Thank you for purchasing the OSIM uZap Tummy. Please read the operation manual
thoroughly for the correct methods of usage and take special notice of the safety section
before you start.
This manual should be kept on hand for easy reference. It is your guide to safe and

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using the product, please take special notice of the following basic precautions:
Read all instructions before using this product.
DANGER – To reduce the risk of electric shock:
Always unplug this product from the electrical outlet immediately after use and before
cleaning.
WARNING – To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock, or injury to persons:
1) Use this product only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use
attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
2) The product should never be left unattended when plugged in. Unplug from electrical
outlet/power source when it is not in use, and before putting on or taking off parts.
3) Do not operate the product under the blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and
cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
4) Do not use the product if the electrical outlet/power source is loose.
5) Do not connect or disconnect the power plug/USB cable from the electrical outlet /
power source with wet hands.
6) When disconnecting the power plug/USB cable, pull it out by holding the plug/USB cable
head, not the cord/cable.
7) Do not operate the product if it has a damaged cord or plug/USB cable, a malfunction,
a power failure, or it is dropped into the water. Injury may occur when power is restored
unexpectedly. Return the product to OSIM Service Center for examination and repair.
8) If the power plug/USB cable or power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by OSIM
Service Center or its authorized service agents.
9) Do not carry this product by the power cord/USB cable or use the power cord/USB
cable as a handle.
10) Keep the product power cord/USB cable away from heated surfaces.
11) Do not place the power cord/USB cable under the product or any other heavy objects.
12) Do not wind the power cord/USB cable around the product.
13) Do not operate the product with the air openings blocked. Keep the air openings free of
lint, hair, and the likes.
14) Remove power plug/USB cable from the electrical outlet /power source immediately
should liquid be accidentally spilled onto the product as this may result in electric shock.
15) Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being
administered.
16) To disconnect, turn off all controls and remove the power plug/USB cable from the
electrical outlet/power source.
17) Do not drop or insert any object or flammable material into any openings of the
product. This may result in electric shock, malfunction or risk of fire.

18) Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the product.
19) This product can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe
way and understand the hazards involved. Keep children away when the product is in
operation.
20) Cleaning and user maintenance of the product shall not be made by children.
21) Do not use or operate the product when your body or hands are wet.
22) Do not use this product outdoors.
23) Do not use the product in an excessively humid or dusty environment as it may result in
malfunction.
24) Do not use the product in temperatures higher than 40˚C.
25) Do not expose the product to heaters, stoves or direct sunlight.
26) Do not cover the product during operation. This may result in a rise in motor temperature
and subsequent malfunction or fire.
27) Do not use the product in the event of a lightning storm.
28) If you should use the product in a cold room, do not increase the room temperature abruptly.
It is recommended that you increase the temperature gradually to a normal level.
29) If the product is brought into a warm environment from a cold place where it was stored,
wait for an hour before use as there may be water droplets on mechanical parts due to
condensation. Using the product under such condition may result in malfunction.
30) Do not stand on or in product. Use only while seated.
31) Do not dismantle, drop, or subject the product to shock or vibration.
32) Do not use the product in combination with other therapeutic equipment or electric blanket,
etc., as this may result in ineffectiveness or injury.
33) Do not rest or place heavy objects on the product as this may result in malfunction.
34) The product must only be serviced or repaired by the OSIM Service Centre. Do not attempt to
disassemble or repair the product.
35) This product contains lithium battery that is only replaceable by a skilled technician. Do not
attempt to assemble or repair the product. Contact OSIM service centre for any repair.
36) Some noise may be heard from the product while in use. This is due to the structure of the
product and is normal.
37) Please do not use the product if you are not feeling well or under the influence of alcohol.
38) Stop using immediately should you experience discomfort and consult your doctor if you
experience any abnormal or severe pain.
39) The product has a heated surface. People who are insensitive to heat must be careful when
using the product.
40) Avoid food intake for at least an hour before massage /usage.

41) This product is not intended for self-diagnosis or self-treatment of conditions that
should be managed by a qualified health care provider.
42) If you are under any medication or fall into any of the following categories (but
not limited to), please consult your health care provider first before purchase use:
- Heart diseases
- High, or low blood pressure, Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
- Pregnant
- Diabetes
- Individuals fitted with medical implants (e.g. pacemaker, automatic cardiac efibrillator)
- Recently underwent surgical operations
- Those with any bone conditions like fractures, osteoporosis
43) The battery must be removed from the product before it is discarded. The product must
be powered off when the battery is removed, and the battery should be safely disposed
of. To remove the battery:
1. Get the OSIM service personnel to remove the battery case.
2. Remove the fixing screws from the battery case.
3. Open the battery case and remove the battery.
4. The battery must be recycled by an OSIM Service Center or disposed of in accordance
with local waste management regulations.
44) Do not overcharge otherwise it may damage the battery and affect usage.
WARNING: For the purposes of recharging the battery, only use the detachable supply
(model: IVP1040-2500B) unit provided with this appliance.

Operation
Preparation before use
•Select the desired nodes (short/ long) and fix them to position on the back of the product.
• Insert the belt into the handle.
• Position the center of the product at your navel (using the protruding point as a
reference).
• Using the belt, wrap it around the body and secure the product comfortably in place with
the Velcro.

Use with power adapter
•Connect the adapter jack into the adapter connector.
• Connect the power adapter plug to the electrical outlet. Turn on the main switch.
• When the product is operating while connected to power adapter, it will not be charging.
Use without power adapter
•The red LED indicator will light up when battery level is low.
• Product should be fully charged (for approximately 2 hours) before using it for the first
time.
• Each full charge (approximately 2 hours) can last up to 40 minutes of usage.
Turning the power on/off
•Press the [ ] button to turn ON product. The LED indicator will emit a white light.
• Press and hold [ ] button around 3 seconds to power OFF the product.
• During massage, press [ ] button once to stop the auto program and vibration.
• The product will automatically turn off after approximately 4 minutes of inactivity.
Massage Selection
•Press [ ] button to power ON the product.
Vibration massage
• For vibration massage, press the [ ] to start from intensity mode 1.
• Press [ ] button again to increase the mode intensity. Vibration intensity has up to 5
modes.
• Press [ ] button again at vibration intensity mode 5 to cycle back to mode 1 again.
• LED indicator will emit white light when changing between modes.
Auto massage programs
• For auto massage program, press [ ] button to start ‘Circulation’ program.
• Press [ ] button again for ‘Toning’ program.
• Press [ ] button again for ‘Cleansing’ program.
• LED indicator will emit white light when changing between programs.

• Do not attempt to stop the vibration nodes with your hand.
• Do not attempt to let children change nodes.
• Do not put the detectable nodes in mouth.
• Do not use the product on the same part of the body for more than 10 minutes.
• Avoid direct skin contact with the product during operation.
• Stop operation immediately if you feel any discomfort.
• Ensure that the power adaptor is disconnected from the electrical outlet when the
product is not in use.
• Do not use this product if you are pregnant or menstruating.
• If you have any medical conditions, please consult your healthcare provider before usage.
• When first using the product, please exercise caution and begin with low intensity (Mode
1), gradually increasing to higher intensity modes.
• It is normal for the skin to turn red after usage and the temporary redness will gradually
recover within 1-2 days.
• Do not press the product forcefully on the skin when using.
• Do not use product in the position of oral cavity, pudendum and skin disorder.
• Product is not waterproof, do not use under water.
• Do not use product on lumbar and spine area.
• Please wait for at least an hour before/after meal to use the product.
• It is normal to feel slight warmth sensation during and after the massage.
• It is normal to experience some itchiness during and after the massage.

Note
• Do not apply body pressure or external pressure against the vibration nodes of the
product as it may cause significant overheating and subsequent damage to the product.

Product care and storage
Product placement and storage
Environmental factors can greatly impact the product’s physical and mechanical condition. Do not
expose the product to direct sunlight or in places with extreme heat or air-conditioning vents. These
can cause the upholstery to dry up, crack or the color to fade.
If the product is not to be used for a long period of time, cover it with a dust cover and disconnect the
power plug from the electrical outlet.
Clean the product using a dry lint-free cloth
Before cleaning, ensure that the main switch is turned off and the power plug is disconnected from
the electrical outlet.
The upholstery of the product is customarily exposed to the natural body oils of users.
The product can be cleaned regularly with soft, dry cloth to wipe off dust and dirt.
Do not rub on the external prints (if any) as those are delicate and excessive cleaning/rubbing will
deface the prints.
Do NOT use wet elements for cleaning
The product is made up of electrical components and mechanical parts, which are all very sensitive to
moisture. Under no circumstances should they be exposed to any form of water or moisture.
If you use water (eg. a wet cloth) to clean the upholstery, the coating may be eroded and the protec-
tion for the product will be diminished.
Do not use a damp cloth to clean the control panel as this may result in malfunction.
Do NOT rub/clean aesthetic prints on upholstery material excessively
Your product may have graphics printed on the exterior. These prints are delicate and needs special
care during cleaning. When cleaning, do not rub and/or repeatedly rub on the graphic prints as this
will damage or deface the prints. The prints should only be gently cleaned with a dry lint-free cloth.
Do NOT use cleaning agents
Under no circumstances should you use any cleaning agents, like benzene or thinner to clean the
product. This may cause the color of the upholstery to fade.
Do not wash the upholstery using washing machine. This may result in the deterioration of upholstery
quality.
Do NOT attempt to repair your product
Under no circumstances should you attempt to repair the product, for safety reason.
If you suspect a malfunction, always call the OSIM Service Center for further assistance and
information.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter problems with the operation of the product, please check the following
points to see if they can be rectified. If the product still malfunctions or does not work, please
turn off the product and remove the power adapter from the electrical outlet. Contact OSIM
Service Center* for servicing.
Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the product yourself. Doing so will void the
warranty and OSIM will not bear any responsibility for any subsequent consequences.

Product warranty is valid only in the country of purchase.
• The battery level is low. Recharge the battery
before attempting to use the product again.
•Ensure that the power adaptor is securely
connected to the electrical outlet.
•Ensure that the main switch is turned on.
•Check that the voltage at the electrical outlet is
adequate.
• The sound is the result of the mechanical structure
and is not a malfunction.
• The battery level is low. Recharge the battery
before attempting to use the product again.
•Check that the adaptor jack has not been
disconnected from the product.
•The auto timer of 10 minutes may have lapsed.
•The overheat protection device may have been
activated. Turn off the main switch and allow
the product to cool down for at least 30 minutes
before using it again.

用。
30)切勿站立在产品上，必须坐在座位上才能使用产品。
31)请勿拆卸、掉落或使产品受到冲击或振动。
32)为避免按摩效果减低或造成伤害，请勿将产品与其它具有疗效的设备或电毯等同时使用。
33)请勿将重物堆放于产品上，以免造成意外伤害或是机件故障。

43)在产品被报废前，必须将电池从产品中取出。取出电池时，产品必须断电，然后安全地
处置电池。取出电池的步骤：
 1.请OSIM傲胜维修人员拆卸电池盒。
 2.卸下电池盒的固定螺丝。
 3.打开电池盒，将电池取出。
 4.电池必需由OSIM傲胜维修中心回收或依据各县市废弃物管理规定处置。
44)不要过度充电，否则可能会损坏电池并影响使用。
警告：给电池充电时，只能使用产品自带的供应器。（中规适配器型号：IVP1040-2500A）
