OS-1201 uCrown Smart
Thank you for purchasing the OSIM uCrown Smart. Before you start using the uCrown Smart ,
please read the operation manual thoroughly for the correct methods of usage, paying special
attention to the section on safety.
This manual should be kept on hand for easy reference. It is your guide to a safe and efficient
operation.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using the product, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:
Read all instructions before using the product.
DANGER– To reduce the risk of electric shock:
Always unplug this product from the power source immediately after charging and before cleaning.
WARNING–To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock, or injury to persons:
1) This product must only be supplied at safety extra low voltage corresponding to the marking on
the product.
2) The product should not be left unattended while charging.
3) Disconnect the USB cable and remove it from the power source after charging.
4) Do not use or rest on the product while charging.
5) This product contains batteries that are only replaceable by skilled persons.
6) It must only be supplied at safety extra low voltage corresponding to the marking on the product.
7) Close supervision by an adult is necessary when the product is used by, on, or near invalids
or disabled persons. Keep children away when the product is in operation.
8) Use this product only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use attachments not
recommended by the manufacturer.
9) Do not use the product when any part is torn or broken, or when the USB cable is not working
properly, damaged or dropped into water. Contact OSIM Service Center for examination and
repair.
10) Keep the product and USB cable away from heated surface or source.
11) Never drop or insert any object into any openings.
12) Do not use this product outdoors.
13) Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is administered.
14) Children should be supervised by an adult to ensure that they do not play with the product.
15) This product can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved.
16) Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children.
17) Do not operate the product under the blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur
and cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
18) The appliance has a heated surface. Persons insensitive to heat must be careful when using the
product.

Safety
Usage environment
• Do not operate the product in a high temperature and/or high humidity environment.
• Do not operate the product in a dusty environment.
• Do not expose the product to heaters, stoves or direct sunlight.
• This product is not for commercial usage.
Safety precautions
• Remove all accessories (e.g. necklaces & earrings) before use.
• Do not use the product when the internal component are exposed. This may cause injury
or malfunction.
• Do not rest or place heavy objects on the product as this may result in malfunction or
damage to it.
• To prevent accidental injury, do not allow children and pets to play near the product.
• Users must not attempt to disassemble or repair the product. All repairs or replacement of
parts must only be done at OSIM’s Service Center or by an authorized service agent.
• Wait for at least an hour after meals before using the product.
• Recommended to keep massage sessions to 30 minutes a day.
• Do not use the product when your body is wet or operate with wet hands.
• Do not place your hands along the path of the moving mechanism during use as this may
cause injury.
• Do not use whilst lying down.
• Do not use the product if you are not feeling well or under the influence of alcohol.
• This product is not intended for self-diagnosis or self-treatment of conditions that should
be managed by a qualified health care provider.
• Stop using immediately and consult your health care provider should you experience
discomfort or any abnormal or severe pain.
• If you are under any medication or have (but not limited to) any of the below medical
conditions, please consult your health care provider first before use.
a) Heart disease
b) High, or low blood pressure
c) Pregnant or menstruating
d) Medical implants
e) Recently underwent surgical operations
f) With any bone fractures
g) Motion sickness or anxiety attacks

Charging the product battery
•Battery level indicator on the display
screen will flash to show that the
uCrown Smart is low in battery.
•Connect the uCrown Smart using the
supplied USB cable to a power source.
Double ‘beep’ sound can be heard once
it is connected.
•The battery level indicator bar will move
while it is charging. Once fully charged,
the battery level bar will be full.
•The uCrown Smart will not work while it
is charging.
•Each full charge (approximately 3.5-4
hours) lasts up to 160 minute of usage.
Turning the product on/off
•Press the [ ] button and it will emit
a ‘beep’ sound to indicate that the
uCrown Smart is turned on.
•Press and hold the [ ] button for
around 2 seconds until it emits a double
‘beep’ sound to indicate that the
uCrown Smart is turned off.
•The uCrown Smart will automatically
start ‘Mode 1’ program once it is turned
on.
Connecting uCrown Smart to the
music source
•Music Stream on product via BT from
smart device or any BT enabled music
player.
•Turn on the Bluetooth on your device.
Search for BT, OS1201 XXXXXXXX.
• Connect and wait for connection
confirmation.
•Start streaming.
•For ease of convenience, Bluetooth is
automatically connected to last paired
user.
Massage program selection
•Press the [ ] button anytime to cycle
through the 2 auto massage programs.
•Each auto massage program comes
with a different music track and during
the auto massage programs, the music
function can be turned on or off by
pressing the [ ] button.
i. Mode 1 (1 ‘beep’ sound and the
15 minute massage will begin).
ii. Mode 2 (1 ‘beep’ sound and the
15 minute massage will begin).

Putting on uCrown Smart
• Put on the uCrown Smart on your head as
illustrated below.

Pairing uCrown Smart with your
smart device
•Turn on the Bluetooth on your smart
device.
•Download the OSIM Relax & Relieve App*.
•Launch the OSIM Relax & Relieve App on
your smart device.
•Follow the instructions on the OSIM Relax
& Relieve App to pair with uCrown Smart.
•After pairing successfully, the display
screen on the product will show ‘Mode 3’.
•Follow the instructions on the OSIM Relax
& Relieve App to unpair with uCrown
Smart if there is need to.
Compatibility of OSIM Relax &
Relieve App
•Compatible with selected smart devices
running on iOS version 11.0 and above or
Android version 8.0 and above.
•All smart devices require compatible
connectivity using wireless (Wi-Fi or cellular
data networks) and Bluetooth-LE 4.0 and
above.
•For updates on OSIM Relax & Relieve App,
please visit the respective App stores.
*Availability will vary according to country.

Product care and storage
Product placement and storage
Environmental factors can strongly affect the product physically and mechanically. Do not expose
the product to direct sunlight or places with extreme heat or
air-conditioning vents. These can cause the product to crack or the color to fade.
If the product is not to be, use for a long period, place it inside the storage bag.
Clean the product regularly using a dry cloth
Before cleaning, ensure that the product is off and the USB cable disconnected from the power
source.
The product is customarily expose to the natural body oils of users. The main unit can be clean
thoroughly with a piece of soft, dry cloth. The common microfiber cleaning materials or gloves are
very well suited for this routine maintenance process. Such materials and gloves are available for
sale in most DIY shops.
Do NOT use wet elements for cleaning
The product is make up of electrical components and mechanical parts, which are all very sensitive
to moisture. Under no circumstances should it be expose to any form of water or moisture. If you
use water (eg. a wet cloth) to clean the product, the coating may erode and the protection for the
product will be diminish.
For the power button, it may result in malfunction if you use a wet cloth to clean.
Do NOT use cleaning solvents and abrasive cleaners
Under no circumstances should you use any cleaning agents, like benzene or thinner to clean the
product.
Do NOT attempt to repair your product
For safety reasons, under no circumstances should you attempt to repair the product.
If you suspect a malfunction, always call the OSIM Service Center for further assistance and
information.

If you encounter problems with the operation of the uCrown Smart, please check the following
points to see if they can be rectify. If the uCrown Smart still malfunctions or does not work, please
turn off the uCrown Smart. Contact OSIM Service Center* for servicing.
Do not dismantle or attempt to repair the uCrown Smart yourself. Doing so will void the
warranty and OSIM will not bear the responsibility for any subsequent consequences.
Possible causes/ActionProblem

Troubleshooting
•The auto timer function of 15 minutes may have
lapsed.
•The Power button [ ] was pressed accidentally.
•If the uCrown Smart stops due to overheating, wait at
least 1 hour before attempting to use it again.
•The sound is the result of the mechanical structure
and is not a malfunction.
•Check the battery level and charge the uCrown Smart
if battery level is low.
•Ensure that the uCrown Smart is not in charging mode.
•Ensure that only the USB cable provided is in use.
•Ensure that the voltage and current of the power
source is adequate.
•The internal safety device may have been activated
due to incorrect voltage. Contact OSIM Service Center
for servicing.
•The uCrown Smart will not
start.
•The uCrown Smart will not
charge.
•Motor sound during operation.

产品操作
充电
• 显示营幕里的电池电量指示器会闪烁代表
uCrown Smart 的电池量不足。
• 使用提供的 USB 缆线将产品连接至电
源。连接成功后，会发出「哔」两声。
• 在充电期间，电池电量指示条会移动。
当充满电时，电池电量指示条将会全满。
• uCrown Smart 在进行充电时将不能
操作。
• 充电时间约 3.5-4 小时, 提供长达 160 分
钟的使用时间。
开启/关闭电源
• 按下 [ ] 按钮直到听见「哔」一声以
表示uCrown Smart 已开启。
• 长按 [ ] 按钮 2 秒直到听见「哔」两声
以表示 uCrown Smart 已关闭。
• uCrown Smart 开启后将会启动「模式1」
按摩程序。
按摩程序选择
• 只需按下 [ ] 按钮便能切换至自动按摩
程序。
• 每项自动按摩程序都有提供不同的音
乐。在自动按摩程序进行当中，按下
[ ] 按钮便能关闭音乐功能。
i. 模式 1（发出「哔」一声，全程
15 分钟的按摩程序将启动）。
ii. 模式 2（发出「哔」一声，全程
15 分钟的按摩程序将启动）。
将uCrown Smart 与音源装置连线
• 串流音乐将透过智能装置或任何具备蓝牙
的音乐播放器传送到产品上。
• 开启装置上的蓝牙功能。搜寻蓝牙，
OS1201 XXXXXXXX。
• 连接，等待连接确认。
• 开始串流音乐。
• 易于方便, 蓝牙将自动连接于最后配对的
用户。
