Bei berechtigten Reklamationen innerhalb
von 2 Jahren nach Kaufdatum werden wir
gegen Vorlage des entsprechenden
Kaufbelegs nach unserem Ermessen
kostenlos nachbessern, bzw. kostenlosen
Ersatz liefern. Sollten Nachbesserung
oder Ersatzlieferung unmöglich sein, so
räumen wir Ihnen nach unserem Er-
messen eine angemessene Minderung

Baugröße G verwendbar.
VORBEREITUNG
1. Talstation auf einer waagerech-
ten Unterlage plazieren (Abb. 1).
Achtung! Talstation vor Feuchtigkeit
schützen.
2. Bergstation an einer senkrechten
Oberfläche montieren (Abb. 2). (2
Schrauben und 2 Dübel liegen bei.)
- Der Abstand zwischen Berg- und
Talstation mußgroßgenug sein,
damit die Fahrzeit mindestens 5
Sekunden beträgt, da sonst die
automatische Umschalterkennung
nicht funktioniert.
- Der Abstand zwischen Berg- und
Talstation darf 6 m nicht über-
schreiten.
- Die Tragseile müssen sicher durch
die Führungsschlitze der Talstation
laufen. Das Tragseil darf weder die
Unterseite der Führungsschlitze
berühren (zu schwach geneigt),
noch oberhalb der Führungs-
schlitze verlaufen (zu stark
geneigt).
3. Tragseile an den beweglichen
Rollenleitwerken der Gondeln befe-
stigen. Jeweils das Ende des
Tragseils durch das kleine Loch am
Ende des Rollenleitwerks schieben
und mit einem kleinen Knoten fixie-
ren.
Hinweis: Die Tragrollen sollten so
ausgerichtet sein, daßsie oben am
Rollenleitwerk liegen.
4. Ein Tragseil über die Umlen-
krollen der Bergstation, das andere
Tragseil über die Umlenkrollen der
Talstation legen. Darauf achten, daß
die Tragseile durch die Seilführungs-
schlitze der Talstation laufen.
5. Tragseile verlängern oder ver-
kürzen, so daßdiese die richtige
Länge aufweisen.
6. Talstation ein wenig verschie-
ben, damit die Tragseile straff
gespannt sind. Talstation befestigen
(4 Schrauben liegen bei).

7. Beiliegenden Trafo anschließen.
Klinkenstecker in die Buchse (c) der
Talstation stecken. (Abb. 4).
Achtung! Der Trafo darf nur in
geschlossenen Räumen verwendet
werden.
8. Die beiliegenden Clips an den
Tragseilen befestigen, so daßdie
jeweils nach unten fahrende Gondel
an der gewünschten Stelle angehal-
ten wird. Wenn der Clip an die
Seilführung der Talstation stößt, hält
der Motor an. Nach Ablauf der einge-
stellten Haltezeit fährt die Seilbahn in
die andere Richtung weiter.
Hinweis: Die Clips lassen sich mit
einem Schraubendreher öffnen, falls
nötig.
9. Stecker des Trafos in eine
Steckdose stecken. Die Seilbahn
fährt jetzt los. Trafo aus der
Steckdose ziehen, um die Seilbahn
anzuhalten.
BEDIENUNG
An der Talstation sind zwei Regler
(Abb. 4):
- Haltezeit (a): Mit diesem Regler
wird die Aufenthaltsdauer der
Gondeln in der Tal-/Bergstation ein-
gestellt.
Der Einstellbereich liegt zwischen ca.
5 Sekunden (werkseitige Einstellung)
und 90 Sekunden. Regler im
Uhrzeigersinn drehen, um die Halte-
zeit zu verlängern.
- Geschwindigkeit (b): Regler im
Uhrzeigersinn drehen, um die
Geschwindigkeit zu erhöhen.
Hinweise:
- Falls das Antriebsrad durchdreht,
ist das Tragseil nicht genug ge-
spannt. Tragseil kürzen oder Tal-
station verschieben, um das Trag-
seil zu straffen.
- Falls der Motor automatisch ab-
schaltet oder vorzeitig die Fahrt-
richtung ändert, ist das Tragseil zu
straff gespannt. Motor abkühlen
lassen und Spannung des Tragseils
verringern.
- Falls die Gondeln unterwegs stehen
bleiben, Geschwindigkeit schneller
einstellen (Regler b).
- Umlenkrolle der Talstation nicht
von Hand drehen, da sonst das
Getriebe beschädigt werden kann.
- Anleitungen zum Aufbau des Ge-
bäudes für die Talstation sind mit
dem Gebäudebausatz verpackt.
- Trafo und Talstation sind jeweils mit
Überlast-Sicherungen ausgestattet.

Achtung! Bei unsachgemäßer Wart-

Schmierung
Ölen Sie die Lager der Umlenkrollen
an der Bergstation hin und wieder
mit je einem Tropfen LGB-Pflegeöl
(50019).

indoor use only.
8. Attach the included clips to the
suspension wires, so that the
descending gondolas stop at the
desired location. When the clip
touches the valley station, the motor
stops. After the pre-selected wait
time has elapsed, the cableway
restarts in the opposite direction.
Hint: If necessary, the clips can be
opened using a screwdriver.
9. Plug the transformer power cable
into a house current outlet. Now the
cableway starts operation. To stop
the cableway, unplug the trans-
former.
OPERATION
There are two controls on the valley
station (Fig. 4):
- Station stop duration (a): Use this
control to set the duration of the
station stop.
You can select a duration between
about 5 seconds (factory pre-set)
and 90 seconds. Turn the control
clockwise to increase the duration of
the station stop.
- Speed (b): Turn the control clock-
wise to increase the speed.
Hints:
- If the wheel of the valley station
spins without moving the gondolas,
the suspension wires need to be
tightened. Shorten the suspension
wires or move the valley station to
tighten the wires.
- If the motor switches off automati-
cally or changes direction prema-
turely, the suspension wires are too
tight. Let the motor cool. Release
the tension of the suspension
wires.
- If the gondolas stop in mid-travel,
increase the speed setting (control
b).
- Do not turn the valley station pulley
by hand. This may damage the
gears in the station.
- Instruction for assembling the
paperboard valley station building
are included with the building.
- Both the transformer and the valley
station are equipped with overload
protection circuitry.

Lubrication
The pulley bearings on the mountain
station should be lubricated occa-
sionally with a small amount of LGB
Maintenance Oil (50019).

This RIGI DUO cableway features:
- two cable cars with opening doors
and top and bottom escape hatches
- a lower “valley”station with Bühler
motor and built-in electronic con-
trol unit

THE PROGRAM
For information on the complete

catalog. RIGI cableways are also
compatible with LGB G-scale trains
and accessories.
PREPARATION
1. Place the valley station on a
level surface (Fig. 1).
Attention! Protect the valley station
from moisture.
2. Attach the mountain station to a
vertical surface (Fig. 2). (2 mount-
ing screws and 2 anchors are includ-
ed.)
- The distance between the stations
must allow for at least 5 seconds of
travel, because the automatic
reversing circuits will not work oth-
erwise.
- The distance between the stations
must not exceed 6 m (20 ft.).
- The suspension cables must run in
the guide slots of the valley station.
The cables must not touch the bot-
tom of the slots (cable not inclined
steep enough), nor run above the
guide slots (cable inclined too
steeply).
3. Attach the suspension cables to
the roller brackets on the gondolas.
Slide one end of the cable through
the small hole in the end of the roller
bracket and attach it with a small
knot.
Hint: For prototypical appearance, the
rollers on the brackets should face
up. The gondolas should be posi-
tioned with the doors facing out-
ward, so passengers can get on and
off.
4. Loop the suspension cables over
the pulleys on the mountain and
valley stations. Make sure the lower
cable runs through the guide slots in
the valley station.
5. Lengthen or shorten the suspen-
sion cables until they match the
distance between the stations.
6. Slide the valley station away
from the mountain station to ten-
sion the setup. Attach the valley sta-
tion to the surface. (4 mounting
screws are included.)
7. Connect the included trans-
former. Insert the plug into socket
(c) of the valley station (Fig. 4).

PRÉPARATION
1. Placer la station de départ sur
une surface de niveau (figure 1).
Attention ! Protéger la station de
départ de l’humidité.
2. Fixer la station d’arrivée sur une
surface verticale (figure 2). (2 vis
de fixation et 2 chevilles d’ancrage
sont incluses).
- La distance entre la station de
départ et la station d’arrivée doit
permettre un temps de déplace-
ment de la cabine entre stations de
5 secondes au minimum, sinon les
dispositifs d’inversion automatique
du sens de la marche ne fonction-
neront pas.
- La distance entre les stations ne
doit pas dépasser 6 m (20 pi).
- Les câbles de suspension doivent
passer dans les guides de la station
de départ. Les câbles ne doivent

re des guides (angle d’inclinaison
des câbles trop faible), ni passer
au-dessus des guides (angle d’in-
clinaison des câbles trop impor-
tant).
3. Fixer les câbles de suspension
aux chariots àgalets sur les cabi-
nes.
Glisser une extrémitédu câble par le
petit trou en bout du chariot àgalets
et faire un nœud.
Conseil : Pour représenter fidèle-
ment le modèle d’origine, les galets
des chariots doivent être dirigés vers
le haut. Placer les cabines avec les
portes faisant face vers l’extérieur
pour que les passagers puissent
monter et descendre.
4. Faire passer les câbles de
suspension au-dessus des poulies
aux stations de départ et d’arrivée.
S’assurer que le câble inférieur passe
par les guides de la station de départ.
5. Rallonger ou raccourcir les
câbles de suspension jusqu’à ce
qu’ils fassent la distance entre les
stations.
6. Éloigner la station de départ de
la station d’arrivée pour assurer la

tension des câbles.
Fixer la station de départ sur la sur-
face (4 vis de fixation sont incluses).
7. Connecter le transformateur
fourni.
Mettre la fiche dans la prise (c) de la
station de départ (figure 4).
Attention ! Le transformateur ne doit
être utiliséqu’à l’intérieur.
8. Placer les agrafes fournies sur
les câbles de suspension pour que
la cabine descendante s’arrête à
l’endroit voulu.
Le moteur s’arrête lorsque l’agrafe
entre en contact avec la station de
départ. Lorsque le temps d’arrêt
choisi s’est écoulé, le téléphérique
repart dans l’autre sens.
Conseil : Les agrafes peuvent être
ouvertes au besoin àl’aide d’un tour-
nevis.
9. Brancher le cordon d’alimenta-
tion du transformateur dans une
prise de courant dans la maison.
Le téléphérique se met en route. Il
faut débrancher le cordon d’alimen-
tation du transformateur pour arrêter
le téléphérique.
FONCTIONNEMENT
La station de départ comporte deux
commandes (figure 4) :
- Temps d’arrêt àla station (a) :
Utiliser cette commande pour
régler le temps d’arrêt àla station.
Le temps d’arrêt peut être réglé
entre 5 secondes (réglage d’origine
usine) et 90 secondes. Tourner la
commande dans le sens horaire
pour augmenter la durée du temps
d’arrêt àla station.
- Vitesse (b) : Tourner la commande
dans le sens horaire pour augmen-
ter la vitesse.
Conseils :
-Si la poulie de la station de départ
tourne sans que les cabines ne se
déplacent, il faut augmenter la ten-
sion des câbles de suspension.
Raccourcir les câbles de suspension
ou éloigner la station de départ pour
tendre les câbles.
- Si le moteur se coupe automatique-
ment ou si l’inversion du sens de la
marche se fait prématurément, il
faut diminuer la tension des câbles
de suspension. Laisser refroidir le
moteur. Relâcher la tension des
câbles de suspension.
- Si les cabines s’arrêtent àmi-par-
cours, il faut augmenter la vitesse
(commande b).
- Ne pas tourner la poulie de la sta-
tion de départ àla main, il y a risque
d’endommagement des pignons de
la station.
- Les instructions d’assemblage du
bâtiment de la station de départ en
carton sont fournies avec le bâti-
ment.
- Le transformateur et la station de
départ comportent un circuit de
protection contre les surcharges.
