EQ mode
Turning the power on/off
1. Press the PLAYbutton momentarily for 2 seconds and the MP3
Player will turn on with an opening backlit image “Digital Music”.

2. The backlit durations can be preset in the “Back Light” menu.
3. Pressing PLAYbutton for more than 3 seconds until the “Good
Bye” appears will turn off the MP3 Ultra Flash Player.
Key Lock Function
Push the hold switch and the screen will show out “Key Lock!”
Playing MP3 music
1. Turning on the powerby pressing PLAYbutton, you could see the
following interfaces: no. of songs, song timer, bit rate and the ID3 display.

2. PLAY/ PAUSE status
Short press PLAYKEY after turning on MP3, the music is played; Short
press PLAYkey again when music is being played, it will pause
3. If you want to select forward/back song, turn the Mode switch wheel
left or right to get the track.
4. By pressing VOL+/VOL-button, you could control the volume under
either PLAYor PAUSE status. Thevolume steps (see illustration)will
increase or decrease when the VOL+/VOL- buttonis pressed
correspondingly.

Subfolder function
This function can help user to separate songs in MP3 and put different
songs into different subfolders so asto find the songs you like to listen.
You can establish subfolders in computer when MP3 is connected with PC.
When MP3 is under MODE status, long press Mode key and the following
window popped up:
You can see all subfolders which you set up yourself under root folder,
choose the folder andpress PLAYkey to enter into and see the following:
And press PLAYkey again to confirm the song.
If you want to exit subfolder menu, please short press Mode key and MP3

Menu
A. Menu under theplaying mode
1.Turn on the MP3 Player
2.When it is playing song, press the Mode Switch (In the middle of the
rolling wheel), you can see thefunction menu as following:
This menu include EQ and Repeat Mode setting
EQ (Equalizer)
Under the music play mode, press the mode key,and then enter the
EQ mode. Or when the music pause, presses the mode key, choose
the EQ mode with adjust forward/back key and confirm with play key.
You can select different mode according todifferent music.Enter into EQ

list in the menu by short press PLAYkey.There are six EQ in the list as
following:
NORMAL
CLASSIC
LIVE
POP
ROCK
DBB
You can adjust the modes by the EQ menu.You could experience perfect
Classic, Live, Pop, Rock, DBB would effect by choosing suitable
corresponding mode. Normal mode could bring you original sound effect.
If you don’t want to change current settings, you can Press the Mode
Switch to exit.
Repeat mode

If you’d like to listen to a song again and again, then you needchange the
Repeat mode.
1. Under the music play mode, press the mode key, and then enter
the Repeat mode. Or when the music pause, presses the mode key,
choose the Repeatmode with adjust forward/back key and confirm
with play key,
and the Play Repeat mode can be changed.
2. Repeat modes include Normal, Repeat one, Repeat folder, Repeat All
and Repeat Random
B. Main Menu
When MP3 is under PAUSE and STOP status, press the Mode Switch, you
can see Function menu as following:

1.You may select every item by the rolling left or right of Mode switch and
press Play/Stop key to enter thefunction.
2.When you select “File Delete”, you will enter the Delete interface. More
information is to be mentioned behind.

3.With no button being pressed, it will return to Play interface after 2
seconds.
Voice Playing and Recording Function
Notice: should press play key to record the recording documents, so
please confirm the power of battery, if the power is not enough, the
document can’t be recorded.
1.After turning on the power by pressing PLAY button, press theMode
switch to enter into Main Menu, and thenyou can see the menu as
illustration.
2.Now you can select the“Voice Player” to be played. Short Press the
PLAYbutton to listento the recorded files(see the following illustration) If
there are no recorded files, theinterface would show“No voice”

3.In Main Menu, youwill see Voice Recording item. Select it to start
voice recording. TheRecording interface is showed as the following right
figure.

You could stop recording by short pressing PLAY/STOPbutton
momentarily and exit from Voice Recording mode and switch to MP3
function by select Main menu.
Note: While recording all buttons except PLAY/STOPor Hold button are
not workable.
Exit the voice recording mode
Completing recording, if you want toenjoy the music, you can exit the
Voice Recording mode and switch to theMusic mode.

1.Press Mode Switch (in the middle of the rolling wheel)in the Voice
Recording mode to pops up the Main Menu as following:
2.Turning Menu switch Left or right to select Music Player itemin the
menu.
4.Short Press the Play/Stop to confirm. And then if will return to Music
mode.
Line-in recording
When you want to transfer song from another MP3 player to your MP3
player, you only need to use the Line-in cable (not included), shown as
diagram:

Press Play key to start record sounding, if you at thistime put on
headphones can still enjoy the wonderful music. Line-in recordingprocess
is shown as diagram below:
After completing recording, there will be a LINE_REC folder for storage of
Line-in recording files in your player, you are able to choose the recorded
file you wanted.
FM radio mode
Remark: This function is optional
1. Open the main menu and choose “FM Radio”

3. There are 3 kinds of modes of searching.
Choose FM mode: under the FM mode, search the program with
forward/back key, thebound of frequency is 87.5—108.5MHz.
Automatic search: Keep the PLAY key forward or backward,the frequency
will be increased or decreased automatically.
Hand search: Just roll the PLAY key once, the frequency will be increased
100kHz(91.8MHz-91.9MHz)
3. Press the mode key Under reception condition, you can see the menu
as following:

“PRESET”:Automatically searching the channels. When it find a qualified
channel, it will stop searching. If you think the channel is not satisfied, you
can keep the PLAYkey forward or backward againto go on searching, if
you just roll the PLAY key once, the frequency will return back to the
frequency of channel 01 saved( if thereis no saved channel,it will return to
87.50MHz)
“FREQUENCY”: Hand search mode.The only difference with Automatically
searching is that when you stop searching and go on to search again, if
you just move the PLAY key once, thefrequency can be increased or
decreased 100kHz(91.8MHz-91.9MHz) accordingly.
“AUTO SCAN”: Automatically searching the channels. When you choose
this item, MP3 will scan from 87.50MHz, The difference with “PRESET” is
When you choose preset, the scan will begin from the frequency you
stopped last time but not from 87.50MHz.
“SAVE PRESET”: when you find a qualifiedfrequency, just press the PLAY

key and choose this item, then thefrequency can be save as channel01 or
channel02 as you like;
“CLR PRESET”: If you want to delete any channel saved, choose this item
and press the PLAYkey to confirm.
FM sensitivity:
Under the FM mode, press mode key to enter FM menu, andchoose ‘FM
sensitivity’and press play key, then you can adjust and choose the
reasonable sensitivity based on condition.
FM Recording
Record FM program: press mode key after your choosing frequency,
choose ‘FM recording’with forward/back key, and then recording the

program with play key.After that, there will be a ‘FM_REC’folderto
storage recording files.
Our MP3 player can record the program thewhen you are listening FM,
and the recording quality and beadjusted, it can be divided into
32kbps,64kbps,96kbps,112kbps,128kbps, 192kbps,

Press the PLAY key to stop the FM radio, see the indication as following:

Delete files
If you want to delete the files in the player, you may do it by using the
delete function in the menu.
1.Press Menu button (in the middle of the rolling wheel)to get theMain
menu.
2.Select “File Delete” by short pressing PLAYkey and the following display
will appear.
The upper row shows which track you haveselected and the bottom row
shows the recorded file or the name of thesong.
