Thank you for purchasing the OSIM uZap Gun Mini. Please read the
operation manual thoroughly for the correct methods of usage and
take special notice of the safety section before you start.
This manual should be kept on hand for easy reference. It is your
guide to a safe and efficient operation.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using the product, please TAKE SPECIAL NOTICE of the following basic
precautions:
Read all instructions before using the product:
DANGER – To reduce the risk of electric shock:
Always unplug this product from the electrical outlet /USB cable immediately after
use and before cleaning.
WARNING – To reduce the risk of fire, burns, electric shock, or injury to
persons:
1) Use this product only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not
use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
2) The product should never be left unattended when plugged in. Unplug from
electrical outlet /power source when the product is not in use, and before
putting on or taking off parts.
3) Do not operate the product under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating may
occur and cause fire, burns, electric shock, or injury to persons.
4) Do not use the product if the electrical outlet /power source is loose.
5) Do not connect or disconnect the power plug /USB cable from the electrical
outlet /power source with wet hands.
6) When disconnecting the power plug /USB cable, remove it by holding the plug
/USB cable head, and not by the cord /cable.
7) Do not operate the product if it has a damaged cord or plug /USB cable, a
malfunction, a power failure, or it is dropped into the water. Injury may occur
when power is restored unexpectedly. Return the product to OSIM Service
Centre for examination and repair.
8) If the power plug /USB cable or power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
OSIM Service Centre or its authorized service agents.
9) Do not carry this product by the power cord /USB cable or use the power cord /
USB cable as a handle.
10) Keep the product power cord /USB cable away from heated surfaces.
11) Do not place the power cord /USB cable under the product or any other heavy
objects.

12) Do not wind the power cord /USB cable around the product.
13) Do not operate the product with the air openings blocked. Keep the air
openings free of lint, hair, and the like.
14) Remove power plug /USB cable from the electrical outlet /power source
immediately should liquid be spilled onto the product as this may result in
electric shock.
15) Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where
oxygen is being administered.
16) To stop using the product, turn off all controls and remove the power plug /
USB cable from the electrical outlet /power source.
17) Do not drop or insert any object or flammable material into any openings of
the product. This may result in electric shock, malfunction or risk of fire.
18) Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the product.
19) This product can be used by children aged from 18 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Keep children away when the product is in operation.
20) Cleaning and user maintenance of the product shall not be made by children.
21) Do not use or operate the product when your body or hands are wet.
22) Do not use this product outdoors.
23) Do not use the product in an excessively humid or dusty environment as it may
result in malfunction.
24) Do not use the product in temperatures higher than 40˚C.
25) Do not expose the product to heaters, stoves or direct sunlight.
26) Do not cover the product during operation. This may result in a rise in motor
temperature and subsequent malfunction or fire.
27) If you should use the product in a cold room, do not increase the room
temperature abruptly. It is recommended that you increase the temperature
gradually to a normal level.
28) If the product is brought into a warm environment from a cold place where
it was stored, wait for an hour before use as there may be water droplets
on mechanical parts due to condensation. Using the product under such
condition may result in malfunction.

29) Do not dismantle, drop, or subject the product to shock or vibration.
30) Do not use the product in combination with other therapeutic equipment or
electric blanket, etc., as this may result in ineffectiveness or injury.
31) Do not rest or place heavy objects on the product as this may result in
malfunction.
32) The product must only be serviced or repaired by the OSIM Service Centre. Do
not attempt to disassemble or repair the product.
33) Some noise may be heard from the product while in use. This is due to the
structure of the product and is normal.
34) Please do not use the product if you are not feeling well or under the influence
of alcohol.
35) Stop using immediately should you experience discomfort and consult your
doctor if you experience any abnormal or severe pain.
36) This product is not intended for self-diagnosis or self-treatment of conditions
that should be managed by a qualified health care provider.
37) If you are under any medication or have any medical conditions, please
consult your health care provider first before use.
38) Avoid food intake for at least an hour before massage /usage.
39) This product contains lithium battery that is only replaceable by a skilled
technician. Do not attempt to assemble or repair the product. Contact OSIM
service centre for any repair.
40) The battery must be removed from the product before it is discarded. The
product must be powered off when the battery is removed, and the battery
should be safely disposed of. To remove the battery:
1. Ask the service personnel to remove the battery case.
2. Remove the fixing screws from the battery case.
3. Open the battery case and remove the battery.
4. The battery must be safely disposed of.
41) Do not overcharge otherwise it may damage the battery and affect usage.

Warranty is subjected to cancellation if the product is used for commercial
purposes.

Preparation for Operation
•Product should be fully charged prior to using it for the first time.
•Connect the USB cable to electronic devices such as laptop, USB
wall power adaptor or portable charger.
•Insert the USB cable into the USB jack of the product.
•Do not operate the product while charging or in environment
with water.
•Each full charge (approximately 4 hours) lasts up to 4 hours of
usage (Usage time varies base on the program selected).
•The charging status LED indicator will emit a solid red light when
the battery is running low.
•The charging status LED indicator will emit a blinking red light
while charging.
•The charging status LED indicator will emit a solid white light
when the battery is fully charged.
•Only available at 5 V as indicated on the product.

•Press and hold the power
button [ ] for 2 seconds, to
power OFF the product.
•If you do not operate product
for more than 30 seconds,
product will power OFF
automatically.
•Place uZap Gun Mini against
your tired muscles.

‘Low’ speed mode before
changing to higher speeds.
•Only use the provided USB
cable to charge product.

•Do not use the product to massage on one spot for more than 30
seconds.

Recommended muscle group area
•Do not massage on the any muscle group for more than 10 mins.
•Recommend to start with low intensity and slowly increase to
max intensity after the muscle group “loosen” up.
•Do not use product on neck, head or any hard areas of the body.
Do not use on bones. Use the product only on soft tissue of body.
•Stop operation immediately if you experience any discomfort.
•It is recommended that you wear proper workout attire when
using product.
•To avoid injury, do not touch the parts as shown below while the
product is in operation.

Product care and storage
Product placement and storage
Environmental factors can strongly affect the product physically and mechanically.
Do not expose the product to direct sunlight or in places with extreme heat or
air-conditioning vents. These can cause the handle grip to dry up, crack or the color
to fade.
If the product is not to be used for a long period of time, cover it with a dust cover.
Clean the product using a dry cloth regularly
Before cleaning, ensure that the product is turned OFF and the USB cable is
disconnected from the product.
The massage head of the product is customarily exposed to the natural body oils of
users. The whole unit can be cleaned thoroughly with a piece of soft, dry cloth. The
common micro-fibre cleaning materials or gloves are very well suited for this routine
maintenance process. Such materials and gloves are available for sale in most DIY
shops.
Do NOT use wet elements for cleaning
The product is made up of electrical components and mechanical parts, which are
all very sensitive to moisture. Under no circumstances should they be exposed to
any form of water or moisture.
Do NOT use cleaning solvents
Under no circumstances should you use any cleaning agents, like benzene or
thinner to clean the product. This may cause the color of the product to fade.
Do NOT attempt to repair your product
Under no circumstances should you attempt to repair the product, for safety
reason.
If you suspect a malfunction, always call the OSIM Service Center for further
assistance and information.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter problems operating the product, please check the following
points for rectification. If the problems persist, please switch off the product,
and contact the OSIM Service Center* for servicing.
Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the product yourself. Doing
so will void the warranty and OSIM will not be responsible for any
subsequent consequences.
•Ensure that the you press and hold power
button [ ] for 2 seconds.
•The battery level is low. Recharge the
battery before attempting to use the
product.
•The overcurrent protection device may
have been activated. Turn OFF the
product and allow it to cool down for at
least 30 minutes before using it again.
Problem Possible causes / actions
•Product will not start.
•The massage stops
midway.
•The auto timer of 10 minutes may have
lapsed.
•The battery level is low. Recharge the
battery before attempting to use the
product.
•The force applied on muscle is too strong
and cause the safety features to activate.
Please restart the device.
•The overcurrent protection device may
have been activated. Turn OFF the product
and allow it to cool down for at least 30
minutes before using it again.

1） 请务必依照使用手册中所叙述的用途使用本产品。请勿使用非制造商所推
荐的零配件。
2) 接通电源后，请看顾好产品。不使用产品时或组装和拆卸配件前，请切断
电源。
3) 请勿在毯子或枕头下使用产品。过热可能会造成火灾、灼伤、触电或人员
受伤。
4) 如果电源接口松动，请勿使用产品。
