Thank you for purchasing the OSIM uSqueez Arm. Please read the
operation manual thoroughly for the correct methods of usage and
take special notice of the safety section before you start.
This manual should be kept on hand for easy reference. It is your
guide to a safe and efficient operation.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using the product, please TAKE SPECIAL NOTICE of the following basic
precautions:
Read all instructions before using the product:
DANGER – To reduce the risk of electric shock:
Always unplug this product from the electrical outlet /USB cable immediately after
use and before cleaning.
WARNING – To reduce the risk of fire, burns, electric shock, or injury to
persons:
1) Use this product only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not
use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
2) The product should never be left unattended when plugged in. Unplug from
electrical outlet /power source when the product is not in use, and before
putting on or taking off parts.
3) Do not operate the product under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating may
occur and cause fire, burns, electric shock, or injury to persons.
4) Do not use the product if the electrical outlet /power source is loose.
5) Do not connect or disconnect the power plug /USB cable from the electrical
outlet /power source with wet hands.
6) When disconnecting the power plug /USB cable, remove it by holding the plug
/USB cable head, and not by the cord /cable.
7) Do not operate the product if it has a damaged cord or plug /USB cable, a
malfunction, a power failure, or it is dropped into the water. Injury may occur
when power is restored unexpectedly. Return the product to OSIM Service
Centre for examination and repair.
8) If the power plug /USB cable or power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
OSIM Service Centre or its authorized service agents.
9) Do not carry this product by the power cord /USB cable or use the power cord /
USB cable as a handle.
10) Keep the product power cord /USB cable away from heated surfaces.
11) Do not place the power cord /USB cable under the product or any other heavy
objects.

12) Do not wind the power cord /USB cable around the product.
13) Do not operate the product with the air openings blocked. Keep the air
openings free of lint, hair, and the like.
14) Remove power plug /USB cable from the electrical outlet /power source
immediately should liquid be spilled onto the product as this may result in
electric shock.
15) Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where
oxygen is being administered.
16) To stop using the product, turn off all controls and remove the power plug /
USB cable from the electrical outlet /power source.
17) Do not drop or insert any object or flammable material into any openings of
the product. This may result in electric shock, malfunction or risk of fire.
18) Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the product.
19) This product can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Keep children away when the product is in operation.
20) Cleaning and user maintenance of the product shall not be made by children.
21) Do not use or operate the product when your body or hands are wet.
22) Do not use this product outdoors.
23) Do not use the product in an excessively humid or dusty environment as it may
result in malfunction.
24) Do not use the product in temperatures higher than 40˚C.
25) Do not expose the product to heaters, stoves or direct sunlight.
26) Do not cover the product during operation. This may result in a rise in motor
temperature and subsequent malfunction or fire.
27) Do not use the product in the event of a lightning storm.
28) If you should use the product in a cold room, do not increase the room
temperature abruptly. It is recommended that you increase the temperature
gradually to a normal level.
29) If the product is brought into a warm environment from a cold place where
it was stored, wait for an hour before use as there may be water droplets
on mechanical parts due to condensation. Using the product under such
condition may result in malfunction.

30) Do not stand on or in product. Use only while seated.
31) Do not dismantle, drop, or subject the product to shock or vibration.
32) Do not use the product in combination with other therapeutic equipment or
electric blanket, etc., as this may result in ineffectiveness or injury.
33) Do not rest or place heavy objects on the product as this may result in
malfunction.
34) The product must only be serviced or repaired by the OSIM Service Centre. Do
not attempt to disassemble or repair the product.
35) Some noise may be heard from the product while in use. This is due to the
structure of the product and is normal.
36) Please do not use the product if you are not feeling well or under the influence
of alcohol.
37) Stop using immediately should you experience discomfort and consult your
doctor if you experience any abnormal or severe pain.
38) The product has a heated surface. People who are insensitive to heat must be
careful when using the product.
39) This product is not intended for self-diagnosis or self-treatment of conditions
that should be managed by a qualified health care provider.
40) If you are under any medication or have any medical conditions, please
consult your health care provider first before use.
41) Avoid food intake for at least an hour before massage /usage.
42) This product contains lithium battery that is only replaceable by a skilled
technician. Do not attempt to assemble or repair the product. Contact OSIM
service centre for any repair.
43) The battery must be removed from the product before it is discarded. The
product must be powered off when the battery is removed, and the battery
should be safely disposed of. To remove the battery:
1. Ask the service personnel to remove the battery case.
2. Remove the fixing screws from the battery case.
3. Open the battery case and remove the battery.
4. The battery must be safely disposed of.
44) Do not overcharge otherwise it may damage the battery and affect usage.

WARNING: For the purposes of recharging the battery, only use the
detachable supply (model: IVP1040-2500B) unit provided with
this appliance.

Warranty is subjected to cancellation if the product is used for commercial
purposes.

Operation
Note
•Connect the adapter jack into
the adapter jack connector.
•Connect the power adapter
plug to the electrical outlet.
Turn on the main switch.
•When uSqueez Arm is in
operation with the power
adapter, the product will not
be charging.
•Do not exert excessive
pressure on the uSqueez
Arm. This may cause
significant overheating and
subsequent damage to the
product.
•Do not attempt to stop the
kneading massage nodes
with your hand.
•Product must be fully charged
prior to using it for the first
time.
•Red LED indicator will blink
while it is charging. Once fully
charged it will remain lighted
up.
•uSqueez Arm can only be
charged when product is Off.
•Each full charge
(approximately 2.5 hours)
lasts up to 90 minutes of
usage.
•Blue LED indicator will blink
when battery level is low.

Operation
•Press the [ ] button to turn
on the uSqueez Arm and blue
LED indicator will light up with
1 “Beep”.
•Product will turn off
automatically after
approximately 4 minutes of
inactivity.
•Press and hold the [ ] button
around 3 seconds to turn off
the uSqueez Arm with 1 long
“Beep”.

on the uSqueez Arm.
•Press the [ ] button for
massage program to begin,
and the blue LED indicator will
remain lighted up during the
15 minute massage.
•Press the [ ] button to cycle
through the 3 auto massage
programs (in sequence):
1. Relax (1 “Beep” sound).
2. Recharge (2 “Beep” sound).
3. Reflexology (3 “Beep” sound).
•Press the [ ] button to turn on
the heat with 1 “Beep”and press
again to turn off the heat with
1 long “Beep”.
•Press the [ ] button to stop
massage program.

Product care and storage
Product placement and storage
Environmental factors can strongly affect the product physically and mechanically.
Do not expose the product to direct sunlight or in places with extreme heat or air-
conditioning vents. These can cause the upholstery to crack or the color to fade.
If the product is not to be used for a long period of time, cover it with a dust cover
and disconnect the power adapter from the electrical outlet.
Clean the product using a dry cloth regularly
Before cleaning, ensure that the main switch is turned off and the power adapter is
disconnected from the electrical outlet.
The upholstery of the product may be exposed to the natural body oils of users. The
main unit structure and fabric can be cleaned thoroughly with a piece of soft, dry
cloth. The common micro-fiber cleaning materials or gloves are very well suited for
this routine maintenance process. Such materials and gloves are available for sale
in most DIY shops.
Do NOT use wet elements for cleaning
The product is made up of electrical components and mechanical parts, which
are all very sensitive to moisture. Under no circumstances should they be exposed
to any form of water or moisture. If you use water (eg. a wet cloth) to clean the
upholstery, the coating may be eroded and the protection for the product will be
diminished.
As for the power button, it may result in malfunction if you use a wet cloth to clean.
Do NOT use cleaning solvents and abrasive cleaners
Under no circumstances should you use any cleaning agents, like benzene or
thinner to clean the product. This may cause the color of fabric to fade.
Do NOT attempt to repair your product
Under no circumstances should you attempt to repair the product, for safety
reason.
If you suspect a malfunction, always call the OSIM Service Center for further
assistance and information.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter problems with the operation of the uSqueez Arm, please
check the following points to see if they can be rectified. If the uSqueez Arm
still malfunctions or does not work, please turn off the uSqueez Arm and
remove the power adapter from the electrical outlet. Contact OSIM Service
Center* for servicing.
Do not dismantle or attempt to repair the uSqueez Arm yourself. Doing
so will void the warranty and OSIM will not bear any responsibility for
any subsequent consequences.
* Please visit us at www.OSIM.com for information on the nearest service center.
Product warranty is valid only in the country of purchase.
•The battery level is low. Charge the
product before attempting to use the
uSqueez Arm again.
•Ensure that the power adapter is securely
connected to the electrical outlet.
•Ensure that the main switch is turned on.
•Check that the voltage at the electrical
outlet is adequate.
Problem Possible causes / actions
•The uSqueez Arm will
not start.
•The massage stops
midway.
•The battery level is low. Charge the
product before attempting to use the
uSqueez Arm again.
•Check that the adapter jack has not been
disconnected from the uSqueez Arm.
•The auto timer of 15 minutes may have
lapsed.
•The overheat protection device may have
been activated. Turn off the main switch
and allow the uSqueez Arm to cool down
for at least 60 minutes before using it
again.

使用本产品时，请特别注意并遵守下列安全事项：
使用本产品前，请先详阅所有的说明。
危险 - 为降低触电风险，请遵照下列指示：
使用完毕后或清洁前，请将电源线插头 /USB 电缆由插座中拔除。
警告 - 为降低火灾、灼伤、触电、或是造成他人受伤的风险，请遵照下列
指示：
1） 请务必依照使用手册中所叙述的用途使用本产品。请勿使用非制造商所推
荐的零配件。
2) 接通电源后，请看顾好产品。不使用产品时或组装和拆卸配件前，请切断
电源。
3) 请勿在毯子或枕头下使用产品。过热可能会造成火灾、灼伤、触电或人员
受伤。
4) 如果电源接口松动，请勿使用产品。
5) 手上潮湿时，请勿开关电源或碰触电源插头 /USB 电缆与电源插座/电源。
6) 切断电源后，请握住插头 /USB 电缆接头将其拔出，请勿拉扯电源线/电
缆。

电源插座中拔除，切断电源。

18) 请务必督导孩童不将产品视为游乐器材使用，以确保安全。
19) 在得到负责安全的人员监护下或接受过监护人员的产品使用指导并了解到

28) 在室温偏低使用产品时，切勿骤然调升温度。建议将温度逐步调至正常范
围后再使用。
29) 将产品由低温储存处移至温热环境使用时，温差可能导致水分在机件内部
凝结，影响机器正常运作或造成机件故障。建议在移动后，先将产品在正
常室温放置1小时后再开始使用。
30) 切勿站立在产品上，必须坐在座位上才能使用产品。
31) 请勿拆卸、掉落或使产品受到冲击或振动。
32) 为避免按摩效果减低或造成伤害，请勿将产品与其它具有疗效的设备或电
毯等同时使用。
33) 请勿将重物堆放于产品上，以免造成意外伤害或是机件故障。

34) 产品仅可由 OSIM 傲胜服务中心修理。请勿自行尝试拆卸或维修。
35) 由于产品结构关系，使用产品时会听到一些声音，属于正常情况。
36) 请勿在饮酒后或身体不适时使用产品。
37) 按摩时若身体不适，请立即停止操作。身体产生不正常或严重疼痛时，请寻
求医疗咨询。
38) 产品在启动时会产生热度。对热度不敏感的人使用产品时必须小心谨慎。
39) 产品非自我诊断或治疗之用；若需诊断或治疗时，应由专业医疗人员处理。
40) 如果您正接受任何药物治疗或有任何疾病，请在使用前寻求医疗咨询。
41) 请避免在按摩前 /使用产品前的1小时内进食。
42) 本产品包含锂电池，只能由技术人员更换。请勿尝试组装或修理产品。联系
OSIM 傲胜服务中心进行维修。
43) 在产品被报废前，必须将电池从产品中取出。取出电池时，产品必须断电，
然后安全地处置电池。
取出电池的步骤 ：
1. 请OSIM傲胜维修人员拆卸电池盒。
2. 卸下电池盒的固定螺丝。
3. 打开电池盒，将电池取出。
4. 电池必需安全地处置。
44) 不要过度充电，否则可能会损坏电池并影响使用。
警告：给电池充电时，只能使用产品自带的电源适配器
（中规电源适配器型号：IVP1040-2500）。
