Thank you for purchasing the OSIM uCozy 3D Plus. Please read the
operation manual thoroughly for the correct methods of usage and
take special notice of the safety section before you start.
This manual should be kept on hand for easy reference. It is your
guide to a safe and efficient operation.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using the product, please TAKE SPECIAL NOTICE of the following basic
precautions:
Read all instructions before using the product:
DANGER – To reduce the risk of electric shock:
Always unplug this product from the electrical outlet /USB cable immediately after
use and before cleaning.
WARNING – To reduce the risk of fire, burns, electric shock, or injury to
persons:
1) Use this product only for its intended use as described in this manual.
Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
2) The product should never be left unattended when plugged in. Unplug from
electrical outlet /power source when the product is not in use, and before putting
on or taking off parts.
3) Do not operate the product under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating may occur
and cause fire, burns, electric shock, or injury to persons.
4) Do not use the product if the electrical outlet /power source is loose.
5) Do not connect or disconnect the power plug /USB cable from the electrical outlet
/power source with wet hands.
6) When disconnecting the power plug /USB cable, remove it by holding the plug /
USB cable head, and not by the cord /cable.
7) Do not operate the product if it has a damaged cord or plug /USB cable, a
malfunction, a power failure, or it is dropped into the water. Injury may occur
when power is restored unexpectedly. Return the product to OSIM Service Centre
for examination and repair.
8) If the power plug /USB cable or power cord is damaged, it must be replaced
by OSIM Service Centre or its authorized service agents.
9) Do not carry this product by the power cord /USB cable or use the power cord /USB
cable as a handle.
10) Keep the product power cord /USB cable away from heated surfaces.
11) Do not place the power cord /USB cable under the product or any other
heavy objects.

12) Do not wind the power cord /USB cable around the product.
13) Do not operate the product with the air openings blocked. Keep the air
openings free of lint, hair, and the like.
14) Remove power plug /USB cable from the electrical outlet /power source
immediately should liquid be spilled onto the product as this may result
in electric shock.
15) Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen
is being administered.
16) To stop using the product, turn off all controls and remove the power plug /USB
cable from the electrical outlet /power source.
17) Do not drop or insert any object or flammable material into any openings of the
product. This may result in electric shock, malfunction or risk of fire.
18) Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the product.
19) This product can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Keep children away when the product is in operation.
20) Cleaning and user maintenance of the product shall not be made by children.
21) Do not use or operate the product when your body or hands are wet.
22) Do not use this product outdoors.
23) Do not use the product in an excessively humid or dusty environment as it may
result in malfunction.
24) Do not use the product in temperatures higher than 40˚C.
25) Do not expose the product to heaters, stoves or direct sunlight.
26) Do not cover the product during operation. This may result in a rise in
motor temperature and subsequent malfunction or fire.
27) Do not use the product in the event of a lightning storm.
28) If you should use the product in a cold room, do not increase the room
temperature abruptly. It is recommended that you increase the temperature
gradually to a normal level.
29) If the product is brought into a warm environment from a cold place where
it was stored, wait for an hour before use as there may be water droplets on
mechanical parts due to condensation. Using the product under such condition
may result in malfunction.

30) Do not stand on or in product. Use only while seated.
31) Do not dismantle, drop, or subject the product to shock or vibration.
32) Do not use the product in combination with other therapeutic equipment or
electric blanket, etc., as this may result in ineffectiveness or injury.
33) Do not rest or place heavy objects on the product as this may result in malfunction.
34) The product must only be serviced or repaired by the OSIM Service Centre.
Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the product.
35) Some noise may be heard from the product while in use. This is due to the
structure of the product and is normal.
36) Please do not use the product if you are not feeling well or under the influence
of alcohol.
37) Stop using immediately should you experience discomfort and consult your
doctor if you experience any abnormal or severe pain.
38) The product has a heated surface. People who are insensitive to heat must be
careful when using the product.
39) This product is not intended for self-diagnosis or self-treatment of conditions
that should be managed by a qualified health care provider.
40) If you are under any medication or have any medical conditions, please consult
your health care provider first before use.
41) Avoid food intake for at least an hour before massage /usage.
42) This product contains lithium battery that is only replaceable by a skilled
technician. Do not attempt to assemble or repair the product. Contact OSIM
service centre for any repair.
43) The battery must be removed from the product before it is discarded.
The product must be powered off when the battery is removed, and the
battery should be safely disposed of. To remove the battery:
1. Get the OSIM service personnel to remove the battery case.
2. Remove the fixing screws from the battery case.
3. Open the battery case and remove the battery.
4. The battery must be recycled by an OSIM Service Center or disposed of
in accordance with local waste management regulations.
44) Do not overcharge otherwise it may damage the battery and affect usage.

WARNING: For the purposes of recharging the battery, only use the
detachable supply (model: IVP1280-2000B ,
GQ24-128200-AB) unit provided with this appliance.

This product is intended for household use only.
Warranty is subjected to cancellation if the product is used for commercial
purposes.

Operation
Caution
•Connect the adapter jack into the adapter jack connector.
•Connect the power adapter plug to the electrical outlet. Turn on the main
switch.
•When the product is operating while connected to power adapter, uCozy
3D Plus will not be charging.
•Do not apply more than 13 kg load on product as it may cause significant
overheating and subsequent damage to the product.
•Do not attempt to stop the kneading nodes with your hand.
• Avoid prolonged direct skin contact with the product during operation.
• Do not use the product while lying down.
•Do not apply any skincare products such as cream, lotion, gel and essence
on the skin area that comes in contact with the product. If users need to
apply skincare products on skin, please ensure there are sufficient layers of
clothing or fabric between the product and the skin area.
•Check the fabric on product for any tear or damage before usage.
•Do not use the product if fabric is torn or damaged.
•Do not remove the fabric cover to use the product.

Operation
•Press the [ ] button to turn on the uCozy 3D Plus and white LED indicator
will light up with 1 “Beep” .
•Heat function is automatically activated when uCozy 3D Plus is turned on
and the lights at the kneading nodes will be illuminated.
•Press the [ ] button with 1 “beep” sound to turn on/off heat function.
•Press and hold the [ ] button around 1.5 seconds to turn off the uCozy
3D Plus.
Turning the power on/off
•Product must be fully charged for the first time (approximately 4 hours)
prior to using it.
•LED indictor will blink while it is charging. Each full charge is approximately
4 hours. After charging, LED light will be turned off.
•Each full charge allows for about 60 min of usage on average (Usage time
varies based on the function selected).
•Product can only be charged when it is turned off.
•The red LED indicator will light up when battery level is low.
