Handling
§Put Calls on Hold
§Answer the call.
§Press the hold key.
§Forward Call
§Answer call of person A.
§Press forward key (upward arrow)
§Dial the quick dialling (or the whole number) of person B.
§To forward a call without announcing the caller to person B, press the forward key
again.
§To forward a call with announcing the caller to person B, wait until person B answers
the call. Then announce the caller and press the forward key again.
§To abort the forwarding process, press this key:
§Conference Calls
§Answer call of person A.
§Press the conference key (downward arrow)
§Dial the quick dialling (or the whole number) of person B.
§Press the conference key again.
§Redialling
§The redialling key enables redialling of the last 100 dialled numbers. Pressing the
redialling key twice will automatically call the last dialled number.
