Thank you for purchasing the OSIM uGalaxy Sync. Please read the
operation manual thoroughly for the correct methods of usage and
take special notice of the safety section before you start.
This manual should be kept on hand for easy reference. It is your
guide to a safe and efficient operation.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using the product, please TAKE SPECIAL NOTICE of the following basic
precautions:
Read all instructions before using the product:
DANGER – To reduce the risk of electric shock:
Always unplug this product from the electrical outlet /USB cable immediately
after use and before cleaning.
WARNING – To reduce the risk of fire, burns, electric shock, or injury to
persons:
1) Use this product only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not
use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
2) The product should never be left unattended when plugged in. Unplug from
electrical outlet /power source when the product is not in use, and before
putting on or taking off parts.
3) Do not operate the product under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating may
occur and cause fire, burns, electric shock, or injury to persons.
4) Do not use the product if the electrical outlet /power source is loose.
5) Do not connect or disconnect the power plug /USB cable from the electrical
outlet /power source with wet hands.
6) When disconnecting the power plug /USB cable, remove it by holding the plug /
USB cable head, and not by the cord /cable.
7) Do not operate the product if it has a damaged cord or plug /USB cable, a
malfunction, a power failure, or it is dropped into the water. Injury may occur
when power is restored unexpectedly. Return the product to OSIM Service
Centre for examination and repair.
8) If the power plug /USB cable or power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
OSIM Service Centre or its authorized service agents.
9) Do not carry this product by the power cord /USB cable or use the power cord /
USB cable as a handle.
10) Keep the product power cord /USB cable away from heated surfaces.
11) Do not place the power cord /USB cable under the product or any other heavy
objects
12) Do not wind the power cord /USB cable around the product..

13) Do not operate the product with the air openings blocked. Keep the air
openings free of lint, hair, and the like.
14) Remove power plug /USB cable from the electrical outlet /power source
immediately should liquid be spilled onto the product as this may result in
electric shock.
15) Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen
is being administered.
16) To stop using the product, turn off all controls and remove the power plug /USB
cable from the electrical outlet /power source.
17) Do not drop or insert any object or flammable material into any openings of
the product. This may result in electric shock, malfunction or risk of fire.
18) Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the product.
19) This product can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Keep children away when the product is in operation.
20) Cleaning and user maintenance of the product shall not be made by children.
21) Do not use or operate the product when your body or hands are wet.
22) Do not use this product outdoors.
23) Do not use the product in an excessively humid or dusty environment as it may
result in malfunction.
24) Do not use the product in temperatures higher than 40˚C.
25) Do not expose the product to heaters, stoves or direct sunlight.
26) Do not cover the product during operation. This may result in a rise in motor
temperature and subsequent malfunction or fire.
27) If you should use the product in a cold room, do not increase the room
temperature abruptly. It is recommended that you increase the temperature
gradually to a normal level.
28) If the product is brought into a warm environment from a cold place where
it was stored, wait for an hour before use as there may be water droplets on
mechanical parts due to condensation. Using the product under such condition
may result in malfunction.
29) Do not stand on or in product. Use only while seated.
30) Do not dismantle, drop, or subject the product to shock or vibration.

31) Do not use the product in combination with other therapeutic equipment or
electric blanket, etc., as this may result in ineffectiveness or injury.
32) Do not rest or place heavy objects on the product as this may result in malfunction.
33) The product must only be serviced or repaired by the OSIM Service Centre.
Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the product.
34) Some noise may be heard from the product while in use. This is due to the
structure of the product and is normal.
35) Please do not use the product if you are not feeling well or under the influence
of alcohol.
36) Stop using immediately should you experience discomfort and consult your
doctor if you experience any abnormal or severe pain.
37) This product is not intended for self-diagnosis or self-treatment of conditions
that should be managed by a qualified health care provider.
38) If you are under any medication or have any medical conditions, please consult
your health care provider first before use.
39) Avoid food intake for at least an hour before massage /usage.
40) This product contains lithium battery that is only replaceable by a skilled
technician. Do not attempt to assemble or repair the product. Contact OSIM
service centre for any repair.
41) The battery must be removed from the product before it is discarded. The product
must be powered off when the battery is removed, and the battery should be
safely disposed of. To remove the battery:
1. Ask the service personnel to remove the battery case.
2. Remove the fixing screws from the battery case.
3. Open the battery case and remove the battery.
4. The battery must be safely disposed of.
42) Do not overcharge otherwise it may damage the battery and affect usage.
43) This product contains batteries that are non-replaceable.
44) The product has a heated surface. People who are insensitive to heat must be
careful when using the product.

Warranty is subjected to cancellation if the product is used for commercial purposes.

China SRRC - NFC Micropower Device Considerations
1) This product complies with the specific terms and usage scenarios of the
“Catalog and Technical Requirements for Micro-Power Short-Range Radio
Transmission Equipment”, the antenna type and performance used, and the
usage methods of control, adjustment, and switching.
2) It is not allowed to change the usage scene or usage conditions without
authorization, expand the transmission frequency range, increase the
transmission power (including the additional installation of radio frequency
power amplifier), and do not change the transmission antenna without
authorization.
3) It shall not cause harmful interference to other legitimate radio stations
(stations), nor shall it claim protection from harmful interference.
4) It should withstand the interference of industrial, scientific and medical (ISM)
application equipment radiating radio frequency energy or other legal radio
station (stations) interference.
5) If it causes harmful interference to other legal radio stations (stations), stop
using it immediately and take measures to eliminate the interference before
continuing to use it.
6) Military and civilian radio stations (stations) such as radio astronomy
observatories, meteorological radar stations, satellite earth stations (including
measurement and control, ranging, receiving, and navigation stations) in
aircraft and in accordance with laws and regulations, relevant national
regulations and standards. The use of micro-power equipment in
electromagnetic environment protection areas such as airports,
airports, etc. shall comply with the regulations of electromagnetic environment
protection and relevant industry authorities.
7) It is prohibited to use various model remote controllers in the area with the
center of the airport runway as the center and a radius of 5,000 meters.
(8) Environmental conditions of temperature 5-40 degrees and 5V DC voltage when

Taiwan NCC Requirement
1) For the low-power radio frequency equipment that has obtained the verification
certificate, without approval, the company, firm or user shall not change the
frequency, increase the power or change the features and functions of the
original design without authorization.
2) The use of low-power radio frequency motors shall not affect flight safety
and interfere with legitimate communications; if any interference is found,
it should be stopped immediately, and it can be used only when there is no
interference. The legal communication referred to in the preceding paragraph
refers to radio communication operated in accordance with the provisions of
the Telecommunications Law. Low power radio frequency motors are subject
to interference from legal communications or radio wave radiating electrical
equipment for industrial, scientific and medical use.

Operation
•Product should be fully charged before using it for the first time.
•Connect the Type-C USB cable to electronic devices such as
laptops, USB wall power adapters or portable chargers.
•Insert the Type-C USB cable into the Type-C USB jack of the
product.
•Do not operate the product while charging or in environment
with water.
•Each full charge (approximately 3 hours) lasts up to 1.5 hours of
usage (Usage time varies based on the program selected).
•The [ ] LED indicator will emit a blinking white light and
product will beep twice while the battery is running low. After
approximate 60 seconds of blinking, the [ ] LED indicator will
be OFF.
•The [ ] LED indicator will emit a blinking red light while
charging.
•The [ ] LED indicator will emit a solid white light when the
battery is fully charged.
•Only available at 5 V as indicated on the product.

Operation
•Press and hold the power button [ ] for 2 seconds to power ON
the product. The [ ] LED indicator will emit a solid white light.
•Press again [ ] for ‘Balance’ program and there will be one
beep.
•Press again [ ] for ‘Relax’ program and there will be two beeps.
•Press again [ ] for ‘Energize’ program and there will be three
beeps.
•Press the [ ] during the massage to cycle through the 3
programs.
•Press and hold the power button [ ] for 2 seconds to power OFF
the product. The [ ] LED indicator will be OFF.

•Bluetooth will be automatically switched ON once product is
powered ON. The [ ] LED indicator will emit a blinking blue light.
•Turn ON Bluetooth on your smart device.
•Follow the instruction on the OSIM Well-Being App to pair with
product.
•Once the pairing is successful, the [ ] LED indicator will emit a
solid blue light.
•Bluetooth will be automatically switched OFF if there is no
Bluetooth connectivity after 4 minutes. The [ ] LED indicator will
be OFF.
•Bluetooth will be automatically switched OFF if auto program
is activated by the control panel. During the massage, user can
press and hold [ ] Bluetooth button to switch ON Bluetooth and
auto program can now be controlled via App.

•Before pairing, please ensure location service is enabled on your
smart device and no one is using the product.

You can directly open OSIM Well-Being App via the NFC tag.
•Tap your smart device on the product’s NFC tag and it will lead
you directly to the OSIM Well-Being App.
Alternatively, user can access OSIM Well-Being App manually.
•For iOS users, download the OSIM Well-Being App from App Store.
•For Android users, download the OSIM Well-Being App from
Google Play*, Huawei AppGallery* or Samsung Galaxy Store*.

Note
•Ensure your smart device is NFC-enabled.
•Please check the location of the NFC chip in your smart device as it
varies for different phone models.
•User may need to remove smart device cover for better sensitivity.
•If you have not installed the OSIM Well-Being App, you will be
redirected to the App Store (iOS) or webpage (Android) where you
can download the app.

Method 1: Scan the QR code below to download and install App
for free.
Method 2: Go to the respective app stores (depending on your
operating system and region), search for “OSIM Well-Being” to
download and install App.

•Due to variations in operating systems, non-compatibility could
occur. We recommend updating your phone’s operating system
whenever a new version is available to enjoy the new App
features. The minimum requirement for smart device operating
systems are subjected to change without notice.
•All smart devices require a compatible wireless connectivity
(Wi-Fi or cellular data networks).
•For updates on OSIM Well-Being App, please visit the respective
App stores.
•Notifications of App updates are encouraged to be enabled, and
it is recommended that the user installs all updates to ensure that
the App will function correctly and is kept up to date.

Product care and storage
Product placement and storage
Environmental factors can greatly impact the product’s physical and mechanical
condition. Do not expose the product to direct sunlight or in places with extreme
heat or air-conditioning vents.
If the product is not to be used for a long period of time, cover it with a dust
cover.
Clean the product using a dry cloth regularly
Before cleaning, ensure that the product is turned OFF and the USB cable is
disconnected from the product.
The whole unit can be cleaned thoroughly with a piece of soft, dry cloth. The
common micro-fibre cleaning materials or gloves are very well suited for this
routine maintenance process. Such materials and gloves are available for sale in
most DIY shops.
Do NOT use wet elements for cleaning
The product is made up of electrical components and mechanical parts, which
are all very sensitive to moisture. Under no circumstances should they be exposed
to any form of water or moisture.
Do not use a damp cloth to clean the control panel as this may result in
malfunction.
Do NOT use cleaning solvents
Under no circumstances should you use any cleaning agents, like benzene or
thinner to clean the product. This may cause the color of the product to fade.
Do NOT attempt to repair your product
Under no circumstances should you attempt to repair the product, for safety
reason.
If you suspect a malfunction, always call the OSIM Service Center for further
assistance and information.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter problems operating the product, please check the following
points for rectification. If the problems persist, please power OFF the product,
and contact the OSIM Service Center* for servicing.
Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the product yourself. Doing
so will void the warranty and OSIM will not be responsible for any
subsequent consequences.
•Ensure that the you press and hold the
power button [ ] for 3 seconds.
•The battery level is low. Recharge the
battery before attempting to use the
product.
•The overcurrent protection device may
have been activated. Turn OFF the
product and allow it to cool down for at
least 30 minutes before using it again.
Problem Possible causes / actions
•The product will not
start.
•The massage stops
midway.
•The auto timer of 15 minutes may have
lapsed.
•The battery level is low. Recharge the
battery before attempting to use the
product.
•The overcurrent protection device may
have been activated. Turn OFF the product
and allow it to cool down for at least 30
minutes before using it again.

Power OFF the product. Power ON it again
after 5 seconds and reattempt pairing.

•Stop use product immediately. The
overcurrent protection device may have
been activated. Turn OFF the product
and allow it to cool down for at least 30
minutes before touch it again.

OSIM Service Center immediately.
