Thank you for purchasing the OSIM uMoby Mini. Before you start
using the uMoby Mini, please read the operation manual thoroughly
for the correct methods of usage, especially the section on safety.
This manual should be kept on hand for easy reference. It is your
guide to a safe and efficient operation.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using the product, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:
Read all instructions before using the product.
DANGER – To reduce the risk of electric shock:
Always unplug this product from the power source immediately after charging and before cleaning.
WARNING –To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock, or injury to persons:
1) Only use the USB cable provided to charge the product. This product must only be supplied
at safety extra low voltage corresponding to the marking on the product.
2) The product should not be left unattended while charging.
3) Disconnect the USB cable and remove it from the power source after charging.
4) Do not use or rest on the product while charging.
5) When the battery life span is over, contact OSIM Service Center for battery replacement.
Do not replace the product battery yourself. Only use the battery provided.
6) The battery must be removed and disposed of safely before product is scrapped.
7) The product must be disconnected from supply mains when removing the battery.
8) Close supervision by an adult is necessary when the product is used by, on, or near invalids
or disabled persons. Keep children away when the product is in operation.
9) Use this product only for its intended use as described in this manual.
Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
10) Do not use the product when any part is torn or broken, or when the USB cable is not
working properly, damaged or dropped into water. Contact OSIM Service Center for
examination and repair.
11) Keep the product and USB cable away from heated surface or source.
12) Never drop or insert any object into any openings.
13) Do not use this product outdoors.
14) Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is administered.
15) Children should be supervised by an adult to ensure that they do not play with the product.
16) This product is not intended for use by children. Persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge are not intended to use the
product unless they are supervised or given instruction concerning use of the product
by a person responsible for their safety.
17) Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children.
18) Do not operate the product under the blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur
and cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
19) This product has a heated surface. Persons insensitive to heat must be careful when
using the product.

Usage environment

• Do not use the product when
the internal component are
exposed. This may cause injury
or malfunction.
• Do not rest or place heavy
objects on the product as this
may result in malfunction or
damage to it.
• To prevent accidental injury,
do not allow children and
pets to play near the product.
• Users must not attempt to
disassemble or repair the
product. All repairs or
replacement of parts must
only be done at OSIM’s
Service Center or by an
authorized service agent.
• Wait for at least an hour after
meals before using the product.
• Recommended to keep
massage sessions to 30
minutes a day.
• Wear suitable clothing, do not
use product on bare skin.
• Do not use the product when
your body is wet or operate
with wet hands.
• Do not place your hands or feet
along the path of the moving
mechanism during use as this
may cause injury.
• Do not use whilst lying down.
• Do not use the product if you
are not feeling well or under
the influence of alcohol.

Safety
• This product is not intended for self-diagnosis or self-treatment of
conditions that should be managed by a qualified health care
provider.
• Stop using immediately and consult your health care provider
should you experience discomfort or any abnormal or severe pain.
• If you are under any medication or have (but not limited to) any of
the below medical conditions, please consult your health care
provider first before use.
a) Heart disease
b) High, or low blood pressure
c) Pregnant or menstruating
d) Medical implants
e) Recently underwent surgical operations
f) With any bone fractures
g) Motion sickness or anxiety attacks

Operation
Charging the product battery
• Red LED indicator will blink to
show the uMoby Mini is low in
battery.
• Connect the uMoby Mini
using the supplied USB cable
to a power source. A ‘beep’
sound can be heard once it is
connected.
• The red LED indicator will flash
while it is charging. Once fully
charged, it will turn green.
• The uMoby Mini will not work
when it is charging.
Turning product on/off
• Press and hold the [ ] button
for around 2 seconds until
it emits a ‘beep’ sound to
indicate that the uMoby Mini is
turned on or off.
• The uMoby Mini will
automatically start ‘Hard’
program once it is turned on.
Massage program selection
• Press the [ ] button anytime
to cycle through the 3 auto
massage programs.
i. Hard (1 ‘beep’ sound
and white LED on the
Hard icon will remain lit
during the 10 minute
massage).
ii. Soft (1 ‘beep’ sound
and white LED on the
Soft icon will remain lit
during the 10 minute
massage).
iii. Med (1 ‘beep’ sound
and white LED on the
Med icon will remain lit
during the 10 minute
massage).

Product care and storage
Product placement and storage
Environmental factors can strongly affect the product physically and
mechanically. Do not expose the product to direct sunlight or in places with
extreme heat or air-conditioning vents. These can cause the product colour
to fade.
If the product is not to be used for a long period of time, place it inside the
storage bag.
Clean the product using a dry cloth regularly
Before cleaning, ensure that the main switch is turned off and the USB cable is
disconnected from the power source.
The product is customarily exposed to the natural body oils of users. The main
unit structure can be cleaned thoroughly with a piece of soft, dry cloth. The
common microfibre cleaning materials or gloves are very well suited for this
routine maintenance process. Such materials and gloves are available for sale
in most DIY shops.
Do NOT use wet elements for cleaning
The product is made up of electrical components and mechanical parts,
which are all very sensitive to moisture. Under no circumstances should they
be exposed to any form of water or moisture. If you use water (eg. a wet cloth)
to clean the product, the coating may be eroded and the protection for the
product will be diminished.
As for the power button, it may result in malfunction if you use a wet cloth to
clean.
Do NOT use cleaning solvents and abrasive cleaners
Under no circumstances should you use any cleaning agents, like benzene or
thinner to clean the product. This may cause the colour of the product to fade.
Do NOT attempt to repair your product
For safety reasons, under no circumstances should you attempt to repair the
product.
If you suspect a malfunction, always call the OSIM Service Center for further
assistance and information.

Troubleshooting
•The sound is the result of the
mechanical structure and is not a
malfunction.
Problem Possible causes / action
•Motor sound during
operation.
If you encounter problems with the operation of the uMoby Mini,
please check the following points to see if they can be rectified. If the
uMoby Mini still malfunctions or does not work, please turn off the
uMoby Mini. Contact OSIM Service Center* for servicing.
Do not dismantle or attempt to repair the uMoby Mini yourself.
Doing so will void the warranty and OSIM will not bear the
responsibility for any subsequent consequences.
•The uMoby Mini will
not start.
•The massage stops
midway.
•Check the battery level and charge
the uMoby Mini if battery level is
low.
•Ensure that the uMoby Mini is not
in charging mode.
•The auto timer function of 10
minutes may have lapsed.
•The Power button [ ] was pressed
accidentally.
•The overheating protection device
may have been activated. Allow the
product to cool down for at least 30
minutes before using it again.
