Panel
(3) into the Cams (15) in the
Top Panel (1), behind the
Pedestal.
As you do this, slightly lift the
back edge of the Pedestal, in
order to locate the Chipfast
Bolts (18) from the Large
Modesty Panel into the holes
for the Minix Cams (17) in
the Pedestal Side Panels (4
& 5).
Tighten up all Cams (15) in
the Top Panel, and lock the
Minix Cams (17) in the side
Panels with a half turn.

STEP 8
Lay the Small Modesty Panel
(2) at on a soft surface.
Screw the Spigots (14) into
the 5mm holes provided in
the top of the Small Modesty
Panel.

Locate the Spigots (14) on
the Small Modesty Panel (2)
into the Cams (15) that are
already located in the Top
panel (1).
Tighten up all Cams. 14

STEP 11
Align the holes in the end
frame (11) with the holes in
the Small Modesty Panel (2)
and Small Cross Rail (7).
Attach the Three 7mm x
60mm Chipfast Bolts (20) to
the Small Modesty Panel (2)
and the One M6 x 60mm bolt
(21) to the Small Cross Rail
(7).

The same xings are used for
a slab end.

STEP 10
Screw the Three 7mm x
60mm Chipfast Bolts (20)
through the Square Corner
Leg which is attached to the
Small Modest Panel (2) into
the Large Modesty Panel (3).
