Thank you for purchasing the OSIM uSqueez 3. Please read the operation manual thoroughly
for the correct methods of usage and take special notice of the safety section before you
start.
This manual should be kept on hand for easy reference. It is your guide to a safe and
efficient operation.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using the product, please take special notice of the following basic precautions:
Read all instructions before using this product.
DANGER – To reduce the risk of electric shock:
Always unplug this product from the electrical outlet immediately after use and before
cleaning.
WARNING– To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock, or injury to persons:
1) Use this product only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use
attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
2) The product should never be left unattended when plugged in. Unplug from electrical
outlet/power source when it is not in use, and before putting on or taking off parts.
3) Do not operate the product under the blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and
cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
4) Do not use the product if the electrical outlet/power source is loose.
5) Do not connect or disconnect the power plug/USB cable from the electrical outlet/power
source with wet hands.
6) When disconnecting the power plug/USB cable, pull it out by holding the plug/USB cable
head, not the cord/cable.
7) Do not operate the product if it has a damaged cord or plug /USB cable, a malfunction,
a power failure, or it is dropped into the water. Injury may occur when power is restored
unexpectedly. Return the product to OSIM Service Center for examination and repair.
8) If the power plug/USB cable or power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by OSIM
Service Center or its authorized service agents.
9) Do not carry this product by the power cord /USB cable or use the power cord/USB
cable as a handle.
10) Keep the product power cord/USB cable away from heated surfaces.
11) Do not place the power cord/USB cable under the product or any other heavy objects.
12) Do not wind the power cord/USB cable around the product.
13) Do not operate the product with the air openings blocked. Keep the air openings free of
lint, hair, and the likes.
14) Remove power plug/USB cable from the electrical outlet /power source immediately
should liquid be accidentally spilled onto the product as this may result in electric shock.
15) Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being
administered.
16) To disconnect, turn off all controls and remove the power plug/USB cable from the
electrical outlet/power source.
17) Do not drop or insert any object or flammable material into any openings of the
product. This may result in electric shock, malfunction or risk of fire.

18) Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the product.
19) This product can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Keep children away
when the product is in operation.
20) Cleaning and user maintenance of the product shall not be made by children.
21) Do not use or operate the product when your body or hands are wet.
22) Do not use this product outdoors.
23) Do not use the product in an excessively humid or dusty environment as it may result in
malfunction.
24) Do not use the product in temperatures higher than 40˚C.
25) Do not expose the product to heaters, stoves or direct sunlight.
26) Do not cover the product during operation. This may result in a rise in motor temperature
and subsequent malfunction or fire.
27) Do not use the product in the event of a lightning storm.
28) If you should use the product in a cold room, do not increase the room temperature
abruptly. It is recommended that you increase the temperature gradually to a normal
level.
29) If the product is brought into a warm environment from a cold place where it was stored,
wait for an hour before use as there may be water droplets on mechanical parts due to
condensation. Using the product under such condition may result in malfunction.
30) When first using the product, please be careful and test it out using a low intensity/or
use within a short period of time to understand how the different motors work and your
preferred intensity.
31) Be sure to start on the gentle massage program if using the product for the first time.
32) If your legs slip off the footrest during massage, do not force them back in when the
kneading discs are clamped as this may result in injury.
33) Do not stand on or in product. Use only while seated.
34) Place and use the product on an even, non-slip floor.
35) Do not use the product if the fabric of the footrest is torn and the internal components are
exposed.
36) Do not disassemble the fabric cover of the product. Touching the internal components of
the product may result in malfunction or an electric shock.
37) Do not dismantle, drop, or subject the product to shock or vibration.
38) Do not use the product in combination with other therapeutic equipment or electric
blanket, etc, as this may result in ineffectiveness or injury.
39) Do not rest or place heavy objects on the product as this may result in malfunction.
40) The product must only be serviced or repaired by the OSIM Service Center. Users must not
attempt to disassemble or repair the product.
41) Some noise may be heard coming from the product while in use. This is due to the
structure of the product and is normal.

42) Please do not use the product if you are not feeling well or under the influence of alcohol.
43) Stop using immediately should you experience discomfort and consult your doctor if you
experience any abnormal or severe pain.
44) This product is not intended for self-diagnosis or self-treatment of conditions that
should be managed by a qualified health care provider.
45) If you are under any medication of have any medical conditions, please consult
your health care provider first before use.
46) The suggested usage duration is 15 minutes. Ensure that the product rests for 10 minutes
before it is being used again as continuous usage over a long period may activate the
overheat protection device.
47) It is recommended that your usage do not exceed a total of 30 minutes per day as this
may result in excessive stimulation and adverse effects.
48) The product has a heated surface. People who are insensitive to heat must be careful
when using the product.

Preparation before use
Moving the uSqueez 3
• Lift the uSqueez 3 by holding onto the two
sides of the product as shown.
•The uSqueez 3 must be completely lifted
off the floor when moving from one place
to another. Do not drag the uSqueez 3.
•Practice good lifting body posture when
moving the uSqueez 3 to protect your back.
• Ensure that the power cord is not placed
under the uSqueez 3.
• Always place the uSqueez 3 on even,
non-slip floor. For floors that may be easily
scratched, you may place a mat under the
uSqueez 3.

To switch on the power
• Connect the power plug to the electrical
outlet.
•Turn on the main switch located at the
lower back of the uSqueez 3.

To start the auto massage
program on control panel
• Place your legs into the uSqueez 3.
•Press the [ ] button once to start
‘Japanese Shiatsu’ program (at Wide
calf setting).
•Press the [ ] button again to start ‘Thai
Stretch’ program (at Wide calf setting).
•Press the [ ] button again to start
‘Chinese Tui-Na’ program (at Wide calf
setting).
•Press the ‘Stop’ button [ ] to activate
emergency stop for the auto massage
programs at anytime during operation.
•Press the ‘Reset’ button [ ] to normally
stop the auto massage programs at
anytime during operation and kneading
plate will go home position.
•Please download OSIM Relax & Relieve
App to explore more functionality on
uSqueez 3.

Pairing iOS and Android devices with OSIM uSqueez 3
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on the uSqueez 3
• Ensure that the main switch on the OSIM uSqueez 3 are turned on.
• Bluetooth will be enabled once the main switch is turned on.
Pairing iOS and Android devices with OSIM uSqueez 3
Initiate Bluetooth pairing on your iOS and Android device.
• Turn on the Bluetooth function on your smart device.
• Tap on the OSIM Relax & Relieve App on your smart device.
• Tap on ‘Leg massager’. The Relax & Relieve App will search for the unique device ID.
• Select the correct Device ID as shown, select ‘OS3208 XXXXXXX’ (XXXXXXX can be any
numerical values) to connect with the uSqueez 3.

Download new massage
programs to OSIM uSqueez 3
1. After you have successfully paired your
smart device with uSqueez 3, tap on
the Downloads icon [ ] in the main
menu.
2. At the Downloads screen, a list of new
massage programs will be displayed.
•iOS or Android device needs to have
network connection for new massage
programs to be downloaded.
3. Tap on the desired massage program
to preview the massage program
details.
4. Tap on ‘Download’ to download the
free massage program or ‘Cancel’ to
return to previous screen.

Relax & Relieve App
User is able to access the following
through the OSIM Relax & Relieve App.
• New downloadable massage programs
will be pushed to App as Downloads when
available to keep your OSIM uSqueez
3 always updated with latest massage
programs.

Compatibility of OSIM
Relax & Relieve App
• Compatible with selected smart devices
running on iOS version 11 and above or
Android version 8.0 and above.
• Due to variations in operating systems, non-
compatibility could occur. We recommend
updating your phone’s operating system
whenever a new version is available to
enjoy the new App features. The minimum
phone operating system requirement are
subject to change without notice.
•All smart devices require a compatible
wireless connectivity (Wi-Fi or cellular data
networks). During setup process, make sure
to connect your mobile device to 2.4 GHz
network as the devices are only compatible
with 2.4 GHz networks. Once setup
completed, you can continue to operate
device using your regular Wi-Fi or cellular
data networks.
•For updates on OSIM Relax & Relieve App,
please visit the respective app stores.
•Notifications of app updates should not be
disabled, and it is recommended that the
user installs all updates to ensure that the
app will function correctly and is kept up to
date.

Operation
• In the event of power failure, switch off
the main switch and disconnect the power
cord to prevent any sudden operation if the
power is restored unexpectedly.
•Do not stand or exert excessive pressure on
the uSqueez 3. This may significantly slow
down or stop the motor, potentially causing
overheating and subsequent damage to
the uSqueez 3.
•There is an Auto-Timer of 15 minutes for
all massage modes.
•After each 15 minutes usage, ensure the
uSqueez 3 rest for at least 10 minutes
before starting the next session. If uSqueez
3 is operated consecutively for a period
of time, it may activate the overheat
protection device and stop operating
automatically.
•If uSqueez 3 stops operating due to over
heating, wait for the temperature to cool
down approximately 30 minutes before you
begin again.
•Press the Stop button [ ] to terminate the
massage if you experience any discomfort.
The massage will stop immediately,
kneading discs will complete its last cycle
before returning to the storage position.
•Product comes with a warm air function
and can be activated via the OSIM Relax &
Relieve App.

Product placement and storage
Environmental factors can strongly affect the product physically and mechanically. Do not
expose the product to direct sunlight or in places with extreme heat or air-conditioning vents.
These can cause the product color to fade.
If the product is not to be used for a long period of time, cover it with a dust cover and
disconnect the power plug from the electrical outlet.
Clean the product using a dry cloth regularly
Before cleaning, ensure that the main switch is turned off and the power plug is disconnected
from the electrical outlet.
The product is customarily exposed to the natural body oils of users. The main unit structure
and fabric can be cleaned thoroughly with a piece of soft, dry cloth. The common microfiber
cleaning materials or gloves are very well suited with this routine maintenance process. Such
materials and gloves are available for sale in most DIY shops.
Do NOT use wet elements for cleaning
The product is made up of electrical components and mechanical parts, which are all very
sensitive to moisture. Under no circumstances should they be exposed to any form of water or
moisture. If you use water (eg. a wet cloth) to clean the product, the coating may be eroded
and the protection for the product will be diminished.
As for the control panel, it may result in malfunction if you use a wet cloth to clean it.
Do NOT use cleaning solvents
Under no circumstances should you use any cleaning agents, like benzene or thinner to clean
the product. This may cause the color of product to fade.
Do not wash the fabric using domestic washing machine. This may result in the deterioration
of quality.
Do NOT attempt to repair your product
Under no circumstances should you attempt to repair the product, for safety reason.
If you suspect a malfunction, always call the OSIM Service Center for further assistance and
information.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter problems with the operation of the uSqueez 3, please check the following
points to see if they can be rectified. If the uSqueez 3 still malfunctions or does not work,
please turn off the uSqueez 3 and remove the power plug from the electrical outlet. Contact
OSIM Service Center* for servicing.
Do not dismantle or attempt to repair the uSqueez 3 yourself. Doing so will void the
warranty and OSIM will not bear any responsibility for any subsequent consequences.
•Motor sound during operation.
Problem Possible causes / action
•The sound is the result of the mechanical
structure in operation and not a malfunction.
•The massage stops midway. •The Auto Timer function of 15 minutes may
have lapsed.
•The ‘Stop’ button [ ] on the control panel or
in the App was pressed accidentally.
•The overheat protection device may have
been activated. Turn off the main switch and
allow the uSqueez 3 to cool down at least 30
minutes before using it again.

•The uSqueez 3 will not start. •Ensure that the power plug is firmly
connected to the electrical outlet.
•Ensure that the main switch is turned on.
