41) Avoid heavy meal an hour before massage and allow at least an hour of rest after meal
before using the product.
42) The suggested usage duration is 15 minutes. Ensure that the product rests for 10
minutes before it is being used again as continuous usage over a long period may
activate the overheat protection device.
43) It is recommended that your usage do not exceed a total of 30 minutes per day as this
may result in excessive stimulation and adverse effects.
44) This product contains lithium battery that is only replaceable by a skilled person. Do not
attempt to assemble or repair the product. Contact OSIM service centre for any repair.
45) The battery must be removed from the product before it is discarded, the product must
be powered off when the battery is removed, and the battery should be disposed of
safely. To remove the battery.
1. Ask the service personnel to remove the battery case.
2. Remove the fixing screws from the battery case.
3. Open the battery case and remove the battery.
4. The battery must be disposed of safely.
46) Do not overcharge otherwise it may damage the battery and affect usage.
47) The product has a heated surface. People who are insensitive to heat must be careful
when using the product.
WARNING: For the purposes of recharging the battery, only use the detachable supply
(model: IVP1004-2500B) unit provided with this appliance.

Operation
Use with power adapter
• Connect the adapter jack into the
adapter jack connecter.
• Connect the power adapter plug to the
electrical outlet. Turn on the main switch.
• When the product is operating while
connected to power adapter, uMoby
Smart will not be charging.
Use without power adapter
• Product must be fully charged prior to
using it for the first time.
• The red LED indicator beside [ ] button
will blink while it is charging. Once fully
charged, it will lit on.
• uMoby Smart only can be charged when
product is Off.
• Each full change (approximately 3 hours)
lasts up to 60 minutes of usage(Usage
time varies based on the program
selected).
• Do not exert excessive pressure on
the uMoby Smart. This may cause
significantly overheating and subsequent
damage to the product.
• Do not attempt to stop the kneading
massage nodes with your hand.
Turning the power on/off
• Please ensure the control panel is placed
on your left side when using the product.
• Press the [ ] button to turn on the
uMoby Smart and the green LED
indicator will light up.
• When the app is not connected to the
uMoby Smart, the product will turn off
automatically after approximately 4
minutes of inactivity.
• Press the [ ] button once when no
massage program is running and the
green LED indicator will be off.
Massage program selection
• Press the [ ] to power on the uMoby
Smart.
• Press the [ ] button once and the
massage will begin at ‘Deep Tissue’. The
corresponding red LED indicator will light
up.
• Press the [ ] button to cycle through
the 2 auto massage programs.
I. Deep Tissue (default with heat
function and the red LED will
remain lit during the 15-minute
massage).
II. Relax (default without heat
function and the red LED remain
lit during the 15-minute massage).
• Press the [ ] button once to stop
massage program. The corresponding
red LED indicator of massage program
will be off.
• The heat function for the auto massage
can be turned on or off using the app.
• The manual massage program is
available on the app.

Operation
Connecting uMoby Smart
with your smart device
• Download the OSIM Relax & Relieve
App *.
• Ensure that your smart device is
connected to a secured 2.4GHz Wi-Fi
network.
• Launch the OSIM Relax & Relieve App on
your smart device.
• Select uMoby Smart from the product
list.
• Tap [ ] to set up uMoby Smart.
• Follow the instructions on the OSIM
Relax & Relieve App to connect with
uMoby Smart.
• Enter the Wi-Fi SSID and password.
• Once the uMoby Smart is powered on,
the Wi-Fi LED indicator will emit a slow
glow to indicate that the Wi-Fi is ready to
connect.
• The Wi-Fi LED indicator will emit a solid
blue light when connected successfully.
• Once the uMoby Smart is connected to
OSIM Relax & Relieve App, only the [ ]
is functioning on the control panel.
• To reset Wi-Fi, press & hold [ ] button
followed immediately with [ ] button
for 5 seconds then release your fingers.
You should see the Wi-Fi blue light glow
slowly.
Compatibility of OSIM

• Compatible with selected smart devices
running on iOS version 11 and above or
Android version 8.0 and above .
• Due to variations in operating systems,
non-compatibility could occur. We
recommend updating your phone’s
operating system whenever a new
version is available to enjoy the new App
features. The minimum phone operating
system requirement are subject to
change without notice.
• All smart devices require a compatible
wireless connectivity (Wi-Fi or cellular
data networks), Bluetooth-LE 4.0 and
above.
• For updates on OSIM Relax & Relieve
App, please visit the respective app
stores.
• Notifications of app updates should not
be disabled, and it is recommended that
the user installs all updates to ensure
that the app will function correctly and is
kept up to date.

Product care and storage
Product placement and storage
Environmental factors can strongly affect the product physically and mechanically. Do not
expose the product to direct sunlight or places with extreme heat or air-conditioning vents.
These can cause the upholstery to crack or the color to fade.
If the product is not going to be used for a long period of time, cover it with a dust cover and
disconnect the power adapter from the electrical outlet.
Clean the product using a dry cloth regularly
Before cleaning, ensure that the main switch is turned off and the power adapter is
disconnected from the electrical outlet.
The upholstery of the product is customarily exposed to the natural body oils of users.
The main unit structure and fabric can be cleaned thoroughly with a piece of soft, dry cloth.
The common microfiber cleaning materials or gloves are very well suited for this routine
maintenance process. Such materials and gloves are available for sale in most DIY shops.
Do NOT use wet elements for cleaning
The product is made up of electrical components and mechanical parts, which are very
sensitive to moisture. Under no circumstances should they be exposed to any form of water
or moisture. If you use water (eg. a wet cloth) to clean the upholstery, the coating may be
eroded and the protection for the product will be diminished.
As for the control panel, it may result in malfunction if you use a wet cloth to clean.
Do NOT use cleaning solvents
Under no circumstances should you use any cleaning agents, like benzene or thinner to clean
the product. This may cause the color of the upholstery to fade.
Do NOT attempt to repair your product
Under no circumstances should you attempt to repair the product, for safety reason.
If you suspect a malfunction, always call the OSIM Service Center for further assistance and
information.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter problems with the operation of the uMoby Smart, please check the following
points to see if they can be rectified. If the uMoby Smart still malfunctions or does not work,
please turn off the uMoby Smart and remove the power adapter from the electrical outlet.
Contact OSIM Service Center* for servicing.
Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the uMoby Smart yourself. Doing so will
void the warranty and OSIM will not bear any responsibility for any subsequent
consequences.

Product warranty is valid only in the country of purchase.
•The battery level is low. Recharge the battery
before attempting to use the uMoby Smart again.
• Ensure that the power adapter is securely
connected to the electrical outlet.
• Ensure that the main switch is turned on.
• The overheat protection device may have been
activated. Turn off the main switch and allow the
uMoby Smart to cool down for at least 30 minutes
before using it again.
• The sound is the result of the mechanical structure
and is not a malfunction.
• The battery level is low. Recharge the battery
before attempting to use the uMoby Smart again.
• The auto timer of 15 minutes may have lapsed.
• The ‘Stop’ button [ ] on the control panel was
pressed accidentally.
• The overheat protection device may have been
activated. Turn off the main switch and allow
the uMoby Smart to cool down for at least 30
minutes before using it again.
• Check that the adapter jack has not been
disconnected from the adapter jack connector.

1) 请务必依照使用手册中所叙述的用途使用本产品。请勿使用非制造商所推荐的零
配件。
2）插入电源时，绝不应不看管产品。在不使用电源时，请拔下电源插头。
3) 请勿在毯子或枕头下操作本产品。过热可能会造成火灾、触电或人员受伤。

28) 在偏低室温中使用产品，切勿骤然调升温度。建议将温度逐步调至正常范围后再
使用。
29) 若是将产品由低温的储存处移至温暖环境使用时，可能会因为机件内水气聚集而
影响机器正常运作，甚或造成机件故障。建议移动后，先将产品在正常室温放置1
小时后再开始使用。
30) 最初使用时，请小心，在低强度/短度下进行测试，同时了解不同电机的工作方式
以及您喜欢的强度。
31) 如果首次使用本产品，请务必开始使用温和的按摩程序。
32) 请勿拆卸、掉落或使产品受到冲击或振动。
33) 为避免按摩效果减低或造成伤害，请勿将产品与其它具有疗效之设备或电毯等同
时使用。
34) 请勿将重物堆放于扶手、足部按摩架或椅背上，以免造成意外伤害或是机件故
障。
35) 产品仅能由OSIM傲胜维修服务中心修理。使用者请勿自行尝试拆卸或维修。
36) 在使用中，可能会听到产品发出一些噪音。这是由于产品的结构，是正常的。
37) 请勿在饮酒后或身体感到任何不适时使用产品。
38) 按摩时若身体感到任何不适，请立即停止操作。身体产生不正常或严重疼痛时，
请寻求医疗咨询。
39) 本产品非作为自我诊断或治疗之用；如需要诊断或治疗时，应由专业医疗人员
处理。
40) 如果您正接受任何药物治疗或有任何疾病，请在使用前寻求医疗咨询。
41) 请避免在按摩前的1小时吃得太饱，确保进食后休息1小时再使用按摩器。
42) 建议每次使用时间为15分钟。确保在次使用产品前休息10分钟，因为长时间连
续使用可能会激活过热保护设备。
43) 建议每日使用时间请勿超过30分钟。过多的按摩可能会造成刺激过度而导致反
效果。
44) 本产品包含锂电池，只能由OSIM技术人员更换。请勿尝试组装或修理产品。联
系OSIM服务中心进行维修。

45) 在产品被报废前，必须将电池从产品中取出，取出电池时，产品必须要断电，电
池应安全地处理，请勿尝试自行拆卸或维修本产品。取出电池的步骤：
 1.请OSIM维修人员拆卸电池盒。
 2.卸下电池盒的固定螺丝。
 3.打开电池盒，将电池取出。
 4.电池必需安全处置。
46) 不要过度充电，否则可能会损坏电池并影响使用。
47) 该产品的表面为加热。对热不敏感的人使用本产品时必须小心谨慎。
警告：给电池充电时，只能使用产品自带的适配器 
 （中规适配器型号：IVP1040-2500）。
